My family and I are locals and have lived in Jackson for 18 years. We have enjoyed the KUHL brand for many years, always shopping online until we finally got a store on town square! My husband visits there more than myself but last time I was there I was overwhelmed with kindness from the store mgr. Gerardo (who was on loan from the CA store) and a really sweet staff member, Sylvie, who were both so kind to help me with sizes for gift shopping. They were almost ready to close when I came in that time, but they didn't make me feel rushed. They were so kind and accommodating, making me feel valued as a customer! My husband and I own a retail store in Jackson (WOLF auto dealership) and we recognize / appreciate great customer service. We notice when someone has a spirit of excellence and not just there to earn their hours on a paycheck. Thank-you Gerardo & Sylvie! We will be back over & over :) Thank-you!

First time ever visiting a KUHL store. A most wonderful experience, unbelievably friendly staff, extremely helpful. An array of styles for both men and women to choose from with the high levels of inventory. Jacob, Liza and khale are part of the front end staff and the most delightful and helpful staff I ve ever encountered.

I was in JH for 2 days and made some last minute purchases at Kuhl. Overall my experience in this store was amazing, thanks to Dean! He was able to help me purchase some great pants and offered such great service while I was in the store. Thanks Dean!!

I stopped in to the store in Jackson in mid November. I had never seen a Kuhl store. I have a couple Kuhl items and like their hot ryder pants and thought I'd maybe pick up another pair. I also wanted to learn more about the brand, Kuhl pants seem to be sort of all over the place...many different designs and fabrics.I was the only customer in the store and despite there being about a half dozen clerks in the store, none of them could be arsed to greet me or ask me if I was looking for something particular or even comment on the weather (super warm). I felt like I was annoying them.Sooo, I was prepared to pick up a new pair of hot ryders for myself and a pair for my son and maybe throw in a sweater or two.I guess I'll order some Truewerks online. They are cheaper and at least I am not certain that their brand is super stuck up.Pretty typical for Jackson WY.

We spent a night in Jackson during a 4 day motorcycle trip around Yellowstone and Grand Teton. We stopped into the K�hl store and the staff was very helpful. Conner was quick to find sizes I needed and very friendly. He seemed to really do his job well. Love K�hl s products and I am happy with my purchases.

Awesome clothing and terrific staff! I picked up a new shirt and shorts while there today. Liza and Khale were very knowledgeable. They helped us order some pants online so we could ship them back home. Great staff!

Came in just to take a look. Ended up talking to Jacob and he was super helpful, nice, and just a polite guy to have conversation with. Found out he has a fiance which is unfortunate because I would love to set him up with my daughter. Amazing guy!

Just another store on the square catering to tourists. Go to REI instead. They have all the same stuff, and will actually help if you have any issues.

I ve never visited a Kuhl outlet before, and honestly I wasn t disappointed. I ve shopped with Kuhl for a few years now for mountaineering pants, so it was nice actually seeing and feeling all the options in person. A staff member named Ada was really helpful when I was trying to find what I was looking for. I ll be visiting the store again very soon;)

KUHL has some great outdoor clothing gear, and some that they need to work on. With that being said, all of KUHL products will last and that will hold up in the most rigorous activities. But the second reason that I m giving the 5 stars is because of the service here. absolutely great people that know their products, If you come into the store ask for Ada. She was fantastic and took her job seriously.

I have always loved the quality and look of Kuhl, but I didn t realize there was an entire store! The sales team was really friendly, and Easton did a great job helping me find the right fit. Cool store.

Had a great experience at the Jackson Hole K�hl! Jacob dropped what he was working on when he saw me walk in. Was overly patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. I even sent him to the back to look for sizes. Ended up buying two items in store, and Jake made sure two arrived at my home before I got back from vacation! I love the K�hl clothing and the K�hl people (especially Jacob)! I wear their pants or shorts EVERYDAY!

Great new addition to Jackson! They have great clothing and the staff is very knowledgeable. Em searched for multiple sizes for my husband until we got a perfect fit!

Terrible customer service from the manager Dave, hid behind policy instead of doing right by the customer for a legitimate satisfaction issue within 30 days. Lost a lifetime customer today Kuhl, very disappointed your management staff refuse to stand by the product and do right by the customer.

Terrible customer service and unfriendly staff. I ve heard through the grapevine that the hiring process is extremely unprofessional. A friend of mine was promised a job here and after giving notice to their other job, the manager ended up not following through with hiring him.Not cool, Kuhl
