Our BRAND NEW Audi Q8 broke down in Jackson WY. Audi Roadside Assist could not find anyone to take the tow, because it had to be taken to Salt Lake City. Rulon at Courtesy Towing saved us! He was so kind and really cared about the fact that or vacation had been turned upside down. I HIGHLY recommend them if you ever need a tow in Jackson WY!

Rulon was amazing!!! Our rental car broke down in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming three hours from Jackson which is where our hotel was. Our rental car company couldn't get us a replacement car. Rulon towed our car to the Jackson airport and then drove us to our hotel!! To say he went above and beyond is a tremendous understatement! Not only was he a really nice guy, he was a great your guide telling us stories about everywhere we were driving through. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!Service: Car towing

I am so thankful for the help I received in getting my car towed to the nearest VW service location. Rulon was so incredibly kind and professional. He went out of his way to help me. We broke down in the middle of no where so he came 3.5 hours to get us, went out of the way to get us to a car rental location in Jackson and knew all of the best recommendations of what to while we wait for our car to fix. Once he dropped us off, he got our car to VW. I felt so happy that my car was in his hands. He gave me such a gift of getting my car and I to a safe space. I recommend him without question to anyone.

What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We are from California driving to Jackson Wyoming on Thanksgiving when we broke down. I called AAA and that was terrible and had zero success. Read reviews for Courtesy Towing and decided to give it a shot. Rulon answered during his Thanksgiving meal and was amazing from the get go. He came to Afton and picked us up and got us safely to Jackson. What an amazing company and man. He made our holiday travels possible and the better!!Service: Car towing

Great service by Roulon! I bought a van in Illinois off ebay and my partner was driving it back to California for me.. Well, it broke down in Western Wyoming. My roadside assistance through my insurance company sent Courtesy Towing to save my stranded partner and we couldn't be happier with the service.These days it's rare to find such quality service at an affordable price, but Courtesy Towing hits that mark and more.Service: Car towing

Roulan is an amazing human being, he went out of his way, while being busy all day to come tow and delivery us oil in the woods. Solid contact with us throughout all of it, and even a follow up. Can't thank you enough for being just a genuine person in a possibly very bad experience for us! When your vehicle fails to start, things can get a little stressful. In this situation, you would like to call Rulon from Courtesy Towing to come save the day. A very caring person, who knows the area from spending a lifetime in in the Jackson region.I had a older van that did not start on a cold, fall morning. I called the insurance company and about 10 mins later I receive a call from Courtesy Towing. Not knowing what sort of service I was getting, I was pleasantly surprised when this kind gentleman showed up to alleviate the stress from the mechanical issues the van was having.Rulon took me to a shop that is known for typically working on European vehicles. They however said they could not work on mine. So we headed for another shop, en route, he called an additional shop to see if they could do the work. The guy seems to know every shop in town and eventually got me in with the second shop by asking a favor to the owner. It helps to know the town.I would highly recommend Courtesy Towing, not only does he go above and beyond in customer service, but you get the pleasure to dealing with a genuine, caring individual.

Excellent customer service. He came out as soon as he could, took very good care of my Tesla Model S after a pot hole got the best of one of my tires. He was very friendly and even called me when the car had been delivered to the tire shop. Would highly recommend. We was well priced and showed up earlier than estimated which was so nice.

Rulon was great! He was courteous and friendly and got to me quickly. My car wouldn't start after trying to jump it, so I gave Courtesy Towing a call to be towed to my mechanic shop. After quoting me a very fair and reasonable price, Rulon showed up and took a look under the hood just to see if he could solve the issue. Turns out it was just some loose battery cables and he tightened them up and got me back on the road without charging me for his time. Great service above and beyond. Will definitely be getting my service in the future if I ever need it again.

I was unfortunate enough to hit a coyote during my travel in Wyoming which made my car Not drivable . However, I was very fortunate to have Ruling, owner of Courtesy Towing come and rescue me. Very carrying and happy person. He went out of his way helping to find a body shop for me in Rock Springs WY who was be able to help me quickly to get me back on a road as I was on a very tight time schedule He even called me to find out if I was able to find a hotel in town while waiting for the repairs on my car. Great company, great service, very nice and friendly.

Rulon saved me and my wife when we were in a pinch; I had two flat tires out in the middle of nowhere. He picked up my car at the camp site and took it to his shop to patch my tires, then brought it back! He is such a genuine/nice guy. He kept in communication telling me the status of my car every step of the way through this stressful situation. Courtesy Towing is a life saver! Thank you!

My brakes went on fire coming down Teton pass. After dealing with my insurance company for some time, finally was able to connect with this company. The tow driver was able to assist me via phone, called me several times to check up, walked me through how to properly check my brakes and went beyond and above my expectation. I ended up not needed a tow thanks to the advice of the tow driver. So happy with this company for being fair and honest. Unheard of nowadays. Highly recommend this company.

Rulan towed our car from Jackson to Salt Lake City after we were stranded in the Wyoming wilderness. He was able to locate us as darkness and a blizzard were imminent, calmly gave us several options, and not only drove us to a charming hotel ( tow took two days), but remained at the dealership the next day until he was sure we were okay and in the right hands. He's skilled, sensible, and a great human being with lots of good stories...not that I wish you a two day tow...we now consider it a serendipitous adventure. Beyond 5

Courtesy Towing is wonderful. My car broke down in the middle of traffic -- rather nervewracking transmission failure -- and needed to be towed long-distance to Idaho Falls. Rulan showed up and made the whole thing easy. If you need a tow in the Jackson area this is the guy you want to call for prompt and professional service. Highly recommended!

Roulan has done long distance tows (300 miles) for my Volvo 2 times in the past 2 years. He's done a great job, communicates well about timing, and reached out directly to the dealerships to help coordinate. I highly recommend his service.

On Saturday, June 27th our car stopped "dead" in Yellowstone near Old Faithful. We had to have it towed to the South Entrance where we were met by Rulon of Courtesy Towing Jackson Wyoming. He towed us back to Jackson and to the Avis Rental car. They had no cars for rent so Rulon called the airport and made arrangements for us to rent a car. Then he towed our car with us to the airport where we successfully rented a car.That's not all, we told him we were staying near Alpine WY., so he recommended an auto repair shop in Alpine and volunteered to haul out car to it, no extra charge, which he did.HE "Truely" treated us a Friend in Need. We would like to add a few more "Stars" above.

Nobody likes to break down! But now, the next time, I'm calling Rulon at Courtesy towing! He knows what he is doing. I'v been towed by people that don't know how to tow everything. Not all cars and trucks can be put on a hook and drove away that easily. I know Rulon can tow everything and anything. And, his prices are very reasonable.

5 stars is not enough to rate this company's service. 6 stars at least. As their tagine says, "Friend in time of need," Mr. Horsley helped me out tremendously when I needed it. I work inside Grand Teton National Park and had to be towed into Jackson, WY to have an ignition lock cylinder replaced on my Honda Element before leaving for the season. Other companies where quoting me at over double the cost Courtesy charged. In addition to a way better deal, Mr. Horsley was very polite and super knowledgeable about what needed to be done to move my vehicle out of a type space and ready for towing. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Towing to anyone in the area. I know he is now the 'unofficial' towing service for Signal Mountain Lodge employees. Thank you so much for aiding me in a time of need, Rulon!

Had a brake problem coming down to 10% grade into Jackson Wyoming. Owner was out of town but answered his phone, gave me great advice and help get my problem solved! Couldn t ask for more!!
