Anyone that gives this place a bad review for bad customer service is absolutely in the wrong part of the country! The owner and her staff are absolutely 100% super friendly, great attitudes I am self-employed and have 125 employees myself. These people are above first class. Yes we total lost a snowmobile and yes they was very cooperative with us. Let us pay the deductible. And actually give us four more to ride the next day I don t know what else you could say for customer service other than they are first I don t leave many reviews, but this is a must And I recommend everyone to go see them For all of your rentals and for the record the 850 Single seater is a blast!

I think far too often people are quick to leave a bad review yet don t make time to write a positive one - I m here to tell all about my 10/10 experience renting snowmobiles and shopping for last minute gear for our adventure at Leisure Sports. I was helped by Natalie and she went above and beyond educating me about the sled, about being prepared for the adventure and helped me pick out practical and cute gear to stay warm on our chilly adventure to Granite Hot Springs. Great customer service, I love my gear and I love that she put me on a sled that met my skill level. Can t wait to plan another day out in the snow! Thank you Leisure Sports!!

Earlier this year we rented from leisure sports to go to Yellowstone National Park. Natalie was wonderful to work with and was beyond helpful with the ordering process of snowmobiles and accessories. The snowmobiles and trailer we rented were in pristine condition and had no issues while we were in Yellowstone for three days. My experience with Leisure Sports has been incredible and they exceeded my expectations with customer service! Thank you Natalie!

We rented an 8 seater Suburban for the week from Leisure Sports which was great, with airport delivery when we flew in. We also rented a trailer and 4 snowmobiles from Leisure Sports for an adventure to Granite Hot Springs. We had to move the date due to weather and everyone at Leisure was fantastic to work with. Thank you for helping us have an incredible vacation.

Worst customer service experience I ve ever dealt with. I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else for your rentals. We rented two snow mobiles for a day and had an unfortunate experience where while parked at the hot springs someone ELSE caused damages to our snow mobile. When we returned it we were very polite about explaining the situation and too our faces they seemed very understanding but the second we left the parking lot they charged us $1,000 to our card for damages and waited 3 days to call me back to tell me that they accessed the damage report out to be $700 total for a $99 piece of plastic that got broken off AND tried to claim the broken piece was due to us driving into a tree which was not the case at all so they charged us the maximum amount of money they possibly could for NO reason. A total scummy thing to do. Based on other reviews I ve seen this seems like a common complaint.

Highly recommend! Our family of 5 had the best day! The staff was super friendly and explained the machines well that the day went off without a hitch! Can t wait to plan the next and pass a long to our friends.

Highly recommend this company to everyone! My husband and I rented a 12ft raft and they had everything we needed! The reservation process was easy and the staff was super helpful! Will definitely use this company again next time we are in town.

Great place,very good prices.They can rent you a car,a trailer,snowmobiles,and other equipment.I got a trailer and a snowmobile for 2 persons for $220 for the whole day and you can go wherever you want.I webt to the granite hot springs,a very nice place to soak in after a snowmobile drive.very nice customer service and i definetely recommend this guys

The SUVs we rented were fine and worked for what we needed. I'm leaving a poor review because of how rude and disorganized the staff was. Prior to our arrival, each time I called with a question or need for additional information, there was confusion about our rental. Order information was missing, even though I had confirmation documentation. We had arranged for an after-hours pick up and completed/submitted all paperwork in advance. When we arrived, confirmation numbers and car details were mixed up, all previously completed paperwork had gone missing, and the person who just happened to be there was incredibly rude. He shared with us that we "were lucky he was even helping us after-hours," even though our confirmation stated an after-hours pick up. Our confirmation also stated a 5PM drop off time. At 3PM, someone called - and again, was incredibly rude - telling us the cars were due by 3PM. Turns out, they had confused us with another rental. Again, rude and disorganized. This company is not cheap and not worth being treated this way. There are other rental companies from which to choose.

I would highly recommend this place!!! Adrian was so sweet and helpful. The staff had great recommendations on where to ride. We had the best time! I couldn't believe we could basically have our own snowmobiles for a day and go anywhere! I'll be back for sure!!

Florida people here! We rented 6 snowmobile s for the day on a family vacation of 11. After only a short ride, two of ours overheated. The owner compensated our money and felt really bad. From the first time I talk to these people on the phone from Florida they were more than nice and helpful, they provided us with information about the area prior to us even getting there. I would recommend these people 100%! Good honest people. If I ever return, I will rent from y all again!

