Driver backing at the Loves damaged my door. Drove to Marks shop droped my truck. After receiving a replacement door it was installed quickly and nicely!!!! Awsome work!!!!! and service!!!! A plus

In the middle of nowhere, it is a challenge to find anything, but these guys are a quintessential road service!They went out of their to get the job done, and made sure everything is actually good, and runningHard earned money, and great service. A true gentleman!!This is a long one so sit back & relax. I travel full-time in my converted school bus SOLO. While visiting the Flaming Gorge my bus decided it didn't want to start up. I tried 3 times before I called a tow to take me to Mark's shop.$260 later, we arrive & I explain to Mark that my bus won't start & it sometimes looses speed while I'm driving. Mark wanted to try & start up the bus to hear what it sounds like when it fails to start up. So he did BUT.... it started up. Not once but 5 times. Each time it cranked up smooth with no issues.Mark noticed my check engine light was on and I explained that I've had my bus for 3yrs now and have ALWAYS had a check engine light even though I've paid for thousands of dollars in repairs. I've kept every bill & write up from all of my visits and Mark & I reviewed them and saw that most if not all of the codes had been fixed. So Mark cleared the codes hoping the real code (if any) would reappear.With him & I being confused as why my bus didn't start up for me, but now starts up for him, he allowed me to stay in my converted camper at his secured shop that night, so we could see if it would crank up the next day & if the check engine light would come back on.The Next Day:The bus started up like normal and we sat & let it run for about 15 - 20 & there was still no code. I decided to ride around town a bit to see if the check engine light would come back but it didn't.So I decided to leave Green River & make my way to Rawlins. During the drive, the check engine light came on & I was able to find a shop to give me the diagnostic.During the ENTIRE interaction with the NEW mechanic, Mark was there, consulting me over the phone. He told me what questions to ask, reviewed my quote, and genuinely CARED about how I was being treated.In the three years of owning my bus, I've come in contact with tons of mechanics - good & bad. And Mark has surpassed the good and have created the GREAT category.**Please Note - I tried to Tip Mark & he wouldn't take my money so I gave him some coffee from my time in Colorado I truly appreciate you looking out for me. Being a solo female traveler can be hard. Especially when there's issues with the vehicle. Mark was fast out to our truck that was down. He was a big help and did all he could do to get the driver back on the road! Even called a buddy of his to come do the tires while he was fixing the other issues! I can t thank him enough. Mark s offers excellent service, my 6.0 liter diesel stopped running on the freeway. Called Mark on Fathers Day, not only did he answer his phone, but had me tow my truck to his shop. I really appreciate all the help Mark provided during my break down in wyoming. He was quick to diagnose the issue and quicker in fixing it. More over he made sure twice if I m having any issues down the road. Thank you Mark for getting me back on road at the earliest possible time and saving me for getting late for my appointment. I'm a long way from home doing a job in WY. When my truck wouldn't start, I had no one to call for help. Found Mark on google and gave him a call. He came out to the apt. and installed a new battery (I asked for it). When that didn't solve the issue, I had it towed to his shop. Understanding my situation, he dropped the things he had been working to focus on my truck. It ended up being a starter and he got it replaced as quickly as he could (had to order the starter). During this process, Mark stayed in constant communication and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even followed up a couple times after the work was finished. Highly recommend! I blew a fan Bering a few miles from Marks and he bent over backwards helping me find this $1800 part AND he was able to convince my broker to pay for it out of the rate I was getting for the load I was hauling.I did not even know the brokers would do that.I absolutely would not have been able to afford the part let alone labor getting it installed without Marks help. Not exaggerating at all but if he had not been able to do that for me I would be out of business today.These guys are true heroes. I took my F350 into Ford for injector problem, in the process they said I needed a bunch of work done. I took the truck to Mark, he went through it as well as another mechanic. BEWARE THEY CHARGED TO MUCH MONEY TO JUST REPLACE FUEL FILTER.CHARGED ME $959.I STRONGLY RECOMMENDED DO NOT CALL THIS SHOP. 80 HIGHWAY ROBBERY. THIS GUY VERY RUDE WITH CUSTOMERS.

I am a pilot car driver. I was heading to Utah when my truck started to over heat. Had a thermostat put in on Monday morning was heading home got about an hour down the road heard a loud pop noise and the truck was overheating again called a tow truck and Mr Mark was the only repair shop willing to look at my truck before July 6th I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone he was very happy to help me and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Came out on mother's Day morning to unlock a door. He was there maybe 15 minutes. He changed $425.00 for that. Said it was a holiday, last I checked it's not. Price gouging at it's finest. Beware!!! 425 Dollars for a service call lasting 15 minutes.Really!!!! Gouging is gouging

Mark is very fair. He had the opportunity to charge an elderly man any amount of money and he was extremely fair with the gentleman. He was thorough in his diagnostics and courteous to the fellow. We contacted him about a Diagnostics he gave a price we came in it was accessible to get into area and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised not only do we have an amazing conversation but he went above and beyond to help me even though he couldn't get to the problem contacted me my company all day to make sure that we can find someone who could help us. I was traveling through WY trying to make it to OR. I had had car issues on Friday the 13th and thought they had been repaired correctly. Going with my gut, I called Marks shop Saturday morning to see if he could take a look and ease my mind. Mark and Bill looked over my rig and said they could help but didn't feel it would be fair to over charge me for the parts that a dealership might have 10 miles away. Mark and Bill were 2 of the most honest men I have met. Mark continued to make sure I got to my destination safely. He for sure GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND is every aspect of customer service.-The crazy lady with the two brindle dogs lol

