We were hooked up and ready to leave town Saturday afternoon when we had issues with our Reflection. We talked to Caleb in service and he and another technician were at our house within 30 minutes and resolved the issue. We have done business with Sonny s RV for decades. The whole team did a great job with ordering our 410th full body paint and it looks great! The price they got for us was the best with in 500 miles! The financing was painless and quick. I really appreciated there no pressure family atmosphere and would definitely buy from them again... completly worth the 4+ hour one way drive.

we have taken our fifth wheel to your shop you did a great job and when we asked for a timeline you gave it and we had it when expected. we are were very pleased with your work. so grateful you did not sell to camp wirld we do not do Business with them. it is all about the buck and no service. we have experienced there service .

The girls in parts are amazing and easy to work with and care about what you need and go above and beyond to make sure you re receiving the customer service that seems to have died off with other companies. The tech who works in the back knows quality and pays attention to detail.

We ordered our Grand Design Solitude from Sonnys. It delivered on time as promised. There was a queen size bed in one of the bedrooms and it was suppose to be a king. They had it replaced within the hour. Our sales person Chris was outstanding. He stayed in communication with us while waiting for our rig to deliver. He even brought boxes to help us move. He delivered our rig to us in Glendo and set it up for us. Sonny s and Chris have been a pleasure to work with.

Taylor and Steve in the service department were amazing. Taylor is the best example of a professional and pleasant customer service person there is. Also, Wayne in the sales department is knowledgeable and so very helpful.

The parts department is terrible or I should probably say one person is. We had her looking for an RV water tank. I called after one week to ask about it and was treated rather rudely. I have never received a call from them and its been over 2 weeks. Really poor customer service. Needless to say we have moved on! UPDATE I did receive a callback from service. But no calls from the parts department.

I only Wish I could give a Lower Rating. Here is my Story of Dealing with this Rude shop.Brought my Gulfstream Motor home in for Wind damage that had tore off the Awning. Also The awning had cracked some panels on the front of the Motor home while flying around in the wind. I had Just De-winterized the rv as it was May. Finally August 11th 2023 was the date I was given to drop it off for repairs. It should be Noted that We NEVER USED the rv that spring & Summer as it was damaged so it was NEVER filled with water & all Holding tanks were EMPTY upon Dropping off at Sonnys. The Interior was Still Clean from being stored last season. When We Finally got the RV back from Sonnys on October 30th & we noticed right off the electric Steps were not working, I pointed this out BEFORE leaving & it was dismissed by their service department as "weak batteries". Upon arriving home 2+ Hrs later I began to discover after a quick look that the rv was dirty inside, the toilet had been used, there was stains in the sink, hand prints on the inside of the windshield, broken kitchen drawer latches. The Fresh Water tank was filled & Frozen solid as were all the water lines. After thawing them I had 2 broken lines. When I entered the bedroom & extended the sides I discovered several pink pills both on the floor & bedspread, I photographed them & then put them into a bag. I gave them to the Fremont county Sheriffs Department who then advised me to notify the Evansville Police Department to which I did. I called Sonnys only to get a rude "owner/manager" who stated I needed to call back when I was more calm. The next morning I again called & spoke to the "owner" who told me he would "Take care of all the issues as a gesture of good customer service". I brought the rv back to this place & waited there for 5 hrs to find out in the end this Thief was charging me $700+ dollars to repair his gross negligence. My advice to Anyone thinking of using this place for a purchase or repair is DONT!! You will be sorry, I will never bring anything to Sonnys again, & by the way the pills were Oxycontin, which by the way when I showed him the pictures he acted as if he wasnt suprised at all. Perhaps this happens all the time at his shop & its just routine for him I dont know. All I do know is he is a Thief & a LIAR. I am From Wyoming & we Dont Do Business with folks like this Thief & Liar. I live in Lander Wyoming on a small Ranch & can do business with people on a handshake, I trusted this Thief with our Motorhome, He Exploited our Kindness & Trust. The $700+ wont make or break me, I have since completely Cleaned our RV to insure there were No more Drugs left inside by his people or whomever he subbed the work out to. In this world whatever you do to others you will either be rewarded or punished in the next. I wish I could say I will feel sorry for him however I believe he has done this to others & will deserve whatever God has planned for him in the next life. Do yourselves a favor as I said before, Go Someplace else & avoid this con man UPDATE as of December 6th 2023 NO RESPONSE from this dealer Not even a "Hey Im Sorry" We are so upset that some Crack heads were in our coach we dont even want to use it anymore. Again These people allowed someone to use Narcotics in our RV!!

