Kody totally saved our trip! Had an issue with our rented RV in Grand Teton - he wasn't able to come out to us, but helped get us back on the road within an hour after we drove down to see him. After getting zero support from our rental company he was an absolute hero! His detailed invoice also ensured our rental company were able to reimburse us for the repair. Cannot recommend enough.

Kody saved us big time!!We detected a fuel leak and Kody came to save us at a moment's notice in Grand Teton NP. He was efficient and fixed it up in no time. Friendly & cost efficient. Made our day! Thanks Kody! (The Aussies)

I called with a problem with my electrical connection to my toad. Kody replied he was currently out of town but we could meet somewhere the following Tuesday in Jackson. (I was in Colter Bay and would drive down with the faulty cable). Monday I texted him for the location, leaving my phone number. He did not respond by mid morning Tuesday so I wrote him off.

Kody was awesome! Super responsive and professional. We were camping up at the top of Shadow mountain and he came all the way up there to look at our trailers wheel bearing. As soon as he looked at the wheel, he knew we just needed a new beating dust cap. Didn t even charge us even after offering to pay him for his time to come all the way up there. Highly, highly recommend giving him a call!

Excellent customer service and reliability! Our call for help was returned within an hour, and Cody came the same day for the initial service call. All my calls were returned, and our issue was solved within a week. Parts and labor were reasonable. These guys are not afraid of a tough job!!

I needed a replacement thermal cut-off kit and Cody was at our RV site within 45 min after I called him. Superfast and professional! I Highly recommend.

I called and made an appointment with Kody for the next day. I completely rearranged my schedule to be home and after waiting an hour I texted him, then called him, and he never returned either. Tried him again, never heard from him!! There seems to be a similar theme here with other revues. Totally unreliable.

Kody was great. Got back to me in a timely manner, evaluated my house batteries that weren't holding a charge and explained what I had been doing wrong. He even fixed a clanging hubcap on the RV that was put on with only one rivet when the new tires were put on in another state. I m sure if Kody actually shows up or responds he does fine work but I couldn t swear to it. We had an appointment for Monday and asked to move it to Tuesday. He said that was actually better for him. A couple of texts asking for an ETA went unanswered. My husband called and he said he d be to us at 3pm. At 5pm we finally told him not to bother. We are having an issue with our AC and I worry about my dog that has to be in the camper during the day. Thankfully we have a second unit that will hopefully keep things cool enough. If you have a true emergency I m not sure how you will fare.

My wife called Kody for emergency assistance due to RV electrical issues whilst staying in Grand Teton. She was assured that an RV technician would arrive between 3-5pm. We waited all day but they didn t show up and Kody ignored all subsequent attempts to contact. Just a reasonable degree of communication, expectation setting and honesty would have sufficed here as we would not have sacrificed a day in getting the issue fixed. Judging from the other reviews I ve since read, I think we got off lightly not having to do business with them. For reference I think they wanted about $500+ dollars to show up just to diagnose the problem. In the unfortunate circumstance that you are reading this review and relying on this business to help you; I wish you the very best of luck.

Kody is amazing!!! Answered his phone. Committed to a very responsive time. Came over despite the fact that I called to tell him I managed a temporary solution. And still helped us regardless clearly motivated to help us get on our way. People like Kody are indispensable. Strongly recommend!!!

Called on Wednesday afternoon, he was to me by 7am the next morning. Dreaded Dometic sail switch malfunction was the suspected issue. Kody was very professional and hustled to get it repaired quickly. Showed me some tips. He was on his second or third call of the morning, and took 2 other calls for mobile repairs for the next day. Top Notch, professional and gets it done !

Kody helped us in a bind with a rental RV. We called him on a Sunday night and he answered, met us at our next stop and assessed the issue, then arranged to meet us the next day at another place to fix it. We were able to continue with our vacation because of him. He forgot his drill and didn t charge us for the extra time it took him because he had to screw every 6 inch screw by hand. Kody was personable and efficient and charged a fair price.

Was promised an appointment multiple times and canceled/delayed for three weeks before he finally came out. Upon completion of job I was charged a $475 travel fee, which was not pre disclosed. I understand paying a travel fee, but a rate that high needs to be disclosed. Very disappointed in the price and attitude given.

$175/ hour. $325 just to show up. $500 just to show up. After Cody told me he would be in the area this afternoon. I said I thought you are going to be in the area and Cody said that was for another job. So he charges $325 even if he is in the area and a short drive. Looks to be a guy taking advantage of people being desperate.

This guy is awesome . I would highly recommend him . Very knowledgeable. He was polite and went out of his way to help. And you can tell he takes pride in his work to make sure his customers are completely satisfied.

I wouldn t recommend, a guy came out and told me one hour rate and then charges me a completely different number after he finished, cost me way to much for how little work was done
