I regularly use the Teton Motors dealership for service, and approached the collision center for an estimate to paint my 'B' Pillars black on a 2011 Sierra. A simple job requiring no body work. I was told: "We don't do anything around here for under $1000, but we'll check with our tech." After many unreturned emails, I made occasional stops while doing business in town, and received excuse after excuse, but never an appointment to do the job. Well, I want to THANK these jerks for snubbing me... I was able to find a quality shop in AZ who not only did my B-Pillars, but also my bed, for the price they were going to charge just for the pillars. If their workmanship is anything like their customer service, i'm better off without it.

We had a dead battery on the day before we left Jackson for the winter. Even though the device Department was fully booked, they installed the new battery on a walk in basis. We have been a customer of Teton Motors for almost 20 years, and they have always exceeded expectations. The service advisors are the best!

I've been getting my pickup serviced at Teton Motors for 3+ years and have always been fully satisifed. My last visit, however, exceeded all expectations. The service staff went above and beyond getting my car back on the road after a defective oil cooler hose needed replacement. Brian (service), Kenny (parts) and the mechanic (forgot his name) were unbelievable. I highly recommend the service group at Teton Motors. They are world class!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I started my trip from Florida, stopped in Maine, and ended up in Jackson, Wyoming, needing a service. I stopped in late on a Saturday checking on scheduling a vehicle service for my brand new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD, LTZ and was informed by sales staff that service had already closed. They told me that if I returned Monday at 7:30 a.m., I could check with the service department.I returned as they informed me and was pleased when Bruce Derize, the service manager, immediately accommodated me. It was such a pleasure meeting him, and I felt like he genuinely cared about getting me taken care of for the rest of my trip south, back to Florida.Excellent staff, excellent service manager. I would avoid taking your car here if possible. My appointment was delayed by one week, and I d had an appointment to get my car detailed between the original appointment and the rescheduled.The collision center had stored my dirty and destroyed front bumper in the back of my car while they replaced it, and did not clean up after. It also created scratches in the back mat. This was so disappointing because it had just been detailed; I tried to clean it myself but was not able to get it to the condition I d dropped my car off in.Ultimately I was not able to retrieve my car for 2 weeks following the original appointment, and had to call several times for any sort of update.Employees were kind and ultimately the service was performed at the quoted value, I just think they could be more considerate about making messes.Service: Body & Trim

A wonderful experience! Bruce and Bryan in the service department are both very knowledgeable and very professional. Lisa and her team at the collision center are amazing! Incredibly disappointing. Had repairs set up three weeks out with them twice, both times ended with them saying they set it up only to find out they never did. For both visitors and locals of Jackson they are not trustworthy and if you do have an appointment set up check in often to make sure it s still on.

My recent experience with Teton motors was with the Collision center I hit an Elk with my 2021 Silverado damage was severe I was told up front that it would take some time for the repairs up to 2months. I was happy they took on the job. Lisa and the girls took good care of me providing me with a loaner car and honest information when ever I inquired. My truck was returned to me close to the time that was originally estimated and the guys at the collision center did a marvelous job good as new and detailed on the inside it was like the day I drove it home. Many thanks to Lisa and the girls in the office and the folks in the shop that did such a great job!Services: Body & Trim, Welding, Auto windshield replacement

Lisa at the collision center went above and beyond to help me get my car to the shop. She has also helped with a handful of other issues. She is one of the most helpful, enjoyable people I ve ever dealt with. Super easy and pleasant to work with. Easy to make an appointment at a time that worked for me and the work was completed within the time estimated. Great experience from everyone I met. Sales/service/parts/owner. David Crook was fair and has a great knowledge of the product and quick to provide answers on any questions about the trucks. I received great customer service from the whole team and especially David Crook. I would definitely buy another truck from him and the whole team at Teton Motors.

We made an appointment for 10 AM on Feb 7th. Bruce asked us to come in at 8 AM instead, which we did. We told him we'd be waiting there with the truck. My wife waited there for 8 hours. E I G H T hours for an appointment we made. Not only did she wait 8 hours in the unheated waiting room, but there was grease on the steering wheel and now all of the tire pressure sensors aren't working. I will literally drive 5 hours to and from Idaho Falls rather than use this establishment again. $600 for 45k mile maintenance and 8 hours later with non-working tire pressure sensors. This business is somehow worse than the most remote Chevy dealership in North America (Fairbanks, Alaska), which is where I just moved from.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can't thank the Teton Motors crew enough for my new Silverado. From sales to services everyone does a fantastic job. I don't know what Teton Motors does to find such a personable and quality staff, but I always feel at home when I step inside. Rick & Bruce were very helpful and easy to talk with. While the problem was not solved the first go around, they were dedicated to getting to the bottom of it and amending the bill because of a mis-diagnosis. Unfortunately, my 17 year old (2005) Duramax, does like to start in negative temps. I believe that the techs had to jump the battery because the block heater was not plugged in overnight, and subsequently, my aftermarket stereo no longer works as designed. I now have to manually shut off the stereo every time I turn off the truck. The stereo installer believes that the module(?) that interfaces with the truck and the ignition has likely been damaged... While I cannot prove anything, I am very confident that it had to do with Teton Motors repair, as this happened for the first time the day I picked my truck up from service. All in all service fixed the issue I brought the truck in for and a couple more as well, but it's always a bummer to get your truck back with another problem to deal with on top of a $4K bill.

After waiting 2 weeks for an appt, the 1st day in the shop no work done; 2nd day diagnosis but no work done; 3rd day work finally done. And no relief for replacing the same part installed 3 years ago. $2500 in 3 years for same part. Also when calling the 1st 2 days either no answer or no return phone call. Poor service and planned obsolescence parts!

Great internet buying experience. Salesman John Johnson was quick to return calls and got the paperwork to me with no discrepancy on what was talked about on the phone. John picked me up at the airport and I was out of the dealership in about an hour.The only thing was I left out of there in a snowstorm but had a great trip. Could not see the Tetons because of the snowstorm maybe next time.

Teton Motors in Jackson, WY has been my go-to dealership for over 20 years, and today their service department is better than ever. My most recent experience bore that out. They performed what needed to be done, and explained to me things I asked about that did not need to be done at this time. This review is written by a local. Yup, nobody ever likes patronizing an auto body shop. I give 5 stars because of Mark & Josh, the managers. They do their best with easy going humor, and make things right again. They have integrity (St Frm Ins told me they rarely double check estimates because they know they're honest).

Teton Motors did a great job repairing the tailgate on my Nissan Pathfinder after I backed into another car (doh!). They even let me borrow a Subaru Forester while my vehicle was being fixed. The staff was nice, and they filed all the appropriate paperwork with State Farm so I didn't have to worry about dealing with the claim by myself.
