Took a big rock to the windshield while on a road trip. Randomly walked in to this location to see if they could help. Noah and team could not have been more pleasant. They had us all fixed up and back on the road in 30 minutes. (Safelite customer service told us the best they could do was 5 days later in SLC, which surely would have resulted in a windshield replacement instead of just a repair....we are so glad we took a chance and dropped in to the Jackson location!) Thanks so much for helping us and for being so kind!

I called twice after having a major impact to our windshield during a 23 hour drive. We were driving, trying to organize an appointment to replace the windshield on our arrival home. Their ivr system consistently disconnected us and told us to book via our smartphone or computer and would not connect us to a person.I understand the cost considerations, but when you buy out a business that locals are used to dealing with, maintaining an ability to speak to a human seems like good business sense.Unfortunately this is not the only poor experience with Safelite. We now go out of our way NOT to deal with them.

Stay Away! They will charge you $190 for a single chip repair. Outrageous! Would give a 0 if I could.

Made an appointment 2.5 weeks early as I was going through Jackson on my way home from vacation. Showed up for my appointment in the 2 day window and they told me they didn't have the glass yet. They stated they left voicemail, but that didn't happen, but they did manage to text me 5 times to remind me to be there on time.Absolutely gutted, now they left me high and dry to figure out what to do now and potentially have to wait multiple more weeks from some other location...

I've been to three different safelite stores to get a window repaired and it is still not fixed. Didn't even vacuum out the broken glass. This place has wasted several days of my time trying to get this fixed.

I can say without a doubt this was the most pleasant and professional auto repair experience I have had in a very long time. Called them up, had an appointment 2 days later, new windshield in an hour......fast, friendly and very efficient. I wouldn't take my windshield replacement needs anywhere but Advanced Glass and Trim.

These guys are awesome! They fixed the rock chip in my windshield in a matter of minutes when they hadn t even officially opened their shop for the day yet! To top it all off, they refused any payment from me because it was such an easy fix for them. I would highly recommend this friendly and genuine business.

I've been using these guys for several years now and they never disappoint, but now they took it to a new level. On Monday I cracked my windshield and it was determined it needed to be replaced. I was going out of town on Thursday, so they ordered the glass, arrived on Wednesday and my car was ready by 9AM that day, and, done perfectly. Thanks Anders and Nick for all you do.

We drove through Jackson in our RV and a rock hit our windshield hard with a nickel size chip. I called this place as 3rd option on google list. Got a hefty windshield chip whilst moving cross-country. Dropped in at Advanced Glass & Trim and they had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Incredibly courteous, professional service that even gave me tips on how to get the repair covered by insurance. Highly recommended.

Google reviews brought us to Advanced Glass and Trim, so I thought it was only fair to leave a review of our own. Aaron provided incredible, friendly service. We picked up a rock chip on our way to Jackson, but we re only staying one night. We stopped on our way and they were able to help us right then and we were out the door in less than 20 minutes. Couldn t ask for better service!

would definitely recommend these guys for a windshield replacement - the quote they provided over the phone was what I was actually charged (no surprise costs as seem to be normal at other places), they were super quick (had the windshield replaced in just over an hour), and were very accommodating (able to find a time for me to come in when they could do it right away, rather than having to drop the car off and pick it up later or on another day). thanks for the beautiful new windshield!

These guys are very good st what they do. I received a call back the same afternoon I left the message, asking if they could possibly replace my truck windshield. Not only did they have it in stock, but I was given an appointment the next day. Insurance was a breeze, and the work was perfect.

These fine humans saved our vacation. Day 5 of a 12 day drive and we got a cracked windshield entering Jackson at about 3 PM, by 10 AM the next morning, it was replaced with a new windshield that had to be shipped to them. Replaced before the family was up and about. So thankful to all at Advanced Auto Glass for getting us in so fast and back on the road without skipping a beat. Thank you!!

Anders went above and beyond to help me find a sunroof for my car after it shattered on me. I m all the way in Bozeman and he was more helpful than anyone else I contacted. I highly recommend him to anyone needing any sort of auto glass repaired!

This company rocked! We had a accident on the way to Jackson that blew out our back window. They got us in immediately upon arrival into Jackson and did a vacuum out of the glass and a very professional crash wrap. Very kind and helpful!!!!

I was on a tour through Grand Teton National Park and a back window broke on our van. I needed to repair the window until I could get it replaced in Salt Lake City. Fortunately, the guys at Advanced Glass and Trim were able to put some crash wrap on it in about 5 minutes.Thanks!!!!!

In and out in 20 minutes (including the insurance call) for a small chip. Professional, friendly, and looks like it never happened. Nationwide approved as well. Definitely recommend these guys!

Service was good and polite, but the parts are wrong for the 3rd time. Not the local people fault just jobs run by computers not people.
