Had to get a tire on my water tank (trailer)repaired even though I had to camp out there for the night i was able to stay in my semi right in the parking lot and they had me repaired and on the road by 9:30am the next morning. It was a difficult tire to do so I appreciate that they even did it. Thanks guys!!!!!

Very professional service they do a great job and had my tire and stock which is a rarity to say the least. I recommend this tire shop above any others as they are no holds barred shop that tries their best to make sure they have what you need in stock

We blew a tire on an old school bus while headed east on the 90 to Nova Scotia. We called everywhere in Gilette and found Tommy and the boys were the only ones who could help us out.They had us back on the road in minutes and were a really nice bunch. It was nice to see a grandfather and grandson working together. I prefer to support small family owned shops when I can. Thanks!

We had a tire blowout on our camper. We called our roadside assistance & I believe it was the owner of James Tire who came out to the Interstate, late at night, on a holiday no less, to help us women with children.We followed him to his shop where he quickly found us a good used tire, which he installed for a very reasonable price! We were back on the road in no time & were so thankful that this man was very fair, fast, & efficient & didn't price gouge us for after hours/holiday. Thank you, James Tire!

Literally the best tire shop in town, had my fifth wheel tire patched up and on the road in 30 mins or less. Great price too, and just in case he had my tire in stock!Top notch business next time I m in town I ll stop by if there s an issue!

Had a cracked rim that was causing a flat the service tech put on the spare at no charge got us in and out in 20minutes we will definitely be back for any tire needs. Thank you so much James tire service you kept me from having to change my tire in the snow. You guys are awesome.

I was told it shouldn't cost very much to fix my car I needed the rear brakes and pads and a new battery installed. Should this have cost me more than $700 from an experienced mechanic? I sat in my truck and watched him work on my car right behind me and he sat and looked at the tire a lot just daydreaming and then talking with the guys. He said he put in 2 hours of Labor... NOT. Dishonest. Flimflam Took advantage of a truck driver far from home. Stay away or pay.

Got a flat 50 miles outside of Gillette on I-90 at night. Called James Tire and a friendly, hard working man stayed up until 10:00 pm to get us set up with a new used tire to make sure we stayed on schedule for our move the next day. I cannot say enough about how kind, helpful, and hard-working this man was. Thank you James Tire!

I brought my boat here to get the trailer tires changed, and these guys are awesome, friendly, helpful. Got me in, did a really good job on it, and got me out, even ended up talking about boats and fishing for a little bit after I was done. I'll be bringing my pick-up truck here for rotating and balancing. Thanks guys!

A great deal for an out-of-towner. Called on a Saturday morning and got a quote for our two back RV trailer tires. It was the best price around if you aren't into Walmart. Would've gone with them if we weren't so far out with Devil's Tower still to see. Decided we didn't want to worry about sightseeing on the spare, but we know where to go if we suffer a tire misfortune near Gillette. Thanks Isaac

A great hometown, family owned tire shop. We have been using them for years. My husband's job brings him in all the time (Scorio is hell on tires, and that's mostly what he drives on). They've gone over and above to help me fix my tires, find a replacement, and purchase a whole new set. They treat me like family every time I walk in the door. They save me money like I'm family as well. The owner, Tommy, is one of the best men you'll ever meet. The family is a huge supporter of the special needs community, a huge donator to the community as a whole. There are a lot of tire shops in town, but to them you're a number. At James Tire, you're a priority.

Called to get my big rig tire patched up their website says they're open 24 hrs well technically NOT!!! They will try to charge you an after hours fee of 125 plus whatever service they do plus 105 per hour. The guy who picked up gave me a 400 dollar price just to get my tire patched. That is beyond outrageous!!!! My father has been a driver for 20 years and never in his 20 years has he had to pay over 35 for a patch on a big rig tire. Not only that we own a Tire Shop in California and we would never take advantage of anyones situation just to make some extra money.

James tires is an awesome place to be and visit. Tommy James and His Wife and family a really great people. There honest and will go out of there way to help you and make you fell welcomed. Tommy help is also great . They make you fell like family. Love you guys

P.S. [NO STAR RATING]Called this place to make arrangements to make arrangements that I will be coming back to town from Colorado on Saturday after 5pm and the guy I spoke to assured me he works 24hrs. To my surprise, when I arrived the next day after driving all the way from Colorado Springs with very high hopes and called the guy. He told me he was charging $125 per hour plus any thing he does. I highly doubt if that person was the owner but if he is that's bad business. Don't try to take advantage of situations. My situation was O.K. because all my tires were good so I just swapped them myself and used the full spare for the one that was flat but imagine if it was different? So the guy waited for about an hour and started blowing up my phone, I missed all the calls because I put my phone in the glove compartment when am driving. Greed will cost you. Want it all,looss it all.

He stayed late to get my tires on. I was leaning torn in a blizzard and no one else would/could squeeze me in. Everyone was super friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them and would definitely use thrn again in the future.
