Absolutely the best customer service. Our camper broke down in the middle of nowhere MT, these guys were the only company that had the axle we needed to get back on the road! Would recommend 100%!! Thanks again!

Had some brake troubles on my fifth wheel on my move across the country and they took me in as one of their own, fixed me up and even took the time to explain my situation clearly. I seriously can t rate them high enough. They didn t even consider for a second taking advantage of my situation being from out of state, in fact, they used it as a reason to be well more generous than they needed to be in conversation and otherwise. They deserve your business if you are reading this and deciding where to go.P.S. Make sure to ask Clint how his sister is doing .

Exceeds expectations! Ryan and Nina were able to repair our vintage glamper, a 53-year-old camper with a terrible axle. Now we have modern equipment underneath and it feels a lot safer going down the road. We upgraded to trailer brakes and Ryan talked us through the whole thing. Highly recommend. Quality work and welding. I could not be happier.

You'll be doing yourself a disservice to shop/do trailer-business anywhere else in Gillette. While other places lack basic customer service skills, Absolute Auto takes their customer relations seriously. Friendly(understated) staff, clean environment and awesome work. We always use AA for our trailer needs and they never let us down.

Actually stopped to turn around after no luck finding another business opened on a Saturday. One of the owners came out and asked what we needed. We were about 1800 miles from home on a long camping and were having a dilemma with some of the piping underneath our camper. She called her husband, who came in, and proceeded to diagnose the problem and provide a solution. They proceeded to effect repairs on the spot. keep in mind these people do not sell RV's. But this did not deter them from helping us out of a jam. Very personable and honest people whom i highly recommend to anyone in the Gillette, WY area. Thank you for your timely help. Did i mention they were closed for business this day?

Awesome place with stand up honest people in every way. I do not have a desire to shop for a trailer anywhere else as they have the best prices, best service, and most important, people I can trust who will do anything to make everything right for the customer. Thank you!!

Was driving across country and ran over an elevated metal tank lid at a gas station that left the car with a new metallic rattle. Called this shop based on proximity and glad i did. Ryan, the owner, offered to look at it, and showed me the problem, which luckily was a simple fix. Would definitely recommend if you need auto help.

If you are a hot shot and need service on your trailer go here. He fixed my PJ trailer for me and did great work. They are God loving Christian folk .

Shorelandr trailer brake pads in stock. Couldn't find in 3 surrounding states. They know their stuff here and have needles in haystacks in stock.

Bought a new car hauler trailer first time used ,weld broke on ramp slide - in keeper. Doubt my word wouldn t fix Or stand behind warranty
