Had the best experience today at White s Frontier Motors, from start to finish. I worked with Vanya Simeonov who came highly recommended, and I now see why. She gave 110% to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy the whole time, and Seth was fantastic with the financial portion. I m very impressed and pleased with my purchase and would wholeheartedly recommend them both at White s Frontier Motors if you are looking for your next vehicle. You won t be sorry!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Vanya Simeonov at Whites Frontier Motors and she was outstanding to work with! She made the whole buying process easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable and answered every question I had and was very nice and friendly the whole time. The finance lady Lacy Jensen was also wonderful and a pleasure to work with as well! She had me in and out of the paperwork part in just a few minutes!

We bought a Chevy Tahoe this last week and we absolutely love it. We worked with Jade and he is hands down the best. He was so understanding and did everything he could to make it easy and a smooth transaction. We will be using him for any of our vehicle needs in the future.

Decent variety of new vehicles, though vehicle prices are outrageous for used. Friendly people. Ended up passing on the truck we were looking at because Sheridan had the same truck for $10,000 cheaper.

11/9/23 Edit: Scott and Seth worked hard to get me in a different vehicle at a reasonable price when I finally gave up on the Jeep. I still think their detailing staff and pre-sale inspection need improvement though.I bought a used (2022 with low mileage) vehicle from this dealership in July. It has had multiple issues since I purchased it which started within a day or two after buying it. I was told I needed to take it to the Jeep dealership since it was under warranty. I have only been able to drive it for a total of 3 weeks over the last 3 months. It is still in the shop because the problem continues despite multiple attempts to repair it. This has been very disappointing and frustrating. The dealership should have thoroughly checked the vehicle out and had it repaired prior to listing it. There seems to be little quality control with their used vehicles as most of the ones I looked at were dirty or had a problem. I don't recommend buying a used vehicle from them.

We recently purchased a 2019 Ram and the buying experience was great. Our salesman Wes was great, and did everything he could to help us with the purchase. After driving it for a few days, we noticed an issue with the battery, and it was testing bad. I notified our salesman and after a little back and forth, they decided to re-imburse us for a new battery. I will say I think quality control could be a little better before used vehicles are put out for sale. That being said, they rectified the issue in the end.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. We drove 8+hours to work with Vanya, and it was worth the drive. She was attentive to everything without ever being pushy or over the top.

We purchased a truck that was on order. We received regular updates on the status of the truck, when it shipped, and when it arrived at White's. We scheduled a time to pick up the truck as well as to finalize the loan paperwork. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. Not only that, but Skyler and Jade went through the entire truck with us showing us how to work each feature and option. We've had the truck for a week and Jade has already followed up to see if we have any questions and to make sure we are still as much in love with the truck as the day we picked it up - we definitely are! I highly recommend White's Frontier Motors!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. I've been working with them for the past month. Got a lemon from another dealer and they were considerate and patient. They connected me with a mechanic to increase the value of my trade in and once that was done got me into a new vehicle ASAP.

Previous car buying experience was pretty painless, bought a brand new car there in 2018. Time for my next upgrade, unfortunately they're not an EV dealer so I had to go out of town.I'll buy my accessories here for my Chevrolet cars, though, because of previous experience with them.They have since added an EV charger for those of us who have gone electric - thanks for that!

I have bought 3 vehicles in the past year from different dealerships. By far this was the best experience me and my wife have had. Xavier our salesman was outstanding worked hard to get us a good trade in value for our old car and a good interest rate on are loan. If you like being valued as a customer this is the place to go.

Updating after 2 years with this dealership. they are definitely hit and miss. dealing with one car, that has no issues is easy..no fuss no muss. My other car, not so much.I waited a year to build a 2024 camaro...they got their quota and built one without consulting....not what I wanted. I bought a different year and else where.Dealing with a service issue that is a safety concern...parts where ordered and got silence. I had to call weekly to see where things stood, and then when scheduled to come in it didn't go as I needed it to go.On the flip side, Jeff in service, when you can get him works hard for you. I take 2 vehicles there for service, and honestly considering not using this dealership at all any more. Everyone is always polite.

Pat & Griffin were a pleasure to work with. Drove all the way up from Fort Collins, CO to get our 2021 White Jeep Gladiator Rocky Ridge. Wife & I drove up with our 2 dogs & traded in our Jetta. Did most of the deal through calls, texts & emails. Everyone there was super welcoming & patient. There s a longer story to this, but bottom line is these guys were a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend!!

Service is great face to face. We have had terrible, as well as our friends and family, experiences with returning phone calls from the service department. Service takes much longer than it should because there is no follow-up unless we have time to drive down and talk to them face to face. Service otherwise is good, product is good. I have more that needs done, however, I will be looking elsewhere as I'm busy and I just don't have time to call over and over and drive down to actually get someone to call me back or follow-up.

The service rep was curt and rude. I explained to him that I was smelling raw gas and asked if it could be checked while the car was being serviced. He said that would require a different appointment. Maybe so, but that s not the kind of service I expected from a dealership that I have purchased two cars from.Also, they used to vacuum the car on a service. Not anymore and the price was very high. I won t be back, for service nor purchase.

The service told me they didn t take appointments. I ask for an appointment because I don t live in town and didn t want to have to wait forever for it to get done. They said be here at 7 am and you will get right in. They finally got my pickup in about 8. I set there until 12:10 when I finally got out of there. All they were to do was rotate the tires and install new brakes. Was not happy. I realize I didn t buy the vehicle there but it shouldn t matter. It s a Chevy pickup are device areas should be the same.

In my experience at shopping for vehicles here in Gillettte Wy White's Frontier Motors is hands down the best place. My husband and I highly recommend going there first all the people their are so friendly, caring and welcoming and they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied and will be driving the perfect vehicle meant for you when you leave. Our person at White's Frontier Motor is Skyler he is awesome!! he listened to our wants and needs very personable and not pushy he then found the perfect car that we communicated we were looking for. After we purchased my dream car from Skyler he followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was going well with the car and I was still loving it. If you are looking for that perfect vehicle go to White's Frontier Motor you won't regret it. They will go out of their way to get you dream vehicle just like Skyler did for me. You will leave having made a new friend . Thank You Skyler and all the staff at whit's frontier motors you are appreciated.
