This place is a complete scam, I paid $17 for the mid-level wash, and the back of my vehicle was not clean at all. Literally no dirt had washed off the back of the car. I went to one of the associates and explained that car wash did not clean the back of the car at all and he said that I need to purchase the $20 wash to wash the back of the car. what a complete joke!!Imagine paying for a car wash where the wash doesn t even wash your entire vehicle? I advise anyone reading this to do their business at another car wash in town. Scammer business.

I spilled hot coffee all over my car that filled my cup holders. I needed to quickly take care of it as I was on the way to work. I knew that this place had reliable self serve vaccums so I went to purchase a car wash solely for the vaccums but was turned away because of my hitch bike rack. I literally gave the guy a $20 bill to use the vaccuums (not even for a wash) and he was a huge a-hole about it.

They wouldn't let me use vacume with out running car thru car wash but I came in the van that would not fit due to the hight limit. I tried to pay to use the vacuum and explain that there's no other working vacume in town and I have no where else to go but they still refused to let me use their vacuum

What a joke. Unless you pay up for their top-tier, all-included wash, the drive-thru tunnel is a poor excuse for a car wash. As expected if you spend any time at all exploring the Jackson area, you'll have dirt from gravel roads on your vehicle. With a next-to-top-tier wash, the pre-wash guys use a trickle from a garden hose as you enter. Pay the extra and they use a pressure washer. We came out with literal mud dripping from the SUV around the windows and doors. The "manager" simply said we should have paid for the highest priced wash and he would have re-washed the car, but since we didn't it would cost us to go thru again. After a long, loud discussion, he relented and let us go thru again with nearly the same results. A short rain shower would have given about the same result. What a rip-off. Never again.

I live in Jackson I always come to wash my car here but I can t use vacuum unless I wash my car and there's no sign for this

I needed to use a vacuum, the other two spots in town were broken, and they said I had to pay $17 for a car wash (that I didn t need) and THEN I could use their vacuums. No option to pay separately. Just stupid business practice all around

don t go here if u have a truck! what s the point of a car wash - that has human beings working at it mind you- that won t help me clean out the bed of my truck lol? UPDATE: went to go to KJs car wash down the street! they are so much friendlier and way more helpful!!! :) plus cheaper

If I could give them zero stars I would!! My brother recently went threw this car wash and a part of the machinery cracked his front windshield. Even after the owner admitted to seeing what happened on camera and admitting it s the car wash s fault he still refuses to compensate for what his car wash did. On top of it he has been very rude and very un professional. It makes it even worse too because the car my brother took threw the car wash is his brand new car that he just got after being a victim of a horrible car accident that could of taken his, his girlfriend and his unborn baby s life but thank the gods it didn t. It s just very unfortunate that right after he has to go threw something horrible he now has to deal with a very unprofessional business owner that won t take responsibility for anything. If you want my advice take your vehicle somewhere else where they actually appreciate the customers!

It was awful. Car came out dirty. We asked to go thru again (after about 20 more cars went thru because they made us wait that long). Then he finally came out to see us. He said he'd let us go again this time, but don't even ask again; it will not happy again.Don't think we'll be going back there again!

My girlfriend had gone to get my car washed at this place today. There were these three people who spoke Spanish that were saying inappropriate things about her and talking about it in a disgusting manner. This other guy came up to her and asked her if she had papers and how old she was and that those she was too young for them. These four people need to be fired and should never work at a place like this. My girlfriend and I both speak Spanish too so she knows what they were saying. If these people do not get fired I will keep going at this until they do. She was so uncomfortable and its messed up.

This was the best car wash I have EVER been to. I never give 5 stars. The automated payment kiosk wasn't working so they had a young girl working in 90 degree sun to collect payment. The car wash was slow and thorough. To make thing even better. The vacuum was FREE!

