These guys are awesome, I bought new steel wheels for my snow tires. Big-O mounted and balanced them. Great job, no issues. I drive I-80 daily for work, sometimes at over 85mph , tires are smooth as glass. I will go back.

I came unannounced with my 2018 4runner that had a tire losing air. They took my vehicle in immediately, were professional and respectful and found a finish nail in the tire. They repaired it with with a plug, set all my tires to the proper air and even cleaned my tires. Thank you all for a great job.

Ordered the tires I wanted, they came in the next day, they called me to tell me they re in and I got in and out fairly quickly. They are friendly and helpful!

Big O tires took care of this military family this morning. Had a flat they fixed it right away and got us back on the road in no time! Great place.

I called about 9:00 in the morning and got an appointment to have my oil change that same day at 1:00 p.m. . They told me it would take about 45 minutes, but I was out of there in less than 30. Very friendly staff and good service. No complaints here.

The team at Big O saved us big time. We got a flat tire 25 miles away. When I called to see if they could take care of it, they agreed to stay even though it meant working past closing. They took care of us and we were able to get on our way.

Big O tires, I have no words. Stuck in snow freezing weather, no money and a blow out. I had warranty on my tire but they didn't have in stocks. These guys found a way get me back on the road and to a store 50 miles away for right size tire. They made it work and free of charge. To say thank you isn't enough. Your amazing Big O

The crew at Big O was outstanding. We were traveling through Evanston with a large livestock trailer loaded with livestock and needed new tires. It was 45 minutes until closing but they took us in and installed the new tires, even staying after closing to make sure we were taken care of. A huge THANK YOU to the guys at this store. You made our day!

Conveniently located just inside the Wyoming line. Tried to take advantage of wayward travelers. Claimed parts were broken that weren t, tried charging nearly triple the price of what the parts were, and I also noticed they broke the mounting brackets for my air intake system whilst doing their inspection.For what they were saying was going to cost nearly $1500 and five days, I was able to do myself for $300 in one day after watching a YouTube video.They saw my Mercedes logo, two young adults traveling, and tried to take advantage. I don t recommend. The town of Evanston however is super nice, awesome, helpful, and friendly.

Carter and the crew were so helpful to help us fix our flat tire. We were passing through town on our way to Colorado when our tire went flat. They got us back on the road quickly.

Wow, I deal with a lot of tire shops in my line of business, the entire staff was impressive with the service they provided. They looked at tires I wanted replaced on my trailer and then at the rest checking wear patterns, tire pressures, and caught ones I missed on my pre-trip inspection. They even checking the re-torquing of the lug nuts of the new tires I had bought from a different shop. Best of all these gentlemen fast in their service because I was not a scheduled service I was just a drive up customer. Great service.Good gentlemen!

Big O tires of Evanston is great. They are fair priced and always have been honest with me. They seem to work with you when you need something done, and have always done superb work. I will always take my vehicles here.

I could not be happier with my experience at Big-O. I came in on a holiday weekend and had all 4 tires replaced without an appointment in less than 25mins. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest with their advice. Superb job guys - couldn't be happier!

We never leave reviews so please read because this place is as dishonest as you can get. Not even sure how they have a good review. We had a screw in our tire causing a slow leak. Pretty common, right? We take it in, they say that it s caused enough wear on the tire to be a liability, but at the same time he had a hard time even finding where it was at. He says the only tire they have in stock to replace it with is one that s $170. We say that s not in our budget, and he instantly got defensive and said Well then this is a liability and you were never in my shop. So they wouldn t fix it, they were trying to upsell us, and didn t think our business was worth it because it would only be a $20 fix. Complete crooks, glad we got out of there quick. Specifically this Big O will try and take advantage of people who may not know a lot about vehicles and persuade them to go through with unnecessary and over the top expenditures. We have other family and friends with similar stories so please, go somewhere else and it will be worth your time and money.

We were on our way to Utah and we called a dealership in Evanston and we were told they didn't have time to look at our Honda. We called BiG O Tires and they immediately took it into there shop and diagnosed the problem. We ended up renting a trailer and hauling our vehicle home. Big O didn't charge us for the time they spent diagnosing the problem. How often do you receive that kind of service?

Had a blowout and they replaced 2 front tires and put my spare away for me. Got me outta there in under 2 hours :)

Kevin took great care of my family, we had to have our truck towed to them on the 24th of July. Sheared off the lug bolts on the rear passenger side. Lugs got loose. He told me a time frame and he and JR got it done it less time than expected. Great service, great knowledge and professionalism. They were a referral and here is another one. Go see Kevin. Got us back on the road. Then he asked us drive around then come back to double check the new lugs. He did what he said he would do, it is good see good people doing good business.

Dennis saved the day!! My girlfriend and i were driving from OR to CO with a uhaul.. transmission fluid line broke at a gas station so we headed to Big O. Uhaul said it would be 2 days if they were to handle the issue but Dennis had us back on the road in 4 hours (after making sure U-Haul would pay for the work etc). We would have been screwed without the guys from Big O. Shoutout to all the guys that helped us out there. Dennis is the man to see for any car issues!!!!

They charged me over $50 JUST TO DIAGNOSE WHAT WAS WRONG, THEN they wanted hundreds of dollars for labor-- and the parts were 3times what I paid for them at O'REILLY'S! so not so great... sorry.

I came in without an appointment for new tires after a slippery and bumpy ride on a snowy morning from Park City that took almost 3 hours. Lloyd and everyone with whom I came in contact was courteous and efficient. I got the new recommended Big-O Cooper tires for my 4WD replacing 4 Goodyear tires. As my office is across the street, I have used Big O in Evanston almost exclusively for my auto needs. Thank you for such a pleasant experience after a stressful morning.

Always have tires and service available without an appointment. Great management always willing to help. Service was fast and well done, am always able to inspect the work done. Willing to answer all question you may have.

Got my truck in pretty quick for an alignment, no adjustments were necessary so they didn't charge me. Very friendly and helpful, much appreciated!
