Great customer service, they were all friendly. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly answered. They took the time to get to know us rather than just trying to sell us something. I have purchased a used vehicle from them years back, my daughter just got a car two months ago and now we got our brand new car.

My husband bought a truck from this dealership and he loves it! Unfortunately while he was out of town it needed to be serviced for a censer issue and me having to deal with it was not happy at first and was upset with Heratige but I have to now say I was wrong and they handled it quickly and I want to thank them! My first reaction was being upset with being without a transportation so I hope they can someday get a rental or loaner car program.I want to give thanks to LaVell for her patience and the way she dealt with the situation. Thanks to the service department and to Nicole for your help and I would definitely buy a Vehicle from LaVell again for her way of even after the vehicle is bought and driven off the lot if there is a problem she will try to fix it for you. Again thank you Heritage for your service!

My name is Troy Wright my daughter daughter purchased an At4 used 23 with I think two or 3000 miles told her it was purchased from an auction. She asked over and over and over and over if anything was wrong or anything had been replaced and they told her no she just went in today. Got her oil changed and was told that it had a new motor in it, which is fine but a relevant because she asked over and over if anything was wrong with the truck her grandpa had left her money and a note to go buy a new truck and now she is totally shattered asking me if she s gonna have problems with this truck I think the dealership took advantage of a little girl, and I would not buy from them thanks everyone

Heritage always does a good job! My husband s truck got an oil change and they threw on new tires for him at the last minute. The tires are amazing in the snow, thanks again Tyler.

I just had tires put on my truck here. What a great team of people that work here. They were able to get me in after my worn out tires had a blow out. They even had better pricing than some of the local tire shops. The guys up front in service, Rob and Tyler, were awesome. Just a pleasant experience overall.

Landon was a good, salesman. He was not pushy or vultury like alot of these salesman are. We went a few months before just to look as we were not ready to buy. The person that helped us then was pushy. Ask for Landon he will just answer your questions and be helpful.

I was having issues with my car and took it to Heritage on a Saturday. They stated they were unable to get me in that day but to drop it off on Tuesday morning. They kept me updated along the way and when they found the problem gave me an estimated amount and time. They had my car done sooner than they anticipated and were spot on with the estimate. Very pleased with my experience.

As i said last June ~ DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!! Thats right JUNE, not 5 months ago like the owner somehow made it look and sound. And yes, i called and asked SEVERAL TIMES to talk to the owner and ZERO of my calls were returned..Even reported them to the BBB and received no response.And now ~ i need to put new brakes on it! I know its been near a year that i bought my car, but ive only drivin it 1,097 miles in that year!!! And no, i do not "Ride" my brakes ~ they simply needed replaced before they put it up for sale!Cant hardly wait to see what i find out i need to fix next! They are NOT a company to trust with buying a several thousand dollar vehicle, in my case $16,000!!!Laura LikesUPDATE: It has now been a month since my review and the owners response. In the owners response they said someone would be reaching out to me soon, and to go to a guestcare website so they "Could make things right". As i said, it has been a month and no one has reached out to me, and nothing has been made right. And the website they told me to go to is a site of their inventory. Are you kidding me!?! I wouldnt buy another vehicle from these people!...Let them make even more money off me after they screwed me over. Just think how absurd that sounds! Plus id have to pay all the taxes again on another vehicle, and thats not cheap! Id lose a year of payments. And would i lose my down payment i paid on the first vehicle and have to come up with another down payment? Thats NOT "making things right". So, ill just make another BBB complaint and go spend near $1,000 dollars for brakes and rotors THAT I DONT HAVE, and keep posting reviews and making BBB complaints every time i have to fix something that should have been fixed BEFORE they sold it to me. And hopefully they are losing sales of vehicles from people who read my reviews!

Decals and plate cover were placed on my vehicle without consent, the vehicle was NOT bought at Heritage. When I asked the service manager what was going on, she was very dismissive and rude. I will now have to pay someone else to remove the decal. I was trying to trade in my truck at this dealership, but now I don't feel like I can trust the process. I'm also going to have to pay someone else to remove the decal now, and am planning on passing the bill on to you.

Everyone was very friendly. Nicole was able to answer all our questions about the vehicles we were interested in. Finance was very helpful and quick. I loved that the staff joked around and laughed with us. Great experience!

I highly recommend these people they know what customer service is and they helped their customers out very well I would give them a hundred Stars if I could they fixed something that Walmart had messed up on my car and refused to fix Heritage took me in as a customer even though I have never been there before I did not have to make an appointment they just took me right in and got me in and helped me out they treated me like family these are very nice people and I recommend coming here for tire rotations and oil changes or anything that is wrong with your vehicle that needs done these people are trustworthy I am very appreciative for what they did for me today if it wasn't for them me and my daughter and my grandma would have been stuck on the side of the road or even worse this is the best customer service I have had in my entire life at any other shop I have went to has never treated me like this thank you Heritage so much I appreciate everything you have done for us I will come back and I will continue to come back.

Rear shock replacement was covered under warranty. Even though there were worker strikes going on in the industry, the service department pursued it and got it done. They had the incorrect shocks/struts the first scheduled time but had the correct ones the next day. They gave me a ride home and picked me up again, one day while my truck was being worked on. Thank you

Not so great I was turned away for over two months from your service department and when I decided to go look at other option and found that my warranty had expired . Heritage said I needed to take picts when it well most always through codes and unfortunate ly would clear so they were unable to diagnose my truck but when I went else where they found the issue it was having and it cleared prior to my appointment . Very dissipointed with my high country pick up because it in being worked on more than I drive it . I live in the country so it's a half of day tou even get it in unless it's Heritage then it's a month to a month and a half out to be able you get it scheduled

Called them about fixing my car and to see if my warranty would cover it - couldn t tell me if I had one but I bought the car there. Still waiting for a call from Tyler in the service department . That s been over two weeks. Won t ever buy a car from there again .seems like always a run around.

Jeremy in sales and Bruce is service we re absolutely fantastic! They were very honest and straight to the point. Before I left the dealership they made sure I had everything I needed including new brakes and tires. They answered all questions I had with no issues! I purchased a truck for $47,000.00 with a check engine light on, I was told they didn't have the equipment to dive further into what was going on since it was a Ram Truck. I was told by Ken, Steven, Dulce and the owner Parker Weese to take it to a Dodge dealer and they would pay for what the issue was. Well I did and it was the Dpf filter and because of the cost they will not pay for it. They did not hold up to their promise and I feel like they just wanted to make the sale and screw the customer. I would not recommend them, there are honest dealers out there, this is not one of them....

I've had lots of bad experiences at Dealerships over the years, but Heritage in Evanston, WY was not one of them because they were great! Their ads were spot on, staff was friendly, building was clean, and they quickly helped me get financing even late on a Friday. Thank you so much Heritage team, I love my new (used) truck!