The service department/parts department is outstanding! Went to another place in Casper that starts with an S as well. Was given the runaround over my camper s awning. Went to Sonny s they had me in and out in a week! Nice new awning and we packed up and headed out! Lindsay, and Zabrina! Awesome work!! Thank you for everything! Also, as a side note. I ordered a window through the parts department and they are outstanding as well!!!

We are full time RV ers and had a major issue with our fresh water system. They got us in on short notice and out the door in one day with a fair price and friendly service. I cannot recommend enough. I would go out of my way to get service here again. A+.

The Sonny s team was amazing. We are on the beginning of a big trip across country with two little kids and the toilet in our RV broke. Even though the team was incredibly busy with repairs they went out of their way to fit us in last minute. The service department was able to repair the issue within an hour and they could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much - you saved our vacation!

We are traveling across USA and had I trouble with our tow vehicle the Jeep battery died. We called Sonny s and they were able to fit us in and we were back in business never to have that problem again. We are so grateful for their service

While traveling through Wyoming with our friends the 3 slide outs in his 5th wheel failed to operate. From a recommendation we took it to Sonny's RV service center in Evansville, WY. The folks there were beyond AWESOME! They stayed after closing to get us back on the road. I cannot remember ever being treated this fair with customer service and price. Friendly but in the end perfectly useless and expensive. Basically charged a 3 hour diagnostic fee (plus tax. $500+) order a part from Aquahot, to be overnighted and installed 48 hours later. When I called for info on the install day, I was told they were very sorry, but had not received the part and it would not be available until 23rd July..I found the part myself at two different places (and ordered it) and will have it installed next Wednesday in Sheridan. Refund consisted of the money I had paid Sonny's for the part that didn't come and no consideration was given to the 3 hour work charge.. I had told them exactly what was wrong and what part they needed. So, no good points for Sonny's RV... Seems they'll be a part of Camping World in a few months and they'll fit right in.2 stars is one too many, but the staff was friendly (not the bosses though) .

Stopped at Sonny's on a Saturday morning. Was having trouble with the battery of my tow car discharging which meant the auxiliary brake system on my tow car was disabled. I expected little help since I was arriving mid-morning on a weekend without an appointment. I was greeted by Service Manager Scotty Budig who proceeded to guide me through the repair process. Great communication and results. Highly recommend them.

Recently purchased a used fifth wheel from Chris Stanek. Chris was incredible to work with. He went way above and beyond to not only answer questions, but also ensure everything was in working order on the camper. If you are in the market for a camper, I highly recommend seeking out Chris for his expertise, patience and overall customer service. We lucked out with our camper and getting to work with Chris.

We had a wonderful experience working with Sonny s! We needed our roof replaced while on a trip out west, and after calling multiple dealerships, Sonny s was the only one that would work with us. Caleb got the warranty approval and parts in a week and worked quickly to turn our repair around the next week to fit our timeline. We are so impressed with their quick and thorough work. Definitely recommend!

We pulled into Glenrock Wy from Golden Colorado in our 5th wheel after a 5hr drive and proceeded to set up camp when we discovered none of our slide outs would extend. After exhausting all of my troubleshooting efforts we called the closest rv repair shop which was Sonny's. They told me if I could come down asap they could at least take a look at the problem. 20min later we arrived and they had their tech Scotty plus 2 other ladies Lindsay and Zabrena looking over the situation. Come to fine out it was 2 relay switches. They worked past their normal hours offered us coffee and donuts and were able to get 2 of the 3 slide outs working. One part has to be ordered. These people were so kind and caring to get us back on the road it was amazing. Plus their stores inventory is huge inside and out. If I'd lived here I'd buy my next RV from themCan't say enough good things about Sonny's rv.

