Shout out to Brenda and Tiff, they are absolutely amazing at getting with insurance companies and making sure you are taken care of! Also I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else besides Parnells, they do awesome work and very trustworthy!

We would like to thank Brenda at Parnells for her hard work on getting us a fair estimate on our wrecked Dodge pickup. If you ever find the need to take your wrecked vehicle somewhere this is the place to go to either get it repaired or totaled.

We just stopped after receiving a rock chip on our windshield and they took care of it right away and we re extremely nice. We had travelled cross country on I-80 and were weary and tired. What a relief to be treated so nice.

We noticed a chip in our windshield while on a trip and stopped in at Parnell s to see if it could be repaired before worsening. The worker told us that it had unfortunately already cracked too far to fix, so we d just have to hope it didn t keep cracking, and anything else would be a waste of time and money. We were impressed with his honesty and sympathetic attitude.

We got a crack in our windshield from a rock tuck on the highway. We stopped in here to see if they could look at it. Since we were traveling for 3 weeks, we needed to prevent further feathering. They were so nice and did what they could to get us back on the road. The charge for the repair was very reasonable. Thanks for helping us out and getting us going!

We were on our way home from a road trip, we had only 100 miles to go when a huge rock hit our windshield, leaving large rock chip damage to our SUV in two places. We were worried it may spread before we made it home, so we decided to stop in Evanston to look for an auto glass repair business. We found Parnell's because of their high ratings/reviews, so glad we found them! We were met by a very tall, nice gentleman who was kind and respectful; as we are two women, we were a little apprehensive being in an unknown area. He was so helpful and got us taken care of right away. We were in and out within 20 minutes and he only charged $15! The technician and the woman in the reception area were also very kind. They made a bad and scary situation into a much relieved one. They'reawesome!

got a rock chip in a new windshield on a friday afternoon memorial weekend. owner hooked us up right before they closed and got it fixed in 15! very nice guy, would definitely recommend!

They are the best. They did a great job on my Daughter's car when she hit a deer. She has a ford fusion. It looks better now then when she bought it.They also went above and beyond when my Daughter's vehicle lost its linkage. They came to her workplace and fixed it for her.

I've always taken my vehicles here for any damage repair. They got me in relatively soon. I even asked them if they could replace a cracked mirror that wasn't in the insurance claim, which they did with no questions at all. The quality is great and I highly recommend Parnell's.
