These guys are great, they sometimes come to my shop to take care of the locks on my shop doors. Generally if I call, they are there the same day. Also, I will go into their shop and get keys made. They do good work.

These guys were great! They really helped us when my husband lost the key to our truck down in Wright. They were quick and a very fair price for the call out of town and programming the new key fob. I would recommended 100%!

When I called I got a person instantly who was quick to respond. Got to where I was quickly and got my vehicle unlocked. We all make mistakes. Just getting a person right away who responded to me fast was refreshing.

I needed a key made for a tool box that I had no key for. They were able to do it spur of the moment and exhibited professionalism during the task. The price I paid was less than I expected and I would highly recommend their services.

My husband locked his keys in his car when he got to work. All his stuff was inside. I called and met them there. It took 15 for them to arrive which for where he was located was fast. They were awesome!! I've used them before a long time ago and they will always be my go to.

Action Lock And Key helped me when I was locked out of my home while it was 10 degrees outside. The fella was so quick and got me into my house in 3 minutes after he arrived. Thank you!! Hero!

They not only do keys they do key fobs for vehicles too. Great locally owned and run key shop. Within 20 minutes they have five keys cut and two key fobs programmed. Reasonably priced too.

After hours call. Said 10 minutes and it was more like 2 minutes before he showed up. Didn't price gouge. Maybe the first time I didn't feel taken advantage of by a locksmith. I wish I had a place like this at home.

I have always used these guys for years and used to really trust them, but lately they have not been answering there phones. And have not been dependable. Makes me sad cause we do not have enough reliable companies in Gillette.

They are awesome. My wife locked our daughter in my truck in 90 degree heat and they responded immediately. Under 10 min. Very curtious and professional.

Not sure how to rate, I called their emergency number and didnt get an awsner I left a message with my info and no call back so I called a few more times and I never received a call back. But iv also been in their store and everyone was nice and helpful both times

My daughter flushed my car keys down the toilet and it had our only storage unit key in it. They were able to quickly help us out and get us back into our unit!

We locked our camper keys in the camper. We drove the camper down to the office and they had us inside in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

I broke my key in my door lock and it's my only mode of transportation and it said they were open 24 hours so I called 3 times cause it's kinda an emergency and no one answered so have to figure out how to get to work and get a new key dont know if they have good service or not but if your not going to be open 24 hours then change your hours

I would give this business a 0 star if possible. Because I was locked out of my house it says 24 hour service and they never answered left a voice-mail and no respond. Glad I didn't have to rely on this service.

Horrible customer service. No help when I went in to change my battery for my car key fob. Really rude and arrogant. Highly recommend elsewhere.

Girlfriend locked us out of the bedroom. Tried for several hours even after a handful of YouTube videos. Took this guy about 15 seconds. Worth every penny
