Been taking my personal cars here for 5+ years and never had a single issue. Todd is an excellent person to deal with and also he doesn't try to pull a fast one on anyone which is super rare for a business. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone 10/10

Frank's alignment has always been accurate in their diagnostic's of what is wrong with my car and they are efficient and effective in fixing the problem...most important to me they have always been honest with me even when it didn't make them money!

Frank's Alignment has worked on our company trucks for years and always does a great job. They are always honest about repairs and straight up about things. They also call us to let us know how much estimated cost would be and let us know if run into any other problems while doing repair. Been going there for years to have my alingments done. Have always been good, except for this time. Called them a week ago to get scheduled. Was told if I could have it there by 8 when they opened they could get right to it first thing. Got off of night shifts drove all the way from Wright just to get there and be told that I wasn't in the book, and they couldn't do the alignment anyway because of my wheels.Service: Wheel alignment

Took the van in for some issues. Very happy with Franks. They called us like we asked to give us updates on what they were finding on the issues. They were able to fix everything and the van runs great now. Price was acceptable and time frame was acceptable. Would use Franks again.

Took my car in to get a diagnostic (I was pretty sure it was a starter issue) they told us it was a security issue with the key so we had it towed to the Ford dealership, where they told us it was in fact a starter issue, so we wasted $200 having it towed a second time because they didn t do their job.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

needed some simple engine work done. easy work and easy money. they actually laughed at me over the phone and told me to call a competitor. since when do redneck mechanics turn down easy money? stuck in the land that time forgot about until I get my wheels fixed.

Took my vehicle in for balance tires, rotation, and alignment. Customer service was excellent. The vehicle was fixed on time and within the budget that was quoted. I will definitely take my vehicle in to Franks Again.

Took my truck in for an alighnment and Darrel was the rudest individual I've met in Gillette, Wy. so far. I was asking some simple questions about some future repairs(repair quote) and he was rude and refused to give me one. As he put it "unless you are going to give some money right now, so I can fix it right now we are done and you may take your truck" Wow!!!! Although, I did not respond to his hatefulness and took my keys politely and told him "I hope he has a nice sir and God Bless you sir". I just hope he finds some peace in his life.

My car is still not right after $750.00. But what can I do? I drove it home and the same thing is wrong with it, I was told by Todd to "bring it back" only problem is it won't move, never going back

If you want a repair shop that will actually be honest with you about your car and it s problems and not just fix it temporarily and take your money, Franks is the place to go.
