The room was nest and clean when we arrived to our room, their was also plenty of towels. The staff was also helpful. The breakfast in the morning was just lovely, with a good selection of hot and cold items.Walkability: Their was a lift which made it easy to get to our room.Food & drinks: The breakfast was just lovely, with a good selection of hot and cold items.

Great place to stay with family as you kick around Jackson Hole. The rooms were nice, and the folks working the inn became friends with us during our four day stay over. Really friendly and helpful! The location? Forget about it! Everything is still relatively close by in this growing community.Have some fun, and check their deals on their rooms.

My fiance and I came to this hotel march 1st 2024. I work all over Wyoming and stay in all types of different hotels every week. I can tell you this, I have never had costumer service anywhere else like I have had here. AMAZING. Kenny (Kennith) did an outstanding job, I would absolutely come here again just for that reason. If it weren t for him there is no review to write here. Thank you Kenny. This young man needs to be praised my management. If your looking for a hotel in Jackson, look no further.

My family and I stayed for a week, it was wonderful. At first it seemed like a normal hotel, but after a few days I didn't want to leave. The staff was amazing and referenced anything I needed. Also there is an auto repair shop/gas station next door if your vehicle needs repairs like mine did. It's great for a weeks worth of vacation.Rooms: My room was very luxurious and the beds were comfortable.Nearby activities: There is plenty of stuff to do. Hiking, shoping in town, skiing/snowboarding, sight seeing, relaxing, most anything you would want in a mountain vacation spot.Safety: I slept better here than the other hotels. I didn't have to worry about someone breaking into my car.Walkability: I was able to easily walk to get food at multiple restraunts while my car was getting worked on next door. It can definitely sustain you if you can't go anywhere. There is also a shuttle that will take you around town if you have plans in town and don't have a car.Food & drinks: Breakfast was amazing and had variety.Noteworthy details: Esthetics are very unique. Just like everything else in the town, you feel like your in a fancy cabin. It has a very warm feeling.

Room was comfortable and well maintained, however it wasn t until I was in the shower I realized there was no shampoo. The large bottles in the rooms are much nicer than the travel size containers that only last 1-2 nights depending on your group size, but it s unfortunate it s hard to tell from the bottle before trying to use it that it s empty.

This location was great, located near Albertsons, as well as fun pub eats nearby. The staff was amazing, the construction on the roof was a bummer as it went beyond 6pm, however it was over by the time I went to bed. I felt welcome and was treated well. Besides minor issues (construction, lack of windows screens, TV not able to adjust for a more relaxed viewing experience) it was a great stay. Breakfast was good and stocked up fast.Nearby activities: Close to tons of fun attractions as well as charted fishing expeditionsFood & drinks: Great pub eats nearby

We checked in here last minute after having a bad experience with another hotelAustin at the reception desk took great care of us and what he doesn't know about the hotel and Jackson just isn't worth knowing. If you have an opportunity to speak with the great man, do so!Hotel is located a few minutes out of town, but there's plenty of parking available in townRoom was a decent size and well appointed but the extractor fan in the bathroom sounded like a JetRanger!Good selection of food on offer for breakfast

Location is a bit out of town so driving is a must. The room works for sleeping but is pretty small so plan to stay out until you re ready for bed. Breakfast was hot but nothing special. We are now staying at 49er s in town so can walk all around town. Room is much larger, beds are more comfortable, they have a pool, breakfast is way better and we booked two nights for the price of one night at the Hilton.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Jackson Hole very much! I saw their staff member Karen the most; she always made sure to ask me how my day and my stay was. The rest of the staff I came across was also very kind and helpful. If you are a coffee lover you will want to stay at this Inn because they brew self serve coffee ALL DAY which was very nice to access during my busy stay. The room was very cozy and had plenty of space. I was most impressed with my pillows, which I am aware is a silly thing to point out. I always bring my own pillow when on trips but the ones they had are the nicest hotel pillows I've ever used. If you want to feel valued and taken care of while you are away from home, this is the place to stay!Noteworthy details: I can only speak for the winter since I've never been during the warmer months (if there are warmer months haha...) but I would strongly suggest taking a moment to enjoy the firepits in the front of the building. I loved being able to sit near the fire and enjoy the heat while the snow was sprinkling from the sky. Such a calming and peaceful experience!

Room was clean, breakfast was the best we ve had on our cross country road trip. An employee was walking around helping people during breakfast and you could tell he cared what he was serving! We also got great advice from the woman at the front desk for what to do with one day in the area since parts of the park were still closed. You have to drive to get to downtown Jackson Hole but it was very close. Would stay again!

I normally don't review big chain hotels, since you generally know what you will get, but I had to give a shout out to the wonderful staff here at this Hampton Inn. From the front desk to the people manning the breakfast stations, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. You would have thought I was staying at a much pricier hotel, with how good the service is. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintaned, and they gave you thick enough blankets (most hotels these days have see-through duvets). I enjoyed this hotel MUCH more than the pricier hotels like The Lodge.

