I had a mouse decide to use my bike as a chew toy over the winter. Deluxe came to my house in Casper and hauled my bike back to Gillette, did a complete check of all the damage and called with what they found for approval of the work and then hauled it back to Casper for me. Great experience.

Just cruising through town and decided to check them out. Glad we did. Was able to get a nice deal on a new jacket and some shirts. Abi at the front desk was great to deal with and Jack in sales is great to talk to. Thank you for the visit.

"Always great to deal with you guys no matter if it's sales, parts, service or motor clothing. It's always a pleasure and great place to go. I got a great deal on my 2021 street glide from them Josh took great care of me on the deal and the parts department did also with my 131ci parts build. Service department did a awesome job building my engine and getting it done fairly quickly also."

Don t go here, not even for a T-Shirt.24 June 2023 I arrived in Gillette, WY from Washington State with my daughter. My bike developed a horrible whine in the primary (2001 Road King). There was a tornado coming this day and 2 hail for our area. I went to the dealer to ask if they would help me figure out where the noise was coming from so, I could decide what to do. I spoke to the service manager (tall guy with a long beard) he refused to even listen to the bike in the parking lot. He wouldn t even lend me a stethoscope so I could listen myself. Then I asked him if there were any other places, I could go and HE LIED! He said there are no other places in town. There is another shop 3.9 miles away called Rangs Cycle. This dealer was willing to leave my daughter and I stranded with a tornado and 2 hail because they have beef with another shop and THEY LIED to us. Rangs Cycle held the door open for us (with a tornado coming) and took my bike in. My daughter and I got a room and they kept the bike overnight. Kris (owner and mechanic) came in the next day when they were scheduled to be closed and out of town. For $500.00 I got a new clutch hub and race barring. I was back on the road the next day. Kris & Becca (owners) are wonderful people and they take care of customers.

I came in just to browse the store and the selection of bikes and I knew I was going to buy a hat and a hoodie. The young lady at the counter was awesome and helped me find a hoodie quickly and was very nice, it came time to pay and I asked if they did any sort of military discount like ALL other Harley dealerships including the ones I worked at and I was informed that this store does not recognize military discount. So I told them to put the items back on the shelf and I will never do business there and my mother and stepfather who buy bikes here at least once a year won't do business here anymore either now that they know that.

"I have been blessed to have purchased three motorcycles from Deluxe HD over the last several years. ALWAYS a stellar experience! Well, this time they out did themselves. My wife and I recently moved to the Western side of WY from the Northeastern Side. Not a problem for Mike & Maria. Knowing I am recovering from my third knee surgery...they took it upon themselves to deliver both the RG3 & CVO ST to our new home. I have owned quite a few HD's in my lifetime. Made purchases from all over this country. Deluxe HD is head and shoulder above the rest. It includes available inventory, purchase & service. Maria, Mike, Kyle, Art, Jack, Donnella, Beth...ALL of the great people who work there make you feel like family. Buying a Harley Davidson from Deluxe HD is far more than buying a motorcycle. Humble thanks again to you all. Godspeed "

Came in a week ago and bought a 2012 road glide cvo from the coolest group of guys ever.. great service.. great prices.. awesome environment. If your in the area hit Tony and his brother up. You won't be disappointed!!!!!!! Thanks fellas

"This was an experience of a life time. Came from St. Louis on a 10 day travel. Visited Sioux Falls, falls, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devils Tower and all the neat places in between. On our leg back home we stopped in a town called Gillette to stay the night. We checked in to our hotel and I got back on my bike to move it and the starter went out. Long story short had it towed to Deluxe HD in Gillette. Those guys are sharp, got parts ordered but in the mean top I spotted a 2021 Black Limited and guess it was meant to be SOLD. New ride to St. Louis. Sales and service was awesome. Thank you All. From the owner down to the new guy in the shop. "Eric the Firefighter.

great customer service, guys went all out to make sure i got my dream bike, im definitely going here if i ever need anything for my bike, these guys are way better than any harley ive ever been too, definitely going to refer a bunch of people to deluxe, i bought my bike a day ago and have already referred them to two other people

"Im terrible with names so I dont remember any of them, but I met someone from each department. All of which were professional and polite. They all also congratulated me on my purchase. Im a first time buyer and really didnt know too much about motorcycles, but they all treated me respectfully and explained the ins and outs of the bike I was purchasing. Very happy with my purchase. Over all experience was great!"

I couldn't be more pleased. The whole team at Deluxe was on the ball with every turn. I brought in a trade, they offered me a very fair price for my used bike and helped with financing, adding parts to my loan taxes and more. Josh and Tony in sales were awesome. I would highly recommend this shop."

Josh did a great job working with us to get the sale of the 2012 Triglide completed. We had some mechanical problems with the trike right after we bought it and Josh along with the whole shop crew did everything they could do to get back on the road as quick as possible. Thank you to everyone at Deluxe Harley for the outstanding hospitality and service!; it was greatly appreciated!

Stopped in on my way back from Sturgis. I was very impressed. I wish I could remember the guy's name I talked to, but they were really cool. I did get a shirt. They do have the coolest shirts out of ANY dealership I've been to, and I've been to a lot.

I enjoyed it so much first time in there I live up here in the summer born and raised here but never took time out to go in there and shop around a little bit the staff was amazing I got a tour with the owner upstairs just great atmosphere looking forward to bring my bike next summer and coming back up I bought a few things from customer service got some good information on my bike and super awesome thank you

Had a water pump fail on my 2015 CVO in Yellowstone. Called several dealers and Deluxe Harley-Davidson Gillette rose up to and above my expectations. Kyle diagnosed my motorcycle over the phone and proceeded to tell me if I made it there the next morning by 9:00 he would get me in and fixed up asap. Had me going the next day just as he said. Very good experience, highly recommended.

For the second year in a row, we needed to stop at Gillette for some urgent help. For the second year in a row, Mike stepped up to help us out. Small stuff as it turned out, (a small pebble today) and yet Mike took our safety very seriously and got us all fixed up and on the road. Would have bought a bike today as well and other staff suggested getting the bike across the Canadian border may cause issues and we d be better off buying at home. Class organization top to bottom. Starts with Mike.

"Josh did an outstanding job! First of all, he checked several dealerships trying to find my CVO Limited. Then he sent two of his employees to Chippewa Falls Wisconsin to get the bike. When I arrived at the dealership, he greeted me in a very professional, upbeat, glad-to-meet you manner. Summer Brittain, the finance manager, was also very knowledgeable and professional with all of the paperwork. All-in-all, it was a very good experience!"
