Matt Shaw in the service department is phenomenal, he will help guide you through any service that you need, while ensuring you that your vehicle is in great hands. He goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction in a timely and efficient matter! If you are ever in need of service for you vehicle, Matt is your guy. Your vehicle does not have to be a Dodge or a Chrysler, he specially orders part for my Volkswagen. Every service department should have a Matt!

Service is generally ok, but this time I had to drive there to set up an appointment..I understand sometimes they shorthanded.