I am a huge fan of this car wash. Ever since they opened, they have been doing an amazing job and I use them for both my personal and my work vehicles. The staff is always super friendly, I love the fact that they come out to help you at the kiosk and the free vacuums are a really nice touch. As a small business owner, I know how hard it is to run a quality operation and these guys definitely do it.

They have free vacuums that actually suck really well!!! Lol they suck!! In all the good ways. Cheapest automatic car wash is $15 and vacuums are FREE.

These guys are great. It starts when they personally meet you at the register and goes all the way to their format cleaners. I work with these guys multiple times a month and love coming back each time. They do a hand pre-wash and make sure that your car is all good to go. Definitely the best bang for the buck car wash in Jackson compared into the kind of cheaper ones around town.

Worst car wash I ve ever gotten. If you drive any distance and have bugs on the front of your car that need removing. DON T go to this car wash. I was told that the $20.00 wash would get 90% of the bugs off. I thought, well that s close enough. Didn t even get 40% of the bugs off. Spoke to the manager about going thru a 2nd time and he said couldn t do it. Ended up going to the Shell Station down the street and brushed the bugs of with no effort since I just had the car detailed before leaving. As a retired business owner our philosophy was always customer satisfaction. This business needs to look that meaning up.

I brought two cars by in one afternoon and was very pleased with both washes, especially after a very muddy couple of weeks in Jackson. We had our cars washed and also vacuumed and cleaned our floor mats. Matt was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that everyone was happy with their experience and had everything needed. This is definitely my preferred spot to bring my cars in Jackson!Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

After a week in Jackson with a rental car, we wanted to send it back to the rental car company the right way. You would think going to a brand new facility that had car wash on the sign would be the place to go. We were happy to pay for such services. Unfortunately we were wrong and turned away because they thought the vehicle was too dirty. They were at least courteous about this denial. They recommended we go to KJs to clean the vehicle first prior to coming back for a wash . 5 stars for KJs. 1 star for this beautiful building labeled as a car wash. Not sure what they do in that tunnel.

Worst car wash ever. Bad customer service, trying to vacuum vehicle and getting yelled at even though I bought the wash. Scratched my truck and acted like it wasn t them. The manager has no integrity.

Super friendly staff, and free vacuums which is a huge plus. Other than that, I do not recommend this wash. I paid for the most expensive wash, and not only did it leaves scratches on the side of my truck, but it didn t even get the dirt from my undercarriage which was one of the main reasons I went. I have to find another car wash to get the rest of the dirt out.

Love love love this car wash! The service is always amazing! The fact that they make sure you get the right service for your car is more than most car washes provide. I will always recommend this place to anyone looking for a wash worth their money.

Used The Car Wash at Jackson Hole while on a trip and it worked wonders on our salty and iced over vehicle. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help with getting our car in the best shape prior to leaving. Would recommend for anyone in the area.

Basic car wash was $15. Did an okay job. Tire wells still were muddy. Free vacuums were nice

Ok so this place wash is $17 or $20 wash with a free vacuum. What nobody mentioned until you get there and see the sign that says free vacuum for 5 min , I understand not to spend a very long time to vacuum but seeing a sign like that makes you aware of the time you do it. What if your vacuum doesn't work very well and now you have to double back to make sure it's clean that takes away from you're now 5 min. Anyway getting in and out is tight as well. But good news there wash did an ok job by cleaning the bugs spot but it can do better.

I m here 1-3 times a week between my personal use and renting my car out on Turo. I ve been generally pleased with the service, until I walked by this morning on my way into town. You need to teach your employees not to cat-call women passing by on the sidewalk. Going to stick to the self-serve car wash at Shell, where I know the attendant knows how to respectfully interact with women.This happened on the morning of June 27 between 9 and 10 am. Your security footage will show your employee standing by the door of your business.

The attendants did a poor job of pre washing my vehicle. Not just bad but they aggressively slapped their brushes on to the car. Would not recommend not worth the damage. But their floor mat cleaners are really good.
