Brian came to the rescue for my wife when our truck broke down recently. He was courteous, professional and in general a very nice person. I needed to separately drive from another location to meet them and he was more than accommodating to wait for me. He also gave me a ride to a local hotel and helped to deliver the truck to a local mechanic. Thanks for the help!

Absolutely fantastic company and people. They answer their phones no matter the time and weather. They are so professional and thorough when they have had to tow our semi and pick up truck. Reliable and honest. Would HIGHLY recommend. I m a truck driver and I had issues with my trailer tandems earlier this week and my company that I drive for told me to go here to get them adjusted. They helped me with no problem and were nice especially their two pups. Thank you for the help!

I got my car towed by this company and they are very rude My daughter was in an accident coming home for Xmas from her duty station in the snow. This was her first time driving home in cold weather. The driver was rude and upset because she was called out for the job that was recommended by the officer. Even when it came to getting the proper paperwork for my insurance company they continue to be rude about the matter. Customer service goes a long way and when you are in a situation of Shock distress and alone the last thing you want to have to deal with is someone making the experience worst with not even being considerate that this person could have very well lost their life. I don t recommend this company at all

Highly don t recommend this towing company I recently got my car towed by them and they did not show up on time and charged me for the hours they didn t show up I needed my car towed at 7pm and the tower did not show up till 9 or 10 pm even though she was 30 min from my location. She complained the entire time, and when I asked to be taken to evanston she refused because she was tired and wanted to go to sleep. I was stuck in Kemmerer with no way home because that small town had no airport and no mode of transportation.they did not inform me of the rates until after we got to her shop and charged me per hour from the hour that she was called and I DID NOT call her the sheriff recommended her. This incident occurred December 15th 2021and today I asked to email my receipt and they informed me I would be emailed the receipt in the morning I was not emailed a receipt until the afternoon. And I called today in the morning because of not receiving the email and they were rude and hung up in my face.Service: Car towing

Brian was great. Broke down middle of nowhere. Limped it to his shop. He came in On his day off. He put it on his computer .found out what we needed. He didn't have the part and didn't charge me a dime. You cannot find that kind of service ever.and I've been all over this country driving for 35 years Thank you Brian for the best service ever.Service: Long distance hauling

- DO NOT USE WITHOUT LOCKING IN A RATE FIRST!! Used this company on 2-8-20. Their rate was $800 per hour, used a second truck mainly to control traffic at $700 an hour. So for our 6 hour job they charged us $1,500 per hour almost $10,000 total! Other local company's said it should have been $300 per hour per truck not $800. DO NOT USE WITHOUT LOCKING IN A RATE FIRST!!