After my husband Mike and I purchased our fifth wheel from Smith RV in June of 2022 and the money had changed hands, we received the worst and most horrible customer service we have ever experienced in our 65 years. It was utterly insulting. Being new owners and having many questions of maintenance and repair, we turned to Sonny's RVs and we were nervous about how we would be received because we were not their customers.To our complete and utter amazement and relief, we were greeted by Junior in the Service Department and Zabrena in the Parts Department with complete and total professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, patience, and the end result of great customer satisfaction.We highly recommend to any RV owner or any person shopping for one, the exemplary, professional, qualified and trained personnel of Sonny's RVs.For great customer service, complete satisfaction, total peace of mind, and value for the money you spend, turn to Sonny's RVs, we did and we couldn't be happier.And even though we are snowbirding out of state, we continue to receive outstanding technical support from Junior in the Service Department and have been greatly helped by Zabrena in the Parts Department as she has ordered and shipped us needed replacement parts.Great service continues even when you are out of state!

Here's why two stars. Nice store, nice people BUT in parts depart they charge an extra 3% if you use a credit card. What a rip!! I mean really these days how many places charge a fee to use a credit card.?

Our friends said don t go to Sonny s go to Smiths . Sonny rips people off. Given that advice we did chose smiths. Hahaha, either we misunderstood our friends or they were wrong!Let s just say that Chris and Brad worked their tails off to get us into a camper.Chris was nothing but friendly, honest with us, and understanding of our situation. He worked very hard to find us a camper within our budget but still fit my high maintenance needs of lots of counter space and a big bathroom . We got just that! Thank you, sir!Brad works in finance! He knew exactly which bank would be willing to work with an out of stater. He was upfront and honest with us. He also was willing to ask the bank questions we had about the down payment.Everyone here is super friendly and down to earth! We are sometimes hard people to work with, but they all went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Thank you, Sonny and family!(If I could leave 10 stars, they would deserve every single one of them!)

Our initial purchasing experience with Sonny's RV was amazing. The salesman found us exactly what we wanted which was awesome considering the camper shortages everyone was experiencing. We got the run down, signed the papers and towed it away for my husband to live in when he works out of town. The first time he went to use the oven, the glass cover shattered. We thought it was strange but considered it a fluke. A couple weekends later while my husband was at the laundromat, he came back to find that one of the glass shower panels had shattered. So I got a hold of the warranty guy and he was right on it getting the parts ordered. Fast-forward two months, that warranty guy no longer works there. I have called thrice to see where the parts were, specifically the shower panel since my husband is living in the camper, and thrice have been told they would look into it and call me back and they never have. I realize shipping parts right now is its own debacle, however I'm starting to feel like a dollar sign and that maybe customer satisfaction is not high up on the list of priorities. Hopefully I'll get to change this rating depending on how service goes moving forward because it's sad to have such a good first impression ruined.UPDATE: After I posted this review I was contacted by an associate at Sonny's and they quickly figured out where my items were and got our camper in and fixed. They made it right immediately and that is a very important quality for a business to have.

We looked at getting a new camper about a year ago and absolutely loved how honest and upfront Scott (the salesman we communicated with) was. He went the extra mile for us in every aspect. We ended up not getting the camper then so we waited a year later and intentionally went back because of Scott. He had our best interest in mind even if it wasn t the best for him. We bought the camper and every person we delt with (Brad with finance, The general manager and Tyler who showed us the ins and outs with our camper after purchasing it) we re just like Scott, easy to communicate with, on our side, went the extra mile for us and made sure we left confident with our purchase. Highly recommend them!

These guys installed our weight distribution hitch. When I took it back after driving to Alcova they started to say it was my fault (until I reminded them that THEY DID THE INSTALL 4 days prior).They added some extra washers/shims. The trailer still rides 2-3 nose high.Now we are out of town and I have to pay someone else to fix it.I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT SOMNYs

They don't like to listen to the customer. They screwed up the paperwork when they faxed it to the credit union then told me it was my mistake and I needed to make it right. After getting the paperwork from my credit union, I saw that it was them that did the contract wrong. I called them back to point out it was THEIR MISTAKE and THEY needed to step up to make it right. I would choose a better place.

Fantastic service for the repairs of our fifth wheel and the parts department was just as great. The experience with Junior in the service department was stellar, he took the time to explain the repairs to us and they got us taken care of quickly. Thank you Sonny s for being great!

Mike & Scotty were very pleasant to deal with when we had warranty service work. They were courteous and professional and super responsive to my calls.
