Landlord refuses to listen to the fact that the showers get so hot I get left with burns he has also said that the bed bug problem that started 4 months ago isn't his problem and I am now having health issues just from living here so if you want to live with bugs probably mice with the condition of this place and a landlord that doesn't care then this is your place don't recommend

If you care more about good service than a remodeled room, this is your place. The room was clean and big enough for a bouncing 3 year old. Bonnie is well organized and cares about this Motel. She added extra towels for our family, which helped this tired mom after a long day of driving. She is the reason we'll be back! Great Service! Great room! Great price! Very happy with my experience. 10 stars!Thank you for having a quality Manager on-site!

Very disappointed. I was unsure of days to stay front desk said paying two weeks is better rate then one. But I could get re imbursed if I didn't stay that long. Now they don't want to re imburse me cause I only needed a week after all the shower temp is always cold and I refused to stay in the first room they put me in because it was nasty dirty. No bulb in the lamp and broken dresser parts were throughout room

For the price, you can't ask for a better place to spend the night. The lady who stays on-site and takes care of things is lovely, and the rooms are very dated but clean and comfortable. The parking is a bit cramped, especially for our large pick-up truck, but we were able to get in and out easily enough and park directly outside our room. No free breakfast or coffee pot in the room, and it took awhile for the bathroom to warm up but the water was steaming hot and the shower was clean.

This was the worst motel experience of my life (and no, I am not just being dramatic). I had to wait for several minutes at the Check-In counter before receiving service. Then, when we went into the room, there were several problems. The room was very dirty. The toilet was clogged. The air conditioner didn't work. The towels had hair on them.I am not a picky person, and almost always stay at the cheapest location that I can find, but I happily went to one of the other hotels in Gillette and paid twice as much. I can't say enough about how bad our experience at the Arrowhead Motel was.

I've been here for a little over 2 months and I have found the staff pleasant, and very helpful. The rooms are sort of cramped but manageble. I've read most of the reviews and get disguised in how some ppl feel the need to comment in such disgust, yet wanted a cheap place to stay and if they were not satified. Why bother staying? In my opinion, its a decent motel. I have very much enjoyed staying here, and find the management to be wonderful people. The are always helpful, polite, and always making sure my family and I have what we need.

Disgusting. Was placed in RM 126 on 04/02/2021. Mold everywhere. Leaky cold water tap in bathroom under sink. Electrical issues. Bathroom tile slushy and floor soft. Lied to continously about room change. First they we're going to move me in two days to rm 125 then excuses as to why they couldn't saying the occupants just needed to turn in their keys and I would be moved. Then I check on the progress and was told that they were paid up till the 14th of April. So no move. Contacted office after rewiring phones (because it was knocked loose by previous occupants) told I would be moved when I got home from work. More excuses as to why I didn't get moved. That was yesterday 04/11/2012. Ten days breathing mold, dealing with water damaged floors, and dealing with exposed wires, no towels and no amenities of any kind! If your in the area you are encouraged to come by and see my room! $500 paid and not one offer to make it right, not one!

Best motel so far. I loved that they had the channel listing correct, along with the local restaurants. Plenty of space, very clean, service was impeccable. Comfortable beds, water pressure was glorious in the shower. Working fridge and microwave. Just an overall great experience.

I knew there was some risk associated with making a reservation at a low low-cost motel like this, however, I wasn't expecting to find black mold in the bathroom. The room had a lingering odor, which ultimately embedded itself in my clothing. Friendly staff and really close to downtown (walking distance) if you can stomach the aforementioned. Pics to follow.

Owner is helpful, polite, for the price good rooms. However rooms weren't cleaned, housekeepers complained about their job as well as there boss on a daily basis, not acceptable!

Such a good clean motelClean beds/sheets Clean decent bathroom Clean fridge Clean draps Working heater and a/c Flat screen TV with cable Checked in waa done quickly too Over all a clean decent motel. Only downsize is it is a little smaller but it's okay. Clean!!

Room was good. Desk worker was good. Heating/cooling unit was awful! Loud and on/off 3-4 times a minute. U would have paid extra to avoid this.

Located on the main drag in Gillette. Inexpensive suites. Operated by a woman who lives on site and is extremely helpful. Clean but run down. Bathroom window would not lock.

This motel is old and extremely shabby. Carpets seemed dirty and stained, air conditioner was really only a very noisy fan, the walls needed cleaning and painting, on of the lamps had a cord spliced together with electrical tape. On the plus side, the linens did seem clean

All the one star reviews are correct, don't be fooled. False advertising, no fridge, no microwave, coffee nothing. Stayed one night here out of five and should have known better when I went in to check-in. Drug deals going down all night long, ( you can here everything through the paper thin walls) bed sheets, walls, curtains, towels floor all stained. Bugs on the walls, just down right disgusting. If you want to experience the horror story movie vibe this is your place. PS you don't get refunds if you don't stay the whole time, rip off!

It doesn't have all the fancy stuff but the manager is the most personable person I have met! She enjoys talking to her patrons and will take time just to talk to you

It's a low end hotel. Not bad for the price. Free coffee, WiFi, and TV. Staff are nice. Would stay again.

I like the older style motels and this place suits me! Helpful lady at the desk, clean room, great wifi, fridge and microwave in room, quiet at night, what else do you need?

If you are okay with a small local motel with super very nice people you will love this place The Price is Right and employees are very accommodatingthis will be the place I checked to stay at when I come through town again

This hotel post is FALSE a pure lie. No fishing on site unless one can fish in the asphalt parking lot. The owner is rude and hostile toward ALL guest ESPECIALLY those with dogs. I want my money back for FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