I was shocked to see the negative reviews on this company. My experience could not have been anymore perfect! I rented twice in a 30 day period. First time I was looking for something special to do for a date I was planning. Derek, one of the staff, took almost an hour showing me different areas to ride and explained the difference between the trail sleds and mountain sleds. Made sure we had the perfect location and sled. Date was a huge success. He damn sure did not need to take the extra time he did, but he did so with a smile!I was so impressed with the service and the amazing riding opportunities that he laid out forme that my brother and I drove out from the Midwest to try our hand at mountain sleds and deep powder. Turns out thousands of miles of UP trail riding does not prepare you for powder and mountain riding. What did help us have a blast was the team at Leisure Sports. They called to confirm our trip and realized they had made a mistake in the booking so upgraded us to 850 sleds from the 600s we booked, at no extra cost! Then they had us come in early if we wanted to so they could go over maps and riding techniques. The next day at pick up, as they had done my first rental, they walked us through the sleds features. They took photos all the way around the sleds with us. They had us confirm the gas levels and again spent 30 minutes recapping trails and techniques. As for the sleds, they were 2020 all brand new! My sled had less than 300 miles. It was a beast. I ride a Arctic Cat F800 trail sled so I am use to power but these long track 850 are amazing sleds. We had them for 2 days and never had a single problem. The machines were amazing the service was above and beyond and the trails and conditions were off the hook!!!Can not recommend Leisure Sports enough. I will be back many many more times!!!!Special thanks to Derek, the kid is a class act!PS - they ask for gas receipts when you return sleds and walk them again upon check in so not sure how the hell some of the issues mentioned in other post happened!?

A great time. We rented snow mobiles and a truck from Leisure Sports. Having zero experience with no guide. They gave us instructions and we were on our way. All six of us. Went up to Granite Hot Springs, didn t take the dip but loved every minute of this experience. Highly recommend these guys. So nice and professional. Would do it again.

The folks at Leisure Sports are genuinely decent people, accommodating, patient, and they made our snowmobile rental an absolutely enjoyable experience.They ll put you on sleds with a trailer and tow vehicle and advise you on where to go and what to do when you get there, all for extremely reasonable pricing. This was an aspect of our vacation we will always remember.Adrian is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to operating the machines and took the time to run through the entire process from loading and unloading to operating.The sleds were in great shape, along with the tow vehicle and trailer. We had prior experience with off-road equipment so it was fun to get to try snowmobiling and we re thankful to Leisure Sports for providing us the opportunity.We will be using them for our rental needs when we come back. Thanks guys, we appreciate it.

To say that the experience I had with Leisure Sports was bad is an understatement. After we started riding, one of the snowmobiles had a flashing light and was beeping and then it stopped working. Staff at Leisure Sports said it might've been the parking brake cause they have had a lot of issues with that in the past. My two questions are why did they leave the parking brake on with one sled but not the other? We rented two and the other one was working just fine. Also, if they have had issues in the past, why didn't they tell us beforehand? There was no parking brake warning from staff before we left. Furthermore, they claimed that we caused $700 of damage to the snowmobile without providing sufficient evidence and charged us that amount. They claimed that they tried to be nice to us but they were not friendly at all.My advice would be to go to just about any other rental agency or book a guided trip through Old Faithful Snowmobile tours. Leisure Sports was a total waste of our time and money.

Do not rent equipment from these guys! I made a reservation for a 16 foot canoe for a camping trip this summer. I was called back after I made the reservation and told that the canoe I had reserved was actually not available but they had a smaller one I could rent. The employee who was helping me did not know the weight limit of the canoe when I asked but confidently told me that it would accommodate our group and our gear so I agreed to the change in canoe size. After some research, I realized that the smaller canoe only holds two people and would not have room for our group of three plus our equipment. I called to cancel and had hoped to get my deposit back because the employee who helped me had assured me that the smaller canoe would be adequate but he had been wrong. I did not get my deposit back and was told I that I should have just canceled the reservation when I found out that only the smaller size was available. I will admit that I am not a super experienced canoer, but that's why I had hoped to get the correct info from this place because that's their job. I am so glad I did my own research instead of showing up to Jackson and picking up a canoe that wouldn't fit our group. Beware!

My Wife and I rented a vehicle from July 20th - 27th for our Grand Teton NP trip from this place and it was a great experience. We had to do after hours pick-up b/c of our flight landing later in the evening and there were no problems at all. Dropping off the vehicle yesterday morning was equally as smooth. I would rent from this company again if/when we're vacationing in the area again. Definitely would recommend them.

The guys at the location were super cool and super helpful. The female employee.....not so much.. she was unhelpful and rude. We went snowmobiling for the first time at the granite falls/hot springs. 100% recommend this. We had small kids so that was the main challenge. Leave early because its a long day.. don't forget your money to enter the hot springs and your towels as towels aren't provided. But as far as leisure sports is concerned just deal with the guys and ignore the woman at this location. She's condescending and Unhelpful. I would have given this place 5 stars if not for their one rude employee. Just saying.

