Bill's auto glass is an outstanding business. They excel at customer service and communication. They replaced the windshield on our F150 Truck. They were able to get us in quickly and did a top notch job. Bill and his wife are super friendly and run an excellent, small-town business. I've used Bill's several times to repair chips (and even the starts of cracks) in my windshields and they have never spread. Bill and his wife do a fabulous job, they're super sweet, and even though they pretty much run the place by themselves, they're always able to squeeze me in in a timely manner. The BEST auto glass shop in Wyoming. Bill s attention to detail and customer service is top notch. I would drive from Denver to Lander to have Bill do my glass work. Had the windshield on my 1999 Chevy Express Van professionally replaced at Bill's Quality Auto Glass while traveling. Luckily Bill was not on a remote call so he fixed us up right away.In addition, the literature that came with the glass indicated many modern improvements over my 21 year old stock windshield. Nice to know Bill uses quality products.5 stars.

I am traveling from North Carolina and from the minute I called Bill and Sarah about my windshield replacement they were so helpful and kind. They moved around their schedule to ensure that I could continue my roadtrip on time. Sarah drove us to the local casino for a meal while we waited and the entire service was done in under 2 hours. They then chatted with us for a few minutes giving us some local tips and ideas for travel. I HIGHLY recommend this business!!

I've had both positive and negative experiences. First windshield they put in for me was great. When replacing that one because of a crack, I had a terrible experience. I have an obnoxious whistle with the new one. They did put a good amount of time trying to fix it (which I both appreciated, and would expect from professionals). I tried compromising and to be reasonable, feeling like I shouldn't have to shoulder extra cost for this new problem. My car was missing the side panel to the windshield (wasn't a problem w the previous windshield), and I was told after the new windshield was in that that was a problem and I was probably "lucky" that it wasn't happening before. When I asked that they not mark up the part that I needed or charge me for extra labor, I was told that I was "irritating" them. Perhaps that was an unreasonable request, although things seemed to quickly deteriorate based on that proposal as opposed to be negotiated.In the end I have a car w a new problem and the feeling like they just wanted me to go away. Besides this experience, I have heard and experienced good professional work from them. And, when things went wrong I found the customer service to be abrasive.

Bill's Quality Glass has done fantastic work for my family. Every windshield is replaced to the highest industry standard and he will go out of his way to take pictures of potential problems and walk you through the install. Bill is a great guy with years of industry experience. You can't go wrong with Bill's.

My Ford windshield took on a huge rock and lost a couple of weeks ago!!!! We literally just picked up our bus, one windshield panel replaced, over $100 more than quoted, took a day longer and we had to drive it out and drop it off. I'm a business owner locally and this is disappointing. Will not be using this company again.
