The guy that does the semi truck tires has been taught right! He did an excellent job and I would not even hesitate to come back here. I am over protective of my truck and I had no complaints.

I arrived at close to closing time. They accommodated me. I am from out of town, and would have been in a bad way had they not fixed my tire.

I wanted the same tires I originally had but they recommend an all purpose tire that is better for our area and much cheap than the ones I asked for. I appreciate not being sold an expensive tire I didn't needed. Even though they had to order the tires, I had my new tires on 2 days later. Saving me time and money. Respectful, well organized, and efficient.

Stopped by on Friday to see if they would order tires for my truck, I wanted something a bit different. Norm was extremely professional and provided a reasonable quote. Tires arrived Monday, but I was too busy, so installed Tuesday. I am very happy with the whole experience. I strongly recommend Big Horn Tire in Gillette WY.

We are from out of town and our van has been having troubling starting. We tried to get an appointment but they were all full. We were stuck at McDonald s and went over to buy a new battery. Instead of just giving us one they tested ours and said that wasn t the issue. They came over to McDonald s and got the van started and gave us great tips for our journey ahead. He wouldn t take any money from us for his help. Amazing people and great hospitality. If we ever break down in Gillette again I know where we will head too. Thank you so much Big Horn Tire!!!

I had my rear brakes done here, and despite charging more than $150 more than I would have paid in Casper, I had to have them done in Gillette. Norm was less than helpful; when I checked-out and paid, I asked if there was anything I needed to know, or anything they saw that I should be aware of. Norm's response was one word: "Nope."My tires had severe damage to them on the wall of the inner rim, so much so that they were unsafe to drive on. I rely on the expertise of the mechanics I take my vehicle to, to tell me if there's anything they can clearly see that presents a danger. This would have been something they could have clearly seen, and because of pure negligence and laziness, I got a "Nope" that put my life directly in danger. My advice: If you value your safety and your life, DO NOT bring your vehicle to these people; they clearly value their cigarette breaks more than they value the lives of their customers.

Very friendly staff! My wife and sister in law and her husband are on a family vacation to Yellowstone from central Indiana. We had some concerns on our proper psi and they quickly checked out our psi on all 4 tires and had us back on the road in 4 minutes. Exceptional service. If I need tires and am in the area I will return without a doubt.

Called on Monday morning, with our 38ft RV to get wheels balanced. Salesman said will do it now. Technician showed me scalloped front left and said he would never get it right. Appreciated the candor and honesty. Also showed me the wear. Replaced tires. Alignment tech checked front end and found no reason for issues. Said it was probably a tire out of round and it got worse over time. Michelin tires has more than 50k miles on them so replaced and balanced the new front tires. Price was less than expected even with FMCA available discount. All was done in a timely fashion and everyone was totally helpful and courteous. Would recommend highly to anyone in need of tire work.

I'd like to give it no stars after the encounter I just had don't these guys a long time ago their field guy came by aired up a tire for me was great but I think he might be the only one that works there I just went there they had three open Bays completely couple guys standing by a toolbox and all I had is a little screw in my tire it would have taken 5 minutes to take it off and fix it and he told me I would have to wait at least a half hour encouraging me to go somewhere else as we just brought two brand new cheaper tire places to town you would think with a place that already doesn't have the greatest name that they would not want to send business elsewhere so now my company truck and my personal vehicles as well as anybody else I know will be making it a point not to overload these boys as take it out a little sheet metal screw is just too much WoW lazy more and more lazy people

Took care of our flat from our trailer very quickly. The other shops wanted us to wait for more than 1.5 hours. Price for the tire was decent also. Nice an Clean place.

We needed a leaky tire repaired while passing through on a family road trip. They took our car back immediately and fixed in less than 30 minutes. Very comfortable waiting room with toys that kept our four kids occupied. Very happy with their service.

Not very good at delivering on their word. Don't apologize, they actually try to change the words they told you and turn it around to blame you. Strangest thing I've ever seen from a business.

Excellent service. Had a tire go out a mile before the exit ramp on highway 90. Put on a new tire for us and got us back on the road very fast. Thanks!

I've had the need for tire service while traveling in Gillette twice now. There are national chain shops in town but the friendly and helpful folks at Big Horn keep me coming back. I'm a stickler for customer service and they meet my high standard every time.

Only place in town we deal with. Norm, Erik and the guys in the shop are awesome. Have bought multiple sets of tires, many rotations, couple alignments and have had some light suspension work done here. Of the 15+ visits we have zero complaints.

We saw a tire on our travel trailer going bad 70 miles outside Gillette. We showed up during lunch hour and they changed our tire with a quality replacement in 12 minutes, and at a great price. We had a dog with us and everyone was welcoming, letting us bring her inside. The parking lot was large to accommodate our travel trailer as well as another fifth wheel that was already there plus room for many more. Easy access off the highway.

I spoke with Norm about getting a quote for some times and rims. Norm was not helpful in getting me a quote and referred me to a website to get the rims. I was handed a 600$ quote for a mount and balance, that was it.. I called later wanting to speak with a manager, norm answered and was no help again. All the other tire shops were polite and friendly and got me exactly what I needed.. would rather not deal with this hassle from here.

Big Horn Tire was amazing! I was traveling home to Oregon and they checked my tires on my motorhome and aired them up. They were nice and did a good job so I could get back on the road. Thx to Derek for his time!

I was looking for a used tire to get me by until my income tax return comes in, but they don't sell used tires anymore due to safety concerns. The front desk person was polite and friendly, and explained their reasoning. However, if a customer knows the safety risks of used tires, company policy should give some leeway

Bighorn is the only tire shop I work with, has been for years. Norm at the counter is a stand up guy and has always gone out of his way for me. The alignment mechanic is as good as you can find. Plus I run Firestone/Bridgestones on all my vehicles. Great service, good pricing and good place to do business with. Highly recommend them.

This is my favorite place to purchase tire's or have tire's patched. Norm has alway's been quick to getting you on your way, will help get your tire's loaded and unloaded and if need be pull your car in and have them change it out for you. Best pricing in town has never tried to swindle you in pricing! Had a few place's in town that have. Thank you bunche's guy's and keep up the awesome work. We appreciate it.

My husband and I were traveling through Gillette and got a flat tire. Turns out the tires we had they don t make any more. Big Horn Tire was swamped and understaffed and they got us in right away to change all 4 tires. Amazed that they went out of their way to help us on our trip. Could not recommend them more!!

They do good work, and they are the only ones in town with ag tires, unfortunately they know it. Watch bill, quote price charge another. If they charged reasonable prices, like they used to when they had competition in town, I would give them 5 stars. The other thing that bothered me was the hidden fees, $15 for valve stem on a tire that they replaced the tube, they don't charge for mounting but $10 breaking fee, $13 shop fee, $10 tire disposal fee even though I kept the old tire so the wife can plant flowers in it. I asked them ahead of time about these fees and they said there was no hidden fees, like mounting and balancing, which you don't need on a tractor tire, yet when the bill arrives an extra $48 in fees. Perhaps a better question would have been can I see another customers invoice so I know what I am going to actually pay.
