Couple of days ago just east of Buffalo WY my car decided to hunt deer without a license on highway 90 I thought that with fairly moderate front end damage, I would be able to proceed as planned to Rapid City and then later to Minneapolis but that pesky radiator started leaking I called the Dad s and the tow truck was there so fast that it resembled a F1 race track intervention. Isaiah - a young tow truck driver handled the situation with speed, efficiency and most of in total politeness (which made me wish my kids were there :) anyhow- I was towed to Rapid city and delivered to my hotel only 1 hour later than anticipated. Next day I got a moving truck and a dolly and made it to Mpls just fine.I have to say that it is one thing to be in the city where one can get anywhere even on foot vs more remote, gorgeous space but miles away from typical services that we take for granted. It is totally refreshing to see how things can work when pride is part of a solid business.Now, one more thing, Isaiah , do not be afraid of a city majority of drivers there are way worse than you ! and next time we play my music for a bit :)

My transmission went out while I was running errands. I was able to coast it into a parking lot. Dad's was quick to respond to call out. The driver, Isaiah, was very polite, respectful, and helpful. He was there, staged to load when we arrived. He had the suburban loaded up and headed to the repair shop in minutes. Thankful for a tow company I can trust!

This evening our vehicle needed to be towed. Isaiah called us and within 10 minutes he was there to help us. I very much appreciate the prompt and professional service that he provided. I will be calling Dad's Truck and Auto again if I every need help here in Gillette or the surrounding areas.

My Yukon was dead in the bank parking lot. I called for a tow. Michael H arrived very quickly and actually helped me get my car started. Very friendly and kind. Would absolutely recommend and will be calling again if I have more problems! Thank you!!

5 starts.My 08 dodge 2500 dropped it's tranfer case on the interstate. Dad's came and picked it up and took it to their shop. They looked it over let me know everything that needed to be done and what all my options where to keep costs down on what could have a very costly repair. They got it completely fix in a very timely manner for everything that need to be done. My truck is back up and running great. Thank you Dads only shop for me in the future.

Our driver Isaiah was kind, he did the job well, and made sure to keep us updated throughout the time we were waiting for his arrival, the entire process went smoothly, very great service, highly recommend :)

Top notch service! No need to call anybody else. On my way home and my truck broke down. Was able to come get my truck in a timely manner, dropped me off at my hotel and helped carry my bags in!! Their mechanic was able to find the part locally and had me back on the road within 24 hrs. Excellent service and communication.

Our son was in a accident Sunday morning. Due to exposure to cold he was transported by ambulance for severe frost bite. Police called Dads towing for a tow. On Monday I was told the 28 mile tow was going to be $950 plus $50 a day storage. I asked them if they could cut a break since we were not sure when we could pick it up. 3 surgeries later and still fighting to keep his fingers we picked up the car for $913.00. Again this was only a 28 mile tow. Average $300.00. We had family members calling to try to help with the expenses but they told us cash only. They are extremely overpriced and no compassion. Be prepared to take out a bank loan if you use them. On the bright side due to the circumstances Draggin Towing picked up the car for free and brought it to us. They are amazing people and recommend them highly.

We were stranded on the interstate and Dad s towed our pickup and livestock trailer to their shop. They found the parts and fixed it. It heated up again before we left town and we called the owner who had a service man meet us after hours at the shop. It continued to heat so the owner came down and and checked. What a great diagnostic tech. I can t give enough kudos to this business. We highly recommend them!!!

Stopped by on a Saturday while traveling cross country in an RV with questions about a flashing check engine light and the engine running poorly. The guys there helped us diagnose the issue and sent us on our way without charging us a thing. That's some great Wyoming kindness and service.

DPF system on my 2018 KW T680 needed replaced while driving through Wyoming ended up at DADS TRUCK & AUTO. As a seasoned driver I have to say my expectations were not that high regarding turn around time for this repair including finding the parts i was bracing myself for 3-4 days down, However MIKE and his Team provided GREAT service, let me take that back EXCEPTIONAL service and had my truck repaired and ready to roll after 34 hours and also kept my refeer gassed so I wouldn t lose my load. Personable people and Quick timely and reliable service. Hopefully you don t break down in Gillet Wyoming but if you do trust this place with your repairs!

We have Roadside assistance through our insurance company. I locked my keys in my car at Lasting legacy park on a Sunday afternoon. I used roadside assistance and Dads Truck and Auto arrived to help me out of my mess. He was very professional and kind. I was quickly in my car and on my way. My car was not harmed or damaged in any way! I would definitely recommend them.Service: Car lockouts

I'm from out of state traveling home. Broke down a few miles south of Gillette. I called Dad's. The towed me in, fixed my serpentine belt, had me back on the road again in an hour and a half, for under well under $400 including the towing!!!!Great service thank you Dad's

We were traveling with our cats and they got locked in the car with the keys inside because of an annoying kia safety feature. It was already 8 pm so we didn t have a lot of options and were talking about breaking the window, but we called dads truck & auto and they had someone there in 10 minutes and got the car opened up quickly, couldn t appreciate these guys more and they saved us a lot of stress and money.

Replaced the serpentine belt, and the water pump on my 6.7 Cummins, Ram crewcab and they towed it too!!! Done in a couple of hours at a great price. Great company, great people, great work!!! While traveling thru the Gillette WY area this month I had an emergency issue with my truck. We checked into our hotel late the night before realizing there was a bad oil leak and not knowing where it was leaking from or how bad the situation was. I called Dads Truck & auto early the next morning. Spoke to Michael H. They got my truck into the shop with a very quick diagnosis. They were very quick and professional and even got it repaired faster than they first thought it might be. Michael H even brought my truck back to me at the near by Laquinta Inn I was staying at. I was very happy with their service and would recommended their service to anyone going thru the Gillette Wy area needing auto help. Thanks you again to Michael H and the team at Dads for being there and being great!!