Very good design of this hotel compared to others. It has a lodge feel, with walkable stairway is right in the entryway that do not require you to go into a locked door. The breakfast area is right off of the entry area and it s pretty good with 2 waffle makers. This was the most expensive Hampton Inn we ve ever stayed in though, so at more than $200 a night it s hard to say that it s a deal. But if you re willing to pay that, it is a very nice Hampton Inn.

Employees here are great. Very friendly very attentive. Almost to friendly! Great staff. The parking lot is a bit funky to get into. GPS may take you on the wrong street. The rooms where very clean everything worked but, my room was not as large as I'm use to at Hiltons. I was in town for work so I was not hosting any parties but, if bringing kids or lots of luggage it maybe sonething to think of. This hotel also does not have a pool so that maybe a deal breaker for kiddos. The location in relation to other businesses is great. Right by groceries the target and a gas station. So it is my choice for visiting for work for sure.

Nice clean room, nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast and neat outdoor sitting area with gas fireplace and string lights (not covered). Reason for 4 star... no pool or hot tub. That would have definitely been the perfect ending to a cold snowy day, and the driveway is a little hard to see, esp with all the snow piled around. It is basically the gas station (Sinclair) driveway.

Outstanding hospitality exists here! Everyone is so friendly and kind. The rooms are new and modern and some even have fireplaces. Free parking. Free breakfast bar. Walkable to Target and Albertson s. Fair rates. What is not to love? We booked same day after another property in town (The Lodge) left us high and dry on the eve of my 40th birthday. Staff was terribly unwelcoming, room was far from advertised, there was active and loud construction, and they just didn t care. Hampton saved our trip! We can t thank the team enough. Front desk team and breakfast teams are especially friendly. Also, it s a dog friendly property so I loved seeing the dogs came through breakfast each morning. Our room was quiet and the fireplace was extra special. Would give them 20/10 if I could. We d plan to stay there again when visiting Jackson Hole.

Great staff! Very welcoming and friendly. Nice hotel. We were on a family vacation traveling through the area. It was the most expensive hotel on our journey, but the least enjoyed. I know this is a resort town and expected higher prices. However, compared to other hotels (all Hamptons) it was the lowest value. That being said it was a fine hotel and the staff and breakfast made up some difference.

Rooms- Average size where the beds are. The headboard was pretty. They have a wardrobe not a closet. The bathroom is small. Idk who thought it was a grand idea to put the TP holder on the wall in front of the toilet, but if you're under 4'8 you won't be able to reach it. Very unpractical. The faucet on the shower/tub combo is also put in an unpractical spot. Must have had a super tall person making the designs. I have basic coffee and microwave. The tv is basic too.Service- fantasticLocation- According to the reviews I've read, it looks like the light on the sign has been out for at least 3wks. Also the parking lot is extremely dark compared to other Hamptons. There's not a lot of parking either in front.Food-The hard boil eggs were frozen. The rest was basic breakfast. Scramble eggs, eckridge sausage, sw hashbrown patties. Waffles. Oatmeal. The lid for the oatmeal should include a pot holder to pick it up bc it was hot to lift.Price- Just a bit of bkground, my brother is the highest tier in their rewards program bc he stays at a Hampton weekly with business and i was telling him about what this one and the price and even he said it was exuberant. I understand its a Holiday weekend; however, this hotel even with all those factors should be only $200 a night. And that's being generous. The night rate with $50 deposit was $450. $450 with basic amenities. I wish i had gone to the local hotel up the road. I thought Hampton would be better than basic.I'm just passing thru so its unlikely ill be back to this area for awhile, but i wouldn't recommend this location bc it doesn't feel like i received my money's worth.

We went here on a business trip and enjoyed our stay! It's really quiet and I never saw any kids. The employees are so nice and super helpful. They greet you whenever they see you and really made Jackson feel like a special place. There's only a few things that could be improved. The carpet in the room was really old, the bathroom door lock was broken and the bed was not comfortable. The pool/hot tub are under renovation. Lastly, in the room it says room service won't come unless you request it; however, the came on Friday even with our do not disturb sign with no prior notice than knocking on the door to come bring towels or anything we needed. Nice thought of them, but I think the sign in the room shouldn't say they won't come by if they do on Fridays at 11. Overall, the free breakfast is nice, the free cookies in the afternoon, and how quiet it is. Because of the price point, you don't really get any loud college kids throwing parties.

The room was shabby but clean. There were clear signs of wear, like a huge hole in the headboard material. The space is not ideal for a family. We had a two queen room. There was only space for one piece of luggage. Not a big deal, I simply asked for a luggage rack. The front desk said no, they had been removed from the property during the summer renovation? I asked for a chair to avoid putting my kids bags on the floor. Again the answer was no. When I asked if the expectation was to put our things on the floor the front desk said they didn't know what we were supposed to do.So in short the property is worn and unimpressive. The staff are unhelpful and rude. I have stayed at many Hilton properties and never been treated so poorly.

Super nice and new property. They had fresh baked cookies ready when we arrived. There s the nicest Target store I ve ever seen right across the street that you can walk to and get a Starbucks in the morning. The parking situation here is great, too. No issues with finding a spot. They don t have digital keys, which seemed odd for a new hotel, but not a big deal considering everything else here was so nice. I will stay here again for sure!