Mark s Gas And Diesel Repair is by far the BEST business I have ever dealt with. I had two broken brake chamber lines and needed 2 new tires on my trailer. Called Mark and he was there ready to get it done. He had and got exactly what I needed for parts and tires and got it done very efficiently. Absolutely no hassle at all. Professional, reliable, on time, efficient, dedicated, perfect communication, honest, knows what he is doing and is extremely reasonable with prices for everything. Mark was amazing to work with from get go!! He helped me try to troubleshoot before bringing in my rig, in case it could be solved at home for free, he took the time and had to patience to listen to me about what was going on with my rig. He gave us a very fair hourly rate and quote. He kept us updated every step of the way, it was a quick turn around and the best part about that it was DONE RIGHT! He was even able to come under his original estimate which was a huge surprise to us!!! He went through the entire bill with us to let us know where every penny went to, hidden costs don't exist with this guy!! He also had my rig started, heated up for us when we got there to pick up our truck!! He is very down to earth, honest and nothing like some of the shops around here... He is a breath of fresh air that we will continue going to in the future, with trust he's about the people, not about the dollar!!! Thank you Mark for everything you've done!! Called within minutes of my company placing a service request, to get my location and ask what was going on. Great communication and very helpful. Friendly and personable. Had a ABS Light issue on a trailer. Prior to stopping at Marks, i had went to the Major Truck Stop Shops to get it addressed. Each one said it was fixed and i would proceed on and it would cone back on. Searched online and came across this shop. Called him late night, could tell i woke him up, he was very courteous and listened to my issue and told me a time to be at his shop. I showed up and he promptly got to servicing my issue. Most important thing about this place, they are honest. He will tell you whats wrong and even tell you his time frame. He knows his stuff that is for sure. Great Customer Service, prompt work and overall great demeanor. Id stop and allow gim to work on my semi anytime i need service and am in the Green River WY Area!!!Service: Electrical

These guys did a fantastic job! Had truck trouble on a Saturday and he was able to take care of us. We ended up needing his help again the next day and even on a Sunday took the time to help us! Had a driver rolling through on his way to Colorado, his truck had thrown some codes and had a secondary air leak. Mark was very pleasant and accommodating with my driver and got him diagnosed and out in an hour! Of all the shops I ve dealt with this week, this was by far my easiest and most fair transaction! Back home again in Indiana, but if it wasn t for Mark s expertise and help we might still be in Green River, Wyoming. It was 13 below zero (about -30 wind chill) on the morning of New Year s Day, we needed to hit the road, but our diesel van would not start. We guessed that the fuel had gelled, which would require a mechanic. Based on Google reviews I called Mark s Gas & Diesel Repair assuming I would get a voice mail message. Mark answered almost immediately, said he was repairing a cold-weather issue on a big rig, but could get to us when he was done. A few hours later he met us at the Hampton Inn, was able to get the van started (the fuel had not gelled), accompanied us to an Exxon station to put a cold-weather additive in the tank before refueling, and instructed us to do a tour of Green River to work it thru the fuel system. About a half hour later he called to make sure all was well and urged us not to hesitate to call again if we had further problems. The next morning (at -10 degrees) we were on the road again. The charge for Mark s expertise and caring assistance was far less than our expectation. We offered him additional compensation, which he adamantly refused. It was a New Year s Day that we will never forget. Thanks, Mark!

Mark and his worker Eli were life savers for me. I had a bee water pump I needed put in and needed it done quickly to get back on the road home from Oregon to Maryland. They not only did a great job on the work, they were friendly as can be, they allowed me to sit in a warm area they had while they did the work but they ended up donating me the job because they knew I couldn't really afford to get it done and would barley have enough gas to get home. They also made sure I knew all the other little quirks they could see I needed fixed and let me know in case anything happened along the way. They truly save me and I couldn't be more grateful. We need more people in the world like mark and Eli. Thanks again guys.

Thank God for this Wonderful man! He is a lifesaver.The very day after having 955.00 dollars of work done at a terrible shop my husbands truck broke as a result of the work that was done do to their failure to put any oil in after getting new wheel and race bearings on the front left drive tire causing further damage!I got lucky when I contacted this man (Mark) who actually cares about the driver and the truck (very hard to find these days!)He came right out to fix the problems with a better set up than most shops! He is an excellent mechanic and fixed the problems and had us back on the road within an hour! He Truly cares and was very fair with his pricing.He is also very pleasant to talk to and work with.I strongly recommend you make your first call to this man should you have a problem as he is in the know throughout many states.Can t say enough great things about this man!

My dad has been to lots of shops and dealers, spent close to $20,000 and no one could figure out the problem. He brings it to Marks Gas And Diesel Repair and Mark figured out the problem and fixed it. The truck runs great. Mark is a real good mechanic, he is really good with his customers, he puts the time and effort into what he does. Thank you so much for taking care of my dads truck problem!!

Mark went above an beyond to help us. He kept at it until he solved our issue. After solving the issue, he followed us for a ways to make sure there were no other issues. Knowing we had a long drive home, he called about an hour after we left to make sure everything was still running smoothly.
