Like the name implies, they were done in a jiffy! I did not know they were going to wash my windows and vacuum my floors but they did. I'm a guy and it's winter time so my truck was covered in mud on the inside but the guys at the Evanston Wyoming Jiffy Lube took great care of my pickup! I would absolutely reccomend them to anyone

I went into JL today because my differential pan was leaking they were able to find the problem and send me to a repair shop. All Without Charge. Great service clean and safe shop. If I m ever passing through Evanston, I ll be get my oil changed there. Thank you for finding the leak.

They did my coolant exchange when no other jiffy lube in the area would, these are my go to guys when I m transporting in the area! Great to deal with and very hardworking 10/10 in my book.

My wife and Father-in-law were driving cross country with my infant son and broke down just outside of Evanston. They managed to limp along to this Jiffy Lube, hoping for a miracle that could put them back on the road again. So here I am, hundreds of miles away from them as she relates to me the play-by-play of how amazing the shift at Jiffy Lube was.Their old Outback even tried to blind Mike (she tells me that's the name of the manager) but they were not only undaunted, but professional and kind and FAST. A google review isn't enough to express my gratitude for these guys at this location, and what they were able to do for my family.Great service from great folks at a great price. Thank you Mike and team :)

You can remove my review but I'll post it again Michale Is the laziest worker I have seen in my life, sitting watching everyone work with his hand in his jacket, always belittling his crew members in front of customers swearing, lying to them, etc. He is not fit to be at this company and a monkey could do a better job then him

Rented a car and the tire low indicator kept coming on. The techs at Jiffy did a tire air check and found that the tires were 15 pounds over what they were supposed to be and got me back on the road. Thanks guys. I appreciate the help.

Amazing experience at this jiffy lube. And please were extremely nice and they actually seem like they were happy to be there and help. Gave me a great deal and got me on my way quick. Amazing team at this jiffy lube!

My first time going to a Jiffy lube and they cleaned my windows checked the air in the tires we were in and out in about 15min Mike Michael and Austin are amazingWe will be coming back next time we need a oil change

Clint was efficient and quick!Also gave me a great deal. Inexpensive oil change.On top of that they cleaned my windshield and vacuumed the inside.Will go here again.

I went in for my usual Signature service and was let down at the service. It usually would include washing the windshield vacuuming the floorboards and the tech would show me what condition the cabin filter was in. None of those services were performed. It's not all bad though. I got a free bag of popcorn and my dad recieved a veterans discount. Whats weird about this visit was that we were the only car getting serviced at that time,so they weren't busy AT ALL. At least it was expensive!

On our way to California, maintenance required light came on. Time for an oil change. The guys at this location this morning were great. Had us back on the road in 21 minutes. Highly recommend for those from out of town with car issues!

Brett, Mike and Bobby were my heroes this morning! I am driving a new to me vehicle from Oregon to Michigan and was only in town for the night before the next part of my journey. A dashboard warning light went off and after doing a lot of research (and kind of freaking out!) I determined it was probably related to oil pressure and that my system might be low. I pulled in to their service bay at 835a and explained my theory. They were super quick in determining that indeed, my vehicle was 2qts of oil low AND that the filter had a crack in the rim, probably installed incorrectly at another shop before I bought it. I rolled back out of their shop at 850a, topped up with oil and tires all inflated to the correct pressure. These gentleman were so courteous, professional and reassuring, not to mention speedy! I am so thankful for their amazing service and help in what could have been a really stressful situation! You're definitely in good hands with them!

Hi I was the new manager at jiffy lube. I enjoy have many new and old costumers come and see us. We have jiffy sign services that standby. I'm will love to help and listen to concern. 2022 New manager Mike is best to help at this store he longest employee and is over the jiffy lube I would recommend . I enjoy working with Mike

This place is amazing! The manager and employees here are kind and professional. Our windshield wiper fluid broke during snowy conditions and with the salt and dirt from the roads we could hardly see. They fixed the problem and replaced the wiper fluid so that it wouldn't freeze in the snow. They worked quickly and had us in and out in less than an hour even though they had other cars they were working on. They really helped us out of a tight spot and we can't thank them enough. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Excellency and Professionalism. They exceeded my expectations! They took care of me like never before. From the manager to the trainee , they form the most perfect team. They do more than just taking care of their customers: they love them and make sure their customers always leave happy , satisfied, and well pleased, at least this has been my personal experience. My sister who is a traveling Nurse at the Wyoming State Hospital told me the exact same thing, as far as her personal experience goes: how they deeply care about her and take good care of her each time she goes there. Best Service I have ever had and experience!

Did not receive a quote before oil change. A 15 quart oil change (~$80) ended up costing ~$200. I would only recommend this business to some one with extra cash they don't need and are afraid to get their hands dirty.

This place and employees are amazing! When we hear jiffy lube i dont think that many of us have nice things to say about them, especially if you work in the automotive field, but when my family was on vacation driving through Evanston Wyoming and our truck broke down this jiffy lube went above and beyond to help us out allowing us the use of there facility to repair the truck. Thank you seems to pail in comparison to the help that they gave us. I will remember this for when i get back home and i will pay it forward.A special thanks needs to be given to the manager Joe this man is a legend in my book now.

Ok for changing oil, but so slow and when I asked about tire pressure he said it was fine, I told him the dash said they were low and he said you can't ever trust those things, they didn't check the air filter or vaccum yet it was checked off, used to like this place, doubt I'll go back

I have used this Jiffy Lube a lot recently for personal and work. The manager is always willing to help me and brings a smile to my face. The new manager has turned this spot around.
