Greay service. These guys are very honest and do try to get you back on the road as fast as they possibly can. Reasonable prices.Also, if you arrive late and don't have a place to park, they will let you stay overnight in their lot before closing. (It is a private lot with gate)Very, very pleased with their service. Thanks guys..!

Excellent. Loose dog out here animal control was trynna catch it. 304 for double coin. 100 for install. had a bay open and got me in right away. In and out 36mins lfg brandon drain the swamp. Pretty decent ppl. U gotta call pfj customer service for points.

I lost a couple heater hoses on my truck in the middle of nowhere. Tech, James, was able to get out in a couple hours and got me fixed quickly. He brought everything that was needed and did a great job on the repair. The manager, Bryan, had given me a ballpark cost when I called in and said it was just a off the top of the head number, it ended up being a more because both him and I forgot something when figuring that number. He knocked over $100 off what it came to because he had given me a lower number, which he didn t have to he had told me the original number was a pure guess and had good reason why it was higher. I appreciate people that do business the way these guys did, I ve never had a complaint with any southern tire mart.

Service, price, quality at the level!!! I called in on Saturday afternoon with a problem with an antifreeze leak on a Freightliner Casscadia. It turned out to be a radiator. Everything was done promptly, the truck hit the road at 9 pm. Thank you.

We have gone there for many repairs. They made a mistake once, which they caught and they corrected at their cost.They will do everything possible to obtain Parts including getting them sent in from Salt Lake the same day!

Howdy!!!! My experience was Great!!!.This place is By the PILOT TRUCK STOP, but It has its own entrance, not share the parking lot with PILOT.Very Professional, understanding & Great Souls.I liked Jaime's Coffee Mug I appreciate their Help, &Thanks once again!!! Att: to all fellow drivers who they look Latinos or Indians or Arab don t go this shop they will charge you a lot or they will kick you out the shop and calling the police for youStop today (Christmas Day)for some work on my truck I enter on the back door and the mechanic was so made at me and start calling me names and he just kick me out the shop without asking me why I m here seems he just don t want my business because I don t look like a white suprimecist like him and he just told straight get out my property or I will call the police no idea why he was made I m lucky left there a live

My company and I had a very bad experience here. They are the only ones around and they know it. Called and talked to James at 1900 or so. My guy, hauling for the Taylor Swift Tour, blew a steer tire ONE MILE from their exit. He said he had techs out on calls, would be one to two hours which was fine, he took my info and thought we were good. My dispatch called up there at like 2245 before they closed at 2300, and he was trying to brush us off, told my dispatch he did not make the appointments? We had to call their corporate office over it. Ridiculous, if my dispatch had not called back my driver would have been just sitting with no info. They did not even try to call me back to give me a heads up. They were just going to leave it. And by they I mean James.

RV tire blew out near Evanston. Came here thinking because they service semi trucks and might have a lift. They were so great. They took the time to find the right tire for us and the service was excellent. They got us in quick and back on our trip. Best place in Evanston.

Unbelievable service. We had a flat tire on a long road trip and after the longest day they got us right in and fixed everything so we were able to get on the road again! Caught a nail in a rear trailer tire, which usually means losing a bunch of time. These guys were great! I pulled in around 8:30 p.m. and pulled out a bit after 9. I'm just saying that if you need to have some tire work done, you could definitely do worse.

I was stuck at Wally World due to my Truck not building air. I thought it was the Compressor, and asked if they can come out and replace it. They were willing, but when they came out, the mechanic quickly determined that it was not the Compressor. I had a build up in my air lines of oil and water, and after he purged the lines, the truck built Air just fine. Bill was $196, and before you groan about that, most roadside services including Love's charges close to $500 just to come out, plus whatever the hourly rate to work on the Truck. I am happy with the service, the cost, and the professional attitude and knowledge of the mechanics. If you break down in Evanston WY or surrounding areas, give these guys a call FIRST.

On 8/20 I broke down about 30 miles west of Evanston and I called for road service. I had sent a picture of the part I needed and was told the closest dealer that had the part was in Memphis TN. Keith showed up within an hour and looked everything over and said he could probably fix it. By the time 2 hours went by he had improvised and manufactured a replacement part and had me on my way. He went above and beyond and did what that other truckstop chain never would. Great job Keith

They patch my truck one drive tire. The guy who patch flat tire did not open lug nuts. He took out tire direct from Rim and He done his job within 5-10 minutes. They charge me $88.96.Then I start drive to California. I deliver my load and park truck in Yard. After 2 days I went to yard and look tire was flat again. I fill air in tire pickup load. I went at tire shop near Redding. They check the same patch was leaking. They fix it and charge me $50.00The meaning of my review they charge me extra money And they did not done proper job on tire. In California they done in cheap and they patch proper.

This civilians who work there does not have any ideas about anything,i went inside to change a coolant hose,after that I couldn t start my truck,they said my starter doesn t work,but most important there is an electrical issue with the truck and should be towed to Volvo dealer,im assuming that they are getting money from towing to,so i went so Salt Lake and bought the new starter,spent 1000$ for taxi and parts,came back,tow the truck from their territory because they don t allow others to do the job right,so i towed to nearest parking,call a good road service not Southern Tire Mart,he changed the starter and still didn t work out,so next morning i changed batteries and here we go,truck is on the road,without these inexperienced workers i could save from my pocket $3000 dollars in total!!!Avoid this place

Southern Tire Mart saved my Thanksgiving! I unfortunately cut a trailer tire on some road debris heading home for the holiday and thankfully these folks were open during the day. Had me in immediate when I arrived and I was back on the road with a new tire in 30 minutes! David & Jason took great care of me and another driver who experienced a trailer tire blowout with mud flap damage.

They work as fast as they can. Usually the choke point for them on time is waiting on parts since they're kinda in the boonies as far as dealers go. But they're nice and they'll try and keep the price down for ya

Really above and beyond service. My parter and I had trouble with our rims and tires and the crew was able to see us and get us back on the road quickly. They also checked around for any other damage and charged a fair price. Amazing service, better than we could have hope for.

These folks deserve 10 STARS .. Great Service!They re knowledgeable, informative & efficient!Tech s Dirk & Jamie know what they are doing.. they explained everything to us and were quick to get our truck repaired. I currently have 3 trucks, and repairs can get expensive.. Value for the dollar was more than fair.. no gouging here!There s an old saying:... attitude reflects leadership ..well, the attitude and overall work ethic of this shop is a true reflection of the manager, John! He does a great job at leading his employees!My son and I highly recommend that you bring your truck here to be repaired, as opposed to anywhere else! There are a handful of shops I recommend and I put this one in the top 3.Thank you to John, Dirk, Jamie, and all who work here!

I stopped by to have my batteries tested, been having issues with the truck going into battery mode constantly. They pulled me tight in, wuickly tested them and made a copy of the results for me. I told them I was being cautious after having a blow out and they immediately asked if I'd like them to torque the replaced tire. They weren't the company that put it on and they wouldn't charge me for it. I can't remember the last time I've had such wonderful customer service from any business let alone a repair shop. I would recommend going to them and if I need something done and I'm near them, that's where I'll be going for work.

These guys are great! Everyone elase was backed up, so they were my 4th and final call. They quoted me $109/hour. After fixing the electrical issue. They didn't even charge me. Honestly and generosity like this is almost non existent in the trucking world of 2020. I think the technicians name was Jamie. Thanks Again!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
