Called to get a quote on a tint on my Japanese egg & they were able to get me in the next day. Expensive but the products they use and the work they do are high quality. Took a couple hours and I was able to sit in the waiting area of their shop. Complimentary drinks in the mini fridge and a huge flatscreen! Ended up spending $670/around there. (Including a tip) Got all windows done ALL. Definitely going to be taking my moms car back to get tinted. Customer service was great as well.

I have had 3 of my 4 vehicles done here. Their knowledge, products/services, friendliness, professionalism, work ethic and quality are simply UNMATCHED. That s why I ve gone back consistently an will continue to keep going back. Today, my particular truck s windshield has tricky corners because the curve is pretty sharp, compared to the rest of the glass. They had to attempt it 4 times but finally got it done and it was worth it for me. Just the persistence, dedication and patience, even through the frustration, was greatly appreciated. Called their phone on the 4th to leave a message, assumed no one would be working. Owner picked up from cell and still took the time to work me into the next day. Showed up and within 40 mins (including payment and quick chat) I was rolling out. Despite some scratches in both windows, they were able to make my front windows match perfect with rears. While some shops want you to leave it for hours/overnight, blackout proved to care about my time and their work. They also offer military discount, which is hugely appreciated.

3 times I've used Blackout Tinting in casper wy and I have zero complaints they do amazing work and the price is very reasonable and they provide a warranty which is super awesome. I've never needed to use the warranty but the feeling of it being there is nice. I'll always recommend them and I will continue to use them in the future. These guys are awesome!! Worked with me and my tight schedule, and instead of charging me more for something I didn t need they found an alternative that I m extremely happy with! Got a windshield brow put on and they treated the outside of my driver/passenger door windows. Super happy!Great communication, quick, and good pricing! Shane has an amazing attention to detail and thoroughly explained every option he had, and then recommended the product that would be best for me. I m glad I took his advice, he is an expert! He did my truck and my wife s car within 3 hours, and was quick to communicate through the entire process. Our office in Casper, WY began using Blackout a few months ago. Blackout Window Tint & Auto Restyling, LLC has continued to always go above and beyond our expectations. The quality of work they do on each truck we bring their way has always been 10/10. Whether it's a last minute call asking the soonest their next availability is, or planning ahead for a fleet of vehicles, Blackout will do their absolute best to accommodate for their customers and their flexibility is just another couple reasons they stand out from the rest!Blackout wastes no time in getting our trucks in and out in a timely manner. We'd all agree they're the fastest in the West! It only takes him 20 minutes to tint our two front windows on our trucks, and when all windows need tinted it has never taken them longer than 60 minutes!!Their customer service is exceptional, as a returning customer we've always been treated respectfully and nicely. They're helpful, friendly, reliable, and definitely affordable. Owners are the two working there and they re just so awesome! Squeezed my impatient self in because I was tired of looking at my crusted back window tint! They were very quick and did an amazing job! Definitely recommend these guys!

What a great experience! Shane and his team had my truck in and out in no time. I used to have tint that had bubbled, which made it difficult to see. They went above and beyond for me! Shane and Katie were amazing! They tinted all of the windows on my 2013 Dodge Challenger. Their prices and their services are absolutely incredible. This place is amazing!!!! My windows were tinted perfectly and quickly. They also removed the dealer logos and buffed the paint under them so there are no visible scratches. They even stayed late so I could pick my car up when I got off work!!!
