I have been a heavy equipment for almost 25 years. But I absolutely can t stand working on vehicle s. However it s close to impossible to find a vehicle mechanic not only in this town but nationally that can be trusted for one and will fix the problem right the first time and not be a parts changer and nickel and dime you till you practically have a new engine or whatever else is in need of repair. I was recently referred to Rocco s Repair to change a fuel pump on a Ford Ranger and a water pump on a 5.7L Dodge Pickup. The Dodge Ram had bad hood shocks. Rocco replaced these shocks free of charge & both repairs he was able to get right in and repaired in less than half a day. Absolutely fantastic work and very friendly and knowledgeable! I HIGHLY recommend Rocco s Repair over any repair shop this side of the Mississippi! Thanks again for your very friendly service and excellent work!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! They came very highly recommended by a few friends of mine. I came in for a diagnostic test, before I went to purchase a battery, to make sure it wasn t a larger issue. I was greeted in such a friendly manner! I explained what I needed and Bryan immediately got my car in and got to work! I ended up needing a battery, and they got one installed in no time, for a very reasonable price. While I waited, I had the company of the shop pups, and they absolutely made my day! 10/10 would recommend, and will be a repeating customer!Service: Battery

We had some issues with a stripped oil drain plug. They got us in super fast, were able to get our problem fixed and finished the oil change. In and out in about 10 minutes total. Super clean shop and professional team. Even spoiled our toddler with some fruit snacks! Definitely recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We were traveling through the area and our Brake rotors were causing us problems, we called around but all the shops were booked two days out. One of the shops recommended Rocco s. They were able to take us the next day. They were a little expensive but they did an excellent job.

Me and my wife were on a big roadtrip when our car broke down on Sunday before Labour day and we had to get it towed to Gilette where we were stuck for two days - called Rocco's at like 8am on Tuesday, they took us in immediately and had it running in a couple of hours. They were all super nice, friendly, helpful and most of all professional - I felt like I could trust them 100% also they let us stay in their lounge the entire time, super cute Dogs as well, couldn't have been any better!

My son is temporarily staying in Gillette for welding school when his truck suffered a serious mechanical failure. He barely made it to Rocco s. They did a thorough inspection, shared details about the issue (video and picture), gave an honest estimate and had the entire repair complete in one day! I WILL NOT take my vehicle to anyone else... to much shady business everywhere else in town... I know a little bit about mechanical stuff and even they see a girl coming they see dollar signs... not with this chick I'll call them out every time... never had this problem with Rocco... he's very patient, knowledgeable and won't steer you the wrong way... he's done a lot of work on my truck and he always makes sure it's done right the first time! I would recommend him to anyone... if you want some honest work go here stop wasting your time with all these other repair shops around town!

They squeezed me into their schedule when I was in a pinch and thought that something was wrong with my car. Nothing was wrong. They went above and beyond in service. They cleaned up my car while they were at it, at no charge. I feel like they treated me like family. Great experience.

Reasonable rates and quick as possible. Good people to do business with. They will give you price for labor, parts , and explain process of repair. Will keep going there for all of my auto repair needs.
