On my way to Jackson for a medical appointment and the SUV hadn t been driven in a while and all four tires were about 10 pounds below what was recommended for tire pressure. Stopped in and Tristan had me fixed up and back on the road in a jiffy!

Had our transmission die in the middle of vacation. Found this shop 15 min before closing, they were so helpful. We were able to rent a suburban to get us around town for a day. He drove my husband to a neighboring town to pick it up. He just went so out of his way to be helpful. We so appreciated Bailey Tire and services! If I could give 10 stars.

We had a huge issue with our van while up in Lander and we couldn t find a shop to get us in within their normal appointments. We also have a vehicle that not all shops work on. We called Bailey and Jaime worked us in not just one day but two days in a row to fix multiple things. They even had to rewire some aftermarket wiring that was messed up near the engine. Also they re incredibly affordable!!! So thankful for great service and helpful folks there to get us back on the road.

Our tire popped 20 miles out of town. No one in town had any tires of our size in stock, but Bailey expedited our repair and patched the tire; all in less than 30 min. They were very friendly and receptive to our stress of being very far from home and hours away from the next shop that had our tire in stock. 5 stars!

My family and I were visiting Lander where we found ourselves with a flat tire on a new minivan. I left the car at Bailey's expecting we would need to replace the tire and that it would be expensive and maybe not fast enough to get back to Denver in time for our flight. Surprise! They fixed the tire for less than $40 and in less than 30 minutes. The only hard part of the experience was getting the van to Bailey's. They were very honest and fair and did not rip us off, which is always the biggest fear when you break down away from home. We were able to get back on our way in time and left Lander with nothing but good vibes. You will be in good hands if you go to Bailey's!Service: Auto tire replacement

Stopped in here to get a tire checked after a family member said it looked like we had a wobble in our tire, as we were traveling through, staff was very friendly and quick to help and make sure our tires were good to go and make sure everything was tightened up.

We highly recommend Bailey Tire and Auto Services. Our van broke down in Lander during a long distance trip to visit family and celebrate our grandson's 1st birthday. Cody went above and beyond to help us make it to the party on time, helping us brainstorm all the possible (and impossible) ways to get there while our van was in the shop. We were traveling through the area and had a tire problem where we needed a professional opinion on some unusual wear/pulsing on our tires. Ended up being that the our tire was about to fail. The team there was very courteous and even stayed past their posted closing time to get the job done. Their hospitality and professional work is much appreciated!

Since it was Saturday afternoon and no place else was open, we had to have our tire repaired here even though we were skeptical after reading the review here.We were pleasantly surprised at the friendly and quick service we received. We were in and out within 30 minutes. They had plugged and patched 2 punctures in the tread.We drove back to our campsite 10 miles away and parked and within 2 hours the tire was flat! It was then too late to take it back. Thank goodness we were at our campsite. We loaded the vehicle on our car dolly and left it at that.When we returned home we had the tire checked at our local repair shop. The tire was ruined. One patch was leaking because it was improperly installed. The puncture had been enlarged and the inside of the tire had been over buffed to the point of exposing the cord. The tire could NOT be repaired. This tire was only half worn and should have had plenty of life left.Would not recommend this repair shop to my worst enemy!

I can t say enough about this place. I was driving through Lander on the way to Montana and my car broke down. Jaime, a mechanic, was working the front desk and was super busy, but managed to fit me in and fix my car. He did it with a great attitude and a smile. My car worked perfect after the fix and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing work on their car. Thanks Jaime! You re awesome!

We were passing through Lander and noticed one of our tires was about shredded. Jammie was extremely patient and kind while he answered all of our questions on the best tire option for our van. I HIGHLY recommend this place for a spectacular experience getting tires done.

Very clean shop and great people. We got a large rock stuck in our Jeep tire while on a trip. They were able to get us worked in their schedule and had us off in no time to finish our vacation. Thank you!

We needed a tire for our water hauling truck (old beat up Chevy) and they had a used one (we called everywhere else in lander and Riverton first because Baileys has done bad work us before) but they were the only ones with a used tire. We bought the tire from them, they put it on the rim and we took it home and put in on the truck. We didn t use the truck for a couple weeks (we don t use it regularly) we went to get water and the tire was flat. Weird? So we filled it with our compressor brought it in to Baileys to ask them to check it for us. The same guy we originally bought the tire from treated my husband like he was lying and like we wanted to take advantage of them. The guy got really accusatory and rude with him. He did say if we wanted to leave it with him he would look at it in a hour but at this point we couldn t trust and didn t want to work with them if they couldn t even be reasonable in the first place. So we will take the tire to Plains Tire in Riverton (30 minutes away from our house) because they are MUCH kinder! If you need anything car/ tire related go to Plains Tire! They are wonderful and have never mislead or been rude. If you choose to go to Baileys anyways just beware they don t own up to anything or even consider it could be an honest mistake it s always the customers fault.

I was traveling through Lander from Yellowstone going home to Iowa. I blew 2 tires and was stuck. I was able to get them off the trailer and took them to the shop. They got me 2 new tires and repaired a damaged rim. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were great to deal with and saved my vacation.

Warning Do not use this company!!!!! I requested tire road service on my semi truck today. they over charged me by $236 on top of the already overpriced service fee .they asked me if my tire is 22.5 I said yes regular 395/75/22.5 they gave me a price of $720 for a Chinese tire with road call 15 miles away. Their driver showed up with a pick up truck steer tire accepted that it is his fault told me that he picked up the wrong tire and he asked for someone to bring the correct size. The management charged me $236 extra and blamed their employees mistake on me while the road guy convinced it s his mistake....made me to pay for it. Didn t even provide with an invoice. Typical highway robbery on road call. $956 for all position trailer tire. Again I was 15 miles away from their shop.

As always with Bailey, amazing service. Tire started leaking, limped to Baileys, they found one that'd fit my Toyota and had me on my way before I could walk to get food. Great job y'all.

Bailey's had plenty of cars and only an hour till close. We were on the road and needed to get out quick. They got us taken care of and back on the road. Good service, good prices.

The good: Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. They really try to help with whatever problem you might have.The bad: short staffed. Because of shor staffing, you may or may not get a callback on your repairs leaving them to make a judgment call on what you really want.All in all, they do the best they can with the limited resources they have.

Just went to get my tire pressure checked before a 15hr drive home they filled up my tires in no time and gave me some new tire caps! So kind. Highly recommend.

We showed up with no prior notice and a flat tire, they helped us right away even though they were busy and had us patched up and on our way in no time and at a very reasonable price. Definitely reccomend.

We were on our way to Yellowstone. But they couldn't get us as they were backed up a couple of days. They were nice though & pointed us to another shop in town.

Used Bailey Tire appointment option and never heard anything from Baily tire to confirm an appointment date. If your going to offer the option, the provide the customer service and follow up.
