Very impressed with Platinum Diesel and their staff. Had problems with my 2002 Dodge diesel. They replace a fuel injection pump and also a fuel pump. Prices were very competitive and when I had problems on a weekend I called and James got back with me right away. Took care of the problem haven't had any issues with my vehicle since. Would definitely recommend this shop to anybody. If I ever have problems in the future they will be my first call.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Five stars all the way. Everyone here is very polite and kind, and coming from someone who isn't from Wyoming it was stressful being stranded and broke down so far from home but these guys have gone above and beyond to help my father and I. If you're looking for a reputable, trustworthy shop, this is the place.I'd give them ten stars if I could.

Traveling from Arizona to Gillette Wyoming our Dodge truck had loss of power issues. Friend referred us to Platinum Diesel. Wow we re we grateful!! James and Cody are simply amazing. They knew what was the problem, ordered parts, gave us some recommendations to save money. Truck was ready to go in 4 days. They are extremely knowledgeable about Diesel engines!! They are always so happy and fun enjoying their jobs to the fullest. They were so very honest and thoughtful. We highly recommend them to anyone. We had called Dodge dealers in 3 towns, explained our situation and no one could get us in sooner than 3 weeks. Yikes! We got right in with Platinum. So blessed we found them .

Took my 2004 6.0 Powerstroke to this shop not knowing any mechanics in Gillette. James was very knowledgeable on the phone and one of his mechanics dropped what he was doing to get my truck pushed into a spot when I arrived at his shop. The work was done quick (high pressure oil pump replacement) and the truck runs great! Would recommend, and I'll use them again.

Platinum did a great job on helping us get back to denver when our work truck broke down. They came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it quick and got us back on the road. They are really knowledgeable in there craft highly recommend.

Honesty,trustworthy service. I wouldnt take my truck anywhere else. Ive had bad experiences in the past and iam thankful i found these guys. James is awesome and i will definately go back and refer people to them..

Towing a trailer from WI to Yellowstone and had an issue with our truck on a Sunday. My husband called Platinum Diesel and Cody came out very quickly. He took a ride with my husband and helped walk us through what was going on and that everything was working as designed. This was our first trip this far from home and Cody was very helpful in explaining it was likely the road and wind conditions causing the truck to overwork. We really appreciated all of his help and honesty! Thank you Cody!

I musta got some dirty fuel recently because my fuel filter got clogged and caused me to lose power in 8th and 10th gear...I thought i was gonna be stuck till Monday as it was a Saturday...to my surprise not only were they willing to help but had someone already at the shop. Prices were very reasonable for my emergency...thank you for getting me rolling again.

Nice place and nice people. The owner was out there working on the rigs in his shop which is something you don't see a lot of today. Would recommend.
