It's a clean, plain motel that was pretty expensive for the level of place it is. This town is tiny! Not much more than a wide spot next to the railroad tracks. I actually liked the sound of the trains going by and slept well. Such a lonely sound.Rooms: Plain room with two either queen or full size beds. There was a blood stain on the comforter. The toilet seat fell apart. I took it apart and rebuilt it. No wifi (non-functioning) and no phone in the room.I wouldn't likely stay there again unless I was boating at the reservoir...I don't have a boat.

Loved the place! Highly recommend walking two blocks to Old Western saloon steakhouse and liquor store. You might want to call them cuz they don't have food every night but they always have appetizers. We stayed in room number four at the motel. Semi truck parking in the back. Mattresses are a little springy but a nice change from the sleeper of our truck! Clean clean clean room. Great towels. Kitchenette!

I was a little nervous staying at such a small place off the highway but it did not disappoint. Check in was at the gas station in front and they were extremely friend. The room was updated with a very clean. The bathroom was actually nicer then the holiday inn we stayed at the night before. It was negative out last night and that room kept us toasty.

Great room very clean, holds all of the amenities you need! Was, surprised to find a fridge microwave and coffee maker, which you don't even get at some hotels these days!Rooms: Great rooms, USB charging,USB c charging, microwave, fridge, coffee maker great bathroom and room!Nearby activities: Close to Glendo state Park with plenty of hiking, fishing archery and more

Very pleasantly surprised at how cute and CLEAN our room is. You check in at the convenience store. Highly recommend this motel. The bed is very comfortable, clean sheets, coffee, fridge, microwave, and great shower.

This place is clean, updated, and super convenient to Glendo Reservoir, plus you have all the conveniences of the General Store 100 yards away. Dawn runs a great business and even shipped our forgotten items back to us for free. If you like to visit friends who camp, but don't camp (like us) this is a great solution! Rooms also have mini-fridges, microwaves, and coffee makers.

Nice little motel in a quiet town. Just make sure to grab something to eat before you get there, or call to see when the restaurants are open. Overall nice room, very clean, and great cable channel lineup!

I stay in hotels 160 days a year and this was a clean, maintained, enjoyable place to stay.There is room in the back to park semis.

Place was fine. Coffee was pretty bad but lucky to have a place out in the middle of nowhere I was driving in a storm and needed to stop. Not cheap but the accommodations are actually pretty nice

The parking lot is absolutely atrocious! This is a repeated issue every time I go here. It needs to be fixed!
