I would use another car service. They ripped me off. They are way more expensive than other exact drivers. When I went to pay the $95 the driver gave himself a $20 top as well as a 9% charge for using a credit card. $80 trip to the airport with one company was a $122.55 with them. Rip off

Took a ride from JAC (A Black Car Service vehicle in the taxi line) to a hotel in Jackson and it was very pleasant. The driver was friendly and helpful, pointing out wildlife along the way and made recommendations on good places to eat. $55 + tip is a bit pricey for a short 10 mile ride. Now I am anxious about my return service seeing all these mixed reviews. To be followed up Return to JAC was easy and pleasant! Scheduled the ride a few hours ahead in the morning. The driver showed up a few minutes early before delivering us safely at the airport in 15 minutes.

Dispatcher is the problem, specifically, Dimitri. The return trip to the airport was booked, I thought, through a drive who drove me from the airport to Jackson Hole .. it was not the driver, it was the dispatcher. Dimitri never identified himself nor did he say he wasn't the driver. In the end, I was charged $157 for an $85 return to the airport. The drivers are nice, but Dimitri is a rude, dishonest, and does not deserve your business. DO NOT use this service, they will overcharge you.

Dispatch can text and responds promptly to every message. Confirmation communication, which is always welcome. Showed up exactly on time for both pickups and the driver was excellent. Pricing in line with expected. I'm glad we ignored the other reviews.

Excellent and prompt service after having a lack luster experience with another area car service. Adrian, specifically, was an amazing driver for the evening and provided roundtrip service seamlessly after another company fell through.

Over a half of your total number of reviews (48 to be exact) were left 2 month ago during the off-season here in Jackson. There are no visitors here in Nov, no business and no reviews for a visitor-oriented business like you run. So if we drop those fake reviews down, you wouldn't score even 3 stars average. And if we drop all fake reviews from your family and your employees down as well, you are not even worth of 2 stars.Would you mind sharing a contact of the party that helped you to fake em? They did a good job and deserve a shoutout.UPD: its been a year since my review and I'm still waiting to be sued. Dear business owner, please deliver on your promises. But according to the real reviews you just can't. That's why your google rating has plunked down, because you just can't.Service: Limousines

Had a reservation for black car service to pick us up at 9:45 am to give us a ride to the airport and when I called they said 10am. We waited until 10am and called again and they said it would be another 20 minutes. This would have made us miss our flight so we chose to drive ourselves which in turn costed us almost $200 to park at the airport. Do not recommend this car company in Jackson Hole. There are plenty of other options.EDIT*** The service was booked under my boyfriends name so this would be why is was not under "my name". And yes, for the duration that we were going to be parking there, 2 weeks, parking added up to a total of over $200, which is what we were trying to avoid in the first place.

I have used these guys quite a bit for a lot of my clients, always a great experience and very professional. Highly recommend them if you are in the Jackson area. Taxi service great and their upgraded black car service is a great touch.

Came to Jackson for a wedding, had a terrible experience with this company.Had to verify my own reservation because no one followed up, was charged $260.00 for a ride to Jackson from the airport even though the website says $65.00 + $10.00 per passenger when its 4+, reserved a Suburban, but they sent an Escalade, then proceeded to still charge me for the more expensive option even though that's not what I ordered, We gave the driver a cash tip when he dropped us off, but they added $40.00 tip to my credit card, made two stops in Jackson our hotels were .3 miles from each other, and they wanted to charge me for the two stops even though nothing was mention, didn't provide a detailed invoice until after they charged my credit card even thought I asked for it several times, refused to credit me back and asked if "$100.00 will do?"Be very careful with their service. The website is not clear.Taxi Service = SuburbanCar Service = EscaladeI also spoke to several people from the wedding and they added additional unannounced charges on their rides as well.The only good thing is the cars were clean, comfortable, and on time. However too much smoke and mirrors with their services and the costs.

Had a reservation in place to be picked up after our flight. Called to let the dispatcher know we had been delayed, which he was very rude and short with me and told me they were tracking our flight. Our flight ended up getting delayed until the following morning, called again to let them know we arrived and he told me to call when we got our bags while being (rude and short again). So I did, then he promptly said he had no drivers available, then still charged me for the service. We ended up using Jackson Hole Taxi instead which I highly recommend, and everything worked out great!

