They got me in for an alignment in a very reasonable amount of time. Jenn was very nice and helpful. I m always happy with the quality of work. And their rates are very reasonable I am a return customer and I will remain one.

Took a car in for diagnostic. Heard nothing until first thing in the morning after the night we called for an update. Made us question how much they REALLY checked it and then called with a 8k estimate? Made us not trust them.

My husband and I had a odd sound in the front passenger tire. We were concerned to continue our trip until we had the tire checked. We were close to Alignment Pros Point S. Despite the fact they were very busy (slammed), they helped us. What an amazing experience. We were able to continue our trip. The folks in Gillette are lucky to have this company and professionals in their community.

They take care of my work and personal vehicles, and they're honest, fair, skilled, kind, and friendly. What's more to say? We'll gladly wait a couple weeks to get in and pay an extra 20-50$ a tire for the quality and honesty we receive.

Great service. I had a dead battery. I called to see is their service truck did jumps which they said they did and would send out the truck. They looked up my records and when they came out they brought a new battery with them and gave me the option of replacing it on the spot. I choose that option and they got new battery in and I was on my way. All people are friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond to take care of you car and tire needs.

I have been going to Alignment Pro for the past 25 years and have always been treated with courtesy and consideration. They have done a great job with regard to routine maintenance, as well as the multitude of things that can go wrong with a vehicle. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I cannot express how great Alignment Pros is! They go above and beyond with great service. I needed my vehicle serviced before going out of town and they made sure I could get an early appointment and it was finished before they said it would be!

I have purchased 3 sets of tires here and have never been disappointed. I will keep going back and recommend them to others who are looking for great service! The staff is great and they try their best to make sure you are completely satified with all their services!

I have driven very far out of the way to make sure and get my truck over here to let theses guys do my balance on wheels and tires! If you have oversize wheels and tires then you know how important it is to have the right team for the job. These guys are it! I have driven from Casper, WY and will be driving form Williston, ND up here to Gillette just to know that it is done right!

I went into Alignment Pros for a simple alignment. After it was there for four hours I called them and they said the upper ball joints were out and they didn't do anything to it. The vehicle has 40,000 miles. I went in and looked at what I think is questionable play in the joint but I have a warrantee on vehicle so tell them to check on the warrantee to see if it will cover costs. After another 3 hours I call them back and they said the warrantee would not cover the $750 cost and I would need to take the truck back to Denver to get the repair. This sounds fishy so I call the warrantee company to fact check. They said Alignment Pros didn't want to fulfill their end of the work and I could take it to local dealership and get the repair with no problem. In summary, I was not impressed with the lack of feedback from Alignment Pros and them wasting my full day off dealing with something that should have been resolved in a couple hours.

This place is horrible, a ripoff, and they don't honor their battery warranties , so dont waste your time. There are plenty reputable shops around Gillette.
