Vanessa Terrell & her amazing team at NOVUS Glass of Gillette, Wyoming, were AMAZING!Our Volvo XC90's windshield was completely destroyed by a severe hail storm heading towards Rapid City, on July 3rd at 6pm, after working hours right before a major holiday (Independence Day) & no one was answering phones at every repair place we called except Safelight, yet Safelight couldn't get us service until Monday July 10th, but we scheduled anyway, thinkibg that was our only option.Then I called my dear friend Jenny who lives near Gillette to ask if she knew anywhere we could get our windshield repaired near where we were staying in Deadwood, SD, and she immediately recommended NOVUS, and Vanessa said she could get us in for a complete windshield replacement on the 6th. We were blown away! Here's why:Timeline: Car windshield trashed at 6pm on the 3rd. Car windshield perfectly and expertly repaired by 4pm on July 6th! AMAZING!Where else just before a major holiday can one get a major car repair within 3 days?? 2 brand new trucks, 2 stress cracks in the windshield. Sent by ford to be told it was a rock chip, both times they did just that so ford wouldn't honor its warranty. The second time she looked AT THE WRONG SIDE OF THE WINDSHIELD and said it was a rock chip. I then pointed out where the crack was and still, its a rock chip. 4 other companies looked at it in the 4 weeks it took for them to look at it and said it was a STRESS CRACK. These guys work for the dealership not the customer

Got starred between Sheridan and Gillette, and with over 1500 miles to go on our trip, we wanted it fixed before it could spread and get worse. The guys at Novus had us in and out in less than an hour with no appointment! We had a great time chatting with Steph while we waited. This is the second Novus location we've been to for windshield repair in 6 weeks, and we couldn't be more pleased!

Wouldn t use this place if it was the last one on earth. Had a 6 crack in my windshield and asked them if they could fill it. They said no that it was too long of a crack. I paid full price for a windshield. A couple months later I noticed something weird with the windshield. After further investigation I noticed that they had just filled the crack and not replaced the windshield.Service: Auto windshield repair

Getting a wi dow replaced. The wind dow they had had a scratch on the Inside so they ordered a new one to replace it. Great people no problems.

Great customer service. Hassle free, they picked up my car, fixed the rock chip in the windshield and brought my car back to me while I was at work. Excellent work. Thank-you!

Top notch auto glass and window repair. Have been at least twice with cracked windshield due to rocks on highway. They are very friendly and efficient. This is definitely our go to place for windshield repair/replacement and window replacements. They do great work!

Our go to place for glass replacement whether it be for automotive or home windows. They deal with insurance and do an excellent job. Staff is friendly and very efficient. Highly recommended for glass replacement (or repair if warranted).
