Great people working here they gave me a ride to the hotel and back had me fixed up in one day and bought me lunch awesome people here. In Gillette Wyoming and I am a OTR driver not a local driver. Thanks!!!!!!

I had a horrible experience at this place. Was broken down from Highway went there and I got qouted 1900 for problems I didn t had. When I declined I paid 600$ just because they looked at the truck for a hour. The woman infront at service desk are bored of their job and take it out on the customer. They have little knowledge about the job and are worst customer service. You don t have much choice if broken down in area. But go to cummins in same town for better service for your money.

I had an all around great experience with this company. I had called the after hour service and was called back in record time. They also worked with me to secure my truck and trailer and had my truck fixed the next morning. My alternator was on its last leg. When I went to get my truck it was in front of my trailer and all warmed up for me! How cool is that! Everyone was helpful, friendly and kind. Definitely worth the stop.

This place is the best. From Krystal answering the phone to the mechanic, working on our equipment, everything and everyone worked hard to take care of us the best they could, and getting us back on the road. Will not hesitate to call again when we need them. Highly recommend!!

Service department treats customers like they are an inconvenient aspect of the job. Asking questions about what services they provide, costs of those services, or even something as mundane as were is the waiting area elicits sarcastic, unsympathetic responses. I ve never looked at Jiffy Lube as service to aspire to, but in this case Floyd s is a distant second in communication, speed, and transparency. I wish I hadn t stopped here and won t do so again.

I have been very unimpressed with the level of customer service I have received from the parts department, recently. I call in and I get put on hold for long periods of time and I get the run around as to why I haven't been helped yet. I've been told by the manager that I would be called back shortly, by her personally, and then I never receive a call back. I used to be able to call in and get answers while on the phone without being put on hold, given the run around, or needing to be called back. Until the level of customer service has increased, I don't think I will be back.

Awesome customer service from Maddie in parts. She was able to get us the radiator we needed shipped direct from Canada to the repair shop in Oregon where our truck was down overnight. I highly recommend this dealer and will definitely use their expertise again.Thank you, Shane M.

Didn t get a chance to patronize this business, but they did help me out. I was needing some minor repairs done. They couldn t get me on the schedule in the time frame that I needed. They did however recommend a competitor of theirs, who ended up getting me fixed up. I would not hesitate to use Jack s in the future though.

as a long time driver and now responsible for fleet maintenance at our company, I have nothing but good things to say about Floyd'sWe had a truck towed in from Sheridan with a CPC4 module issue, and we needed some scheduled service, Kristy got our truck in and we were taken care of extremely well, Nick and Kristy are definitely a credit to this Organization

Over the years we tried to build a relationship with Jack Truck and Equipment. I have never walked out of there feeling like I have been taken advantage of. I had them do an over head rack on one of my trucks. The day I get it back i loose the top end of the engine. They tell me the employee they had working on it had quit and was a disgruntled employee. They were unable to tell me the settings made on my truck but was sure they didn t do anything wrong. They still charged me $14000 to fix and tried to tell me I got a great deal. I purchased a 550 Sterling Bullet from them. From day one they have never been able to service it. Recently they charged me $233 to look at my truck and call me to tell me they could not work on it. Screw job every time. Done with them forever!!!

Outstanding place to get work done on semi trucks. The service manager is out of this world GREAT. Made sure we were happy with their work and called to follow up. Way to go Service Manager business need more customer service like you. Thank you

Had a business trip from Dickinson ND to Casper Wyoming. On the way back, in negative temps most of the day, my pickup's air bag system must have gotten some water in the lines. This prevented the pump from airing up the suspension and I was riding on the axels... rough ride. I stopped at 2 other places asking if anybody had a large heater I could get under my pickup for a few minutes. No dice! Then I stopped at Floyds and they got me right in and fired up their big forced air heater to thaw out my air system. Back on the road in 30 minutes at no charge. The gals at the front were super nice and the mechanics in the shop were super helpful. Huge thank you to everyone there! I will probably stop in just to say hi on the next trip!

The woman at the parts counter went above and beyond to find a expensive hard to find part. Only negative was that there was no call when the item came in but I believe the person was on their weekend.These people know their stuff and if they don't they will put in significant footwork to figure it out.

I was very pleased with the parts service that I got when I was in looking for a ridiculously obscure part for a skidsteer (as usual that seems to be my M.O.) and when it wasn't on the shelf I was referred to a competitor that might have it. Competitor didn't have it. The next day Tammy called me back to follow up and let me know that she had found what I was looking for. Well done, I couldn't ask for more.

People here are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Had my truck in here for a repair took 2 days. Was kept up to date on progress and what the problem was and cost before work started. Good job guy's.

Terrible service. Did not keep me updated and lied about almost being done, when they didn't have the right part. Only after I called three times in a day for a small repair did they tell me about the wrong parts.

Last Friday 14:30 all my gauges went down on my 2017 Freightliner Cascadia googled Dealer near me and by luck Floyd s was 19 miles ahead, called them and was told to common in. Within an hour I was fixed and on the road to California. ( computer hick up on truck) fantastic staff everyone friendly and polite $115 dollars later I was happily going down the road.Rock Island Depot Inc.

Purchased a backhoe ran into a mechanical issue they are standing behind it 100 percent!! Cant ask for anything more than that!! I will definitely buy here again!

Broke down in Sundance, WY on a Fri. Closed over the weekend. Didn't get looked at on Mon but was put in the shop on Tues. ORing on an injector needed repair. It remained in the shop for another 8 days before being fixed and finally released. Tried saying it wasn't under warranty (it was). Company shop foreman had to get district involved.

Beware of those crooks .after inspecting our truck they told us we need at least engine head gasket job and the estimate was around 11000.i said no so they atill charged me 4000 for cleaning the system from oil.it took them 4 days to do it .when my truck got back to our shop all it needed was an oil cooler gasket.i know dealers are gready but for someone who needs gasket they want to jack your bill to a thousands .no wonder they called Jacks :(
