My daughter s vehicle would crank but not start. I was pretty sure it was something to do with the fuel pump. Called around and the other shops couldn t get to it for about 2 weeks. I checked on the prices for a fuel pump for the vehicle and they ranged from $600-800 for the part alone. Checked on YouTube on how to change it and it involved removing the back seat and carpet to access the fuel tank and the pump. I told my daughter to expect it to cost in excess of $1,000.00. After a day and a half at Anderson Chad called and said it was a loose wire. To troubleshoot and fix it was about a tenth of what we thought it would cost. The negative reviews regarding this shop say no customer service skill or implied that he is some how antisocial. If you are seeking a pleasant social experience I suggest that that you go to church or a bar depending on your preference. If you want your vehicle fixed by an honest mechanic then take it to Anderson. I am going to tell my family and friends to take their vehicles to Anderson.Thanks Chad.

While getting stranded on I-80 heading to Denver, we were able to get towed here. The gentleman helped us immediately and thoroughly assessed the problem, fixed our car, gave us a great recommendation for food while we waited, and got us back on the road! Thanks much for making a bad situation much better. Also this place charged an honest fee for services. I would totally go there again.

They Were Called Out By AAA To Help Me With My Auto. Said They Would Be There In 2-3 Hours ( A 20 MINUTE TRIP) . Never Showed After 4 Hours And Wouldn't Answer The Phone. Different Shop Came From 100 Miles Away. GUESS THEY MAKE ENOUGH ON THE OTHER FISH.

My check engine light came on and my car was over heating. I stopped be Anderson because of the good reviews. Not sure what happened. The guy had no customer service skills at all. Did not greet me. Told him what the issue and he gave short answers and said he wouldn t be able to look at it until maybe after lunch. Yes I am on a time schedule but a nice and friendly attitude and I would have waited.

My 87 year old mother and i were traveling from california to Missouri and our car broke down. I called to see if someone could just look at it to tell me if my own analysis of the car was right. Talked to the owner and he was short, abrubt, and said he couldnt look at it until next week. Didnt even ask him to fix it, just look at it. In my opinion, go somewhere else that is customer friendly.

We got a flat tire and ruptured the gas tank driving cross country. Chad not only looked everywhere for a tank, but stayed late to install it after it was picked up and brought back from Salt Lake City for a very reasonable price. We got back on the road that night. He was incredibly kind and helpful.

My car started hesitating and the check engine light came on. Chad checked the code and found out the car was misfiring. He replaced the old spark plugs and now the car runs like new. He got me back on the road in under an hour. I would highly recommend Anderson Service Center.

After treking across Wyoming woke up to a truck with a bad electronic throttle body, not an uncommon problem on a Ford F 150. Chad carefully diagnosed and located the part in Salt Lake City. Next morning they quickly replaced the bad part and road tested the truck. Back on the road again. Very fair and knowlegeble. Glad the problem surfaced in Evanston. Highly recommend the Anderson Service Center.

Classic retro style Service station with FULL SERVICE PUMPS! Mechanic on site is super helpful, and competent and tries really hard to get you back on the road fast when you break down. AAA towing service and they come quick! Then they fix your car! They even have used tires on site and can save you a buck sometimes.

My family broke down outside of Evanston on our way to Utah for vacation. They were able to get it in right away and they stayed late to finish it so we wouldn't be stranded! We also felt like they were very honest! They were so great!
