Twice I have stopped here and wanted to get some type of service and they have proven their incompetence. The first time I came here they said they didn t have any mechanics working and there was no cars outside. It looked like they were closed. Today I contacted them about doing a service on my APU and the service writer didn t even know what an APU was. She kept saying what kind of truck is it again? After several minutes, she put me on hold and asked somebody what an APU was and then came back and said they didn t have the parts and would have to order them. Very disappointing shop. I won t give them a third opportunity

Great service! I came to them on Saturday. Said they close at 8:00 pm and open at 6:00 on Sunday. (open 24 ) I said ok. An employee called me at 8:15 am and said that the mechanics would be at 12:00! I called the next time at 12:04 and said that they were ready to receive me. I needed to change the engine oil and filter. Mechanic removed both filters..then said they didn't have a fuel filter, put everything back, advised another TA..and also a safe trip.

I went in and no one greeted me as soon as I walked in nor asked if I needed help with anything. I am a former employee of TA in Colorado and know their customer service requirements. I had to be the one to greet the lady up front to tell her what I needed. The gentleman at the computer at front never even looked in my direction. I won't send anyone that way that's for sure. However the techs in the bay are amazing.

I have mixed feelings on this place. My company sends me to this location a few times now and three of the times I have been in for some minor things like a steer tire and most recently yesterday needing a mudflap, and they have done great. Unfortunately, they are very slow, and at times the paperwork is slower than the actual mechanical work. The one time I went in for a major service, they ended up breaking a part on my fuel system, that nobody is quite sure how happened, but I had to be towed to the local Freightliner dealer and I was out of work for almost a week over that incident. Which I am never happy when I lose a weeks worth of pay because of somebody else s incompetence. The last experience I had with them on a road call they could not come across town to get my brakes unfrozen, so my company got a company out of a town two hours away to drive all the way up and do it and literally took him maybe 15 minutes. So when you claim to be a Truck Service Center and you have mobile units and when I drove by there on my way out of town those mobile units were still parked in the parking lot maybe you want to rethink your business strategy. I will update this review as things get better or worse. The website and if you go online and search it says they are 24 hours but they are not. I believe they close at either 10 or 11 PM and don t open again until 7 AM.

NEVER doing alignment here, I pay 400+$, and this man, just make a look, that he know something, but he doesn't fix NOTHING!!!GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!This picture after alignment, look at my air bags...lol.

Doug was an amazing tech. Stayed until job was done. Girls in office where amazing. If need work done I'd go here again. Had output shaft replaced. Good work guys.

Great group of guy s here. I was having trouble with my charging system and they replaced my batteries and alternator in 3 hrs along with addressing a few other small problems. Reasonable price also.Services: Electrical, BatteryServices: Electrical, Battery

This shop in Casper WY is among the 4 best in the nation, the crew was attentive, professional and ready to work.They did not have the replacement part I needed but provided with a comparable solution, repaired my unit and got me on my way in no time at all.

There are two routes getting into the TA, and unfortunately, Google is pinned on the route that when it snows numerous trucks have gotten stuck. The TA doesn't have this route plowed for the trucks. They're not going to help you if you get stuck.

The shop was down one tech and pretty busy. Waiting sucked a bit, but they did call to let me know about the problem and got me in as quickly as possible.

I would rate it higher if it was fully staffed. The staff and techs that are there however were very courteous and professional.