My friend and I just agreed: neither of us has ever taken a more unpleasant car ride than the one we just took with Steve from the Cloudveil hotel to Jackson Hole Airport. To be clear up front, Steve (not the company) was the problem. I ve used the company numerous times over the past 5 years with generally good experiences. But Steve was sufficiently rude, insulting, and unprofessional enough throughout the rude that I ll likely not be using them again.Service: Limousines

One ride we had Phil - he was kind and courteous - very happy with him, and called for our return ride and asked for him but that didn t happen. Our ride back to the airport was the opposite experience. We had Steve. He was rude and condescending, and turned the ride into a super shuttle group ride. We had TWO airline ride vouchers and instead of just taking us he brought one other person with a voucher and then went to another property to add another person which didn t show up. He also made sure to let us know the vouchers don t include gratuity .

Fantastic! I had 2 last minute pickups from the airport to my home and they took amazing care of my friends and delivered them in style and at an affordable price. This will be the only car service I use in Jackson from now on!

We used These folks for an early flight to Jackson airport. Phil, our driver, was professional, funny, prompt, interesting, safe & reliable. The Chevy suburban picked us up in was comfortable, clean and very well cared for. Highly endorse, 11 out of 10, I will be using them again.

Wish I had read the reviews on other sites. NEVER considering using them.I booked a round trip from Jackson airport to the Ride2Fly garage across the street from our hotel. Inbound, our flight diverted and we were much later than expected. I don't of course blame them but when we called we were told the van would be there and it wasn't. We waited but eventually just paid a shuttle at the airport to take us to town.The worst is that when I called to confirm the return service the dispatcher was incredibly rude on the phone and then in my follow up email. Since we selected the Ride2fly as the pickup location, it wasn't suitable for pickup with skis. It's some locals only program with a slightly reduced rate. Their website didn't mention anything about this, it was one of the few destination choices allowed in their online checkout. So we cancelled, are now disputing the charge with the credit card company and ended up paying for a ride back to the airport as well.I should have noticed that their dispatch # was a cell phone and their email was gmail. Not a professional organization at all. Horrific service, rude and I can't tell you strongly enough never consider using them. They also appear to use a variety of different business names/aliases but domain ownership showed as A Black Car LLC in whois records. Avoid.

Just spent a week in Jackson hole but stayed in Teton village I would call them they show up about 5 minutes later ..these guys were quick courteous and super prompt . There is no Uber or Lyft that I could find dont let anyone convince you of that. Uber and Lyft are not in Jackson in any meaningful way. A Black Car Service is top notch!!Service: Limousines

The rustic inn made or reservation with this company because we needed to be at the hotel at 6 am. We called numerous times the night before to confirm and left msg. Once we finally got a hold to someone the night before departure, the call taker was rude and short with me.I called at 5am to confirm a 6am pickup and once again the guy was rude. The driver showed up late and was speeding to gain back time. I mean 65 in a 45 mph zone is a little much on icy/snow roads. It's strange how this company has either a 5 star or 1 star review, no in between. I wouldn't beat my flight on this company.

I called to inquire about transportation from Teton Village to Trio in Jackson. I had 12 people and we reserved a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for $150 per hour.The driver was on time, the vehicle was clean, and we had fun traveling together to dinner but a lack of communication about how the charges would be calculated caused some frustration when I saw the charge on my CC. They did credit back the contested amount but I would recommend making sure the charges are explained upfront.He picked us up on time at 7:45 and we were in the vehicle returning to Teton by 10:20 pm. It was a single pick up and drop off point for all passengers. I know the departure time because I sent a text at 10:18 at the drivers request to notify him when we were ready.I was extremely unhappy to find out the hourly charge did not start and stop at pick up and drop off; it takes 20 minutes to get into town so not sure where the garage is but they should tell you the minimum charge is 2 hours with their crazy back to the garage charge; we were charged $750 for 5 hours. We figured 3 hours maybe four so we're pretty stunned to get a bill for $855 (included a 10% tip and a CD processing fee). �These details should be clearly explained during the reservation process. In addition they fact they charged $40 for a CC processing fee really floored me. In the end he did make it right, my CC was credited back the contested amount and we had a pleasant trip.#ablackcar #jacksontaxi #transportation #tetonvillage

This car service is completely untrustworthy. I booked a car from jackson hole to the airport and the driver did not show up without giving any notice and when I called to ask what had happened I was treated rudely. As well as not reliable this taxi company does not respect the custumers and diserves 0 stars.

These guys are criminals! Do not give them your credit card information online. I thought I was getting a $40 ride to the airport less than 5 minutes away. I paid them cash and a $10 tip then was charged $187.20 on my credit card and am still fighting to get the charge dismissed.
