Incredible service, very friendly employees. From the beginning, very clear communication. Assessed the car, made an appointment to drop off and when I dropped off it was quick and smooth. Car fixed in the time estimated and work was perfect. My car looks amazing.My only feedback is to change the product used inside the car, as it produced a strong chemical odor for some time.Everything else was above expectations. Definitely a place I would go back. Everything with my car insurance was handled smoothly. Thank you!

Extremely friendly and professional. I live in the east coast and my daughter had an accident in Jackson. Doris, Tam and the staff were very accommodatingand helpful in getting the repairs completed and the quality of the work was excellent , they even picked up and delivered the car to accommodate our daughters work schedule. As a person who has been in the business for 40+ years I Highly recommend these folks!

I had a wonderful experience. Very pleasant and helpful staff and my truck looks beautiful. They finished it in a timely manner and it was done much sooner than I expected. I would definitely recommend Mikes body shop to a friend or family member.

Though I have only interacted with a small number of body shops over the years, Mike s qualifies as one of the best. The assessment of damage was quick yet completely thorough and the final repair price was just as expected. The repair work itself was completed with expertise and efficiency. I highly recommend Mike s if you are in need of a body shop repair.

I have lived in Jackson for a few years now. Mike's has done some great work to three of my vehicles during that time. I cannot say enough great things about them. I know there are new owners now and the service is still excellent. I have had to call in several times for different things and Tam is always there providing excellent service. I hope not to need anymore work done after today, but if it happens, I know where I will go for excellent service.Service: Body & Trim

From central Nebraska day 1 of vacation, 600 plus miles from home, and our passenger window decides it isn't going up. Tried traveling with the plastic fix but couldn't stand the noise after 60 miles. We are forever thankful that Mike's was the first result of our Google search. Late Friday afternoon and the wonderful technician there was kind enough to fit us in. Thank you so much!! Tam ~ thanks for helping turn a disaster into a feel good experience.

Great to work with. Professional, thorough and honest. I needed a front bumper replaced from a wildlife collision. They simplified the process, it was easy. They were able to get parts for a Volvo and fix it in no time. Impressive. It's impossible to tell the collision even happened. Perfect paint match and repair. I could not have asked for better service and communication. They did all the back work with insurance and I picked up a brand new clean car upon finish. Thank you Mike's. We were visiting Jackson Hole when our car got scratched. I was personally concerned that wherever we take the car to have it fixed, they would charge us double as soon as they learn we are visitors. Not only they fixed it within minutes, but they didn't even charge us. When we went to Mike's bodyshop, we were coming back from rafting, so all my clothes were wet. They lady at the office was so sweet and caring that offered me hot coffee when she saw I was shivering. Both the lady at the office and the gentleman who fixed the scratches were super kind and helpful. I will never forget this pleasant experience!! Highly recommend.

5 stars are definitely not enough to rate this business.Simply excellent in every aspect.I arrived in Jackson on a camping / mountain biking vacation and while backing up my camper I jack knifed it causing serious damage.Eric and Shean were so great, super friendly and super accommodatingThey handled the insurance claim in a quick and efficient manner.I was provided with a great courtesy truck which I was able to hang my bike rack on.SAVING MY VACATION.Best of all I brought my truck on a Friday and got it back professionally repaired by Tuesday.I could not recommend Mikes body shop enough.Thanks soooo much.

I would highly recommend these guys. They are friendly and honest and they take great care of their customers. AJ dropped everything he was doing and went out of his way to help me today. They have now worked on my personal car and my business vehicle. Obviously nobody wants to deal with body work, but this shop makes it as easy as possible.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism both in customer service and quality of work. The team at Mike s worked diligently to honor all our needs. They completed the repairs ahead of schedule while efficiently managing the conversation with the insurance company helping ease and expedite the process. We were visiting JH and, some one scratched our rental car. We were very nervous that the rental company would charge our insurance. We took the car to mike s shop and he fixed it for us. He did not even charged us for the work. The staff were so sweet and caring.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Very disappointed. Not only did we a) wait 3 months for repairs to be done and b) purchase airline tickets to come pick up the vehicle when they said it would be ready, only to find out it still had weeks of repairs left, but c) are now having to do $2-3k worth of repairs out of pocket that were either missed or done poorly by the shop. Both wheel bearings in the front of the vehicle where they were working for 2 months had to be replaced, and they installed a faulty front speaker (requiring repairs at 2 different shops now). Insurance will not cover these additional repairs since it is not done by the original shop but we don't live in the same state and don't need to drive 15 hours back to this shop to get work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