Feb 2021 - We rented two snowmobiles and a tow vehicle. We received a 2007 Chevy Suburban that had warning lights on, the drivers side mirror held on with a zip tie and almost no tension in the steering wheel. They also gave us a trailer that held four snowmobiles to carry our two snowmobiles with the 14 year old falling apart suburban. We paid to take the car about an hour away to Togwotee Pass. After about 15 minutes on the road, we decided the vehicle was not safe on regular town roads and definitely would not be safe enough to get up the mountains with the trailer and snow. We have a 25 ft wake boat and tow it regularly behind a 2020 F150 so we are used to towing things. The main issues were the quality of the tow vehicle (should have been sold for scrap) and the oversized trailer. We had only two adults and one child in our group. We returned everything immediately and they refused to refund any of our money. They offered to find a new vehicle, but at that point their lot was nearly empty and we had already killed an hour of the rental time. Bottom line was at that point we had no faith in their vehicles and did not want to risk our lives. I would definitely not recommend using this place as they use really old vehicles that are in disrepair. Definitely try another company or get a guided tour. It was better to write the cost of the rentals off as our loss than risk any more money from damages to their broken vehicles or to ourselves.

We rented 2 sleds. Leasure Sports was amazing! They helped us with all the equipment/gear, rented us a truck and trailer, gave us a map of WY and said have fun, just be back by 5! Adrian and the staff was amazing. Super inviting and kind people. We definitely recommend renting with them!

A lot of equipment to rent. Very friendly staff works there. My family and friends had a great experience here! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Good service and we will be back. This was our first time rental of 6 snowmibiles and a SUV to pull it from them and we are very satisfied! Highly recommended!

I rented a touring sled (600CC Skidoo if memory serves), a tow vehicle and trailer. I like the fact that they got me the equipment I needed on short notice and it was turn key (trailer, sled, vehicle).The snowmobile was in good condition and worked great. I had zero issues with it over 3 days using it to go back and forth from my snow bound house in Moose to the trail head I park at. I'd give the sled 5 stars for sure. The only reason I drop the star rating overall is due to the poor condition of the tow vehicle that would not start when I returned to the trail head. Very dead battery. Fortunately I had my vehicle there as well and my tools and jumper cables, so I was able to get it running without outside help. But had I not been prepared I would have been in a bad spot. The rental rates are comparable to other places in town and they did work to accommodate me at the last minute, so I appreciate the service and would probably rent from them again if I didn't have my own sled.

BE AWARE! Gas sensors on both two seated snow mobiles were broken showing that tanks were empty causing us to go back to the gas station after unloading 6 snowmobiled and waste 1 hour of riding time. There is no service over there so we could not contact the company.After we arrived back and explained it to them they said it s not a big deal and they were sure that the tanks were full of gas. Okay, how were we suppose to know?! We didn t want to stuck in a middle of nowhere with empty tanks...Make sure you check your final bill! We were charged the deposit for 6 snowmobiles twice! After 1 hour of an explanation they finally admitted their mistake and refunded us. FYI, they won t tell you, but they have $40 cancellation fee for each snowmobile. Also, make sure you check all the snow mobiles really carefully before taking them. Take pictures! After arriving home we got our card charged for $390 without our authorization for the broken seat even though every snowmobile was checked by them before we left their place! All we did, just went to see the hot springs and came back- no crazy tricks, nothing! Looks like a big scam... we are working on the charge back with our bank because we have pictures and videos from our trip to prove we did not brake anything.VERY DISSAPOINTED.

We are in a current dispute at this minute with these guys. We have 3 snowmobiles reserved for today. I called to get directions. Their rep says we have a problem, the county is asking people to stay off the road due to a snowstorm . In other words driving is dangerous at this time. (We have to trailer their machine snowmobiles to where we can ride). So I said just cancel my deposit. He said no, he would make us a reservation for another day. I told him this is the only day we could go. Please cancel the deposit. He said he would look into it. I called back and he said he would not refund deposit and we could tow the trailer if we were willing to weather the road conditions . I said, you told me the County wants people to stay off the roads. He said, well I don t want to lose your deposit . So the County says road conditions are dangerous but this guy cares more about the money. I asked him to have the owner call me. I m still waiting.UPDATE: The company called me later that day and apologized for the confusion and did refund my deposit. I would try to use them on a future trip to Jackson Hole.

As residents, we have rented from this company several times over the years. We appreciate their service, however was disappointed recently when the service changed to an attitude of entitlement.I understand businesses operate with specific hours. However, I also understand that continuing a high level of customer service does sometimes mean that a 10 minute wait speaks volumes to your guests when you are made aware of the situation.We called to give the staff advance notice we were en route to return equipment we rented. Instead of accommodating a few extra minutes, the staff justified bringing it in the morning by stating misinformation of travel time to location, an hour travel vs. the actual 20 minutes. This was not possible with our work schedules for the following day. After work the next day, I stopped in to have conversation about the situation. The gentleman working then made an accusation of inaccurate arrival time, when he wasn't present when we arrived the evening before, adding a condescending threat that they could've charged because of our extra 10 minutes after business hours.We hope to use this company again in the future and believe that this is an isolated experience. Busy summers take a toll on all the businesses in our community, however, it doesn't cost anything to be considerate to guests, local or tourists.

On Christmas Day, our flight was canceled to Jackson. We could not get there. We had to rent a car in Salt Lake City and drive to our destination. We had a rental booked with Leisure Sports that we could not pickup. We thought we were out our rental fee. After a big misunderstanding and talking with the owner she was kind enough to help our family out and give us a partial refund.
