Will and Melissa are the greatest! They fixed my car completely and showed fantastic hospitality to me and my girlfriend and even fed us lunch while we waited for our car! They are wonderful people. I recommend only coming to this shop and no others in Douglas because Will & Melissa will keep it honest!

I bought my Porsche from them and they did everything right! Made sure it was ready to go, fresh oil change, new battery, detailing. Very friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely use them again for anything vehicle related! they fixed major repairs that would ve taken days in less than a day. they were super nice and fed us lunch while we waited. owners wife melissa was very comforting to me with the stress of fixing the car. if you need your car fixed in douglas this is where to go!!

At the end of a several week cross country trip, our truck wouldn t start after a rest stop in rural Lusk, Wyoming.Thank heavens for caring local business folks!Will and Melissa, owners of Speedy Repair LLC out of Douglas WY who drove 50 miles to come to our rescue answering their phone after hours as well.Fortunately we just had a vapor lock which was a simple fix! Only charged us $129 for their time and we are eternally grateful as we are moving again so we can get home!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I broke down driving through town. My rear wheel bearing went out. They talked with me over the phone through the whole repair. Stand up crew working there. They jumped right on it and we only waited on parts. I would definitely go back if there ever is a pro

They told me my batteries were bad, still in my semi 6 months later , they told me my clutch was shot, still using it 6 months later . I had an appointment for them to put in two new differentials that cost me over 10k, in my 379. They put the diffs in a month after my appoint ment date, and were nasty if I tried to call to find out anything .Checking my fluids right after the job, the diffs were 3&1/2 gallons low ,for which I was charged to fill them. Now I am on the side of the road in Utah missing work. I have never met bigger liars and cheats in my life, and I am a retired police officer!. and thats not including the frieght liner power steering resevoir they put in my peterbilt without asking , that my hood was hitting , and it broke because it wasnt meant for my truck!Just one bad expeirce after another!I could mention other bad jobs like my hood, but ill spare you,

On our 10th anniversary my husband, our four kids, and I were traveling to a family reunion. Our van overheated about 5 miles outside of Douglas. They were able to quickly figure out that our water pump had gone out, locate a part, and get it repaired to get it picked up on our way back through town a couple of days later. Will even gave me a ride back to Casper to get a rental car that would be big enough for all of us. Will, Melissa, and Craig (and everyone else in the shop!!) were so compassionate and helpful. My husband and our 5 year old are now passing their new Speedy's hat back and forth. THANK YOU!!!

We bought a 1999 Monaco Diplomat diesel pusher RV in Leitchfield, KY. & were driving to Gillette,WY. to hook up to a stacker race car trailer when We ran out of fuel After calling several people & had one guy come out & assist Us but not get Us goin, We called Will at the offering of a business card from the store clerk!Will came out & was very knowledgeable & got Us restarted & goin w/o any complications! No lengthy Bs bout fuel pressure pump or injector pump bein bad, was just My stupidity of running out of fuel!Highly recommend him for any service or repair needs!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I can not say thank you enough to Will and Melissa for all of their help on my truck!!! Not only was the repair needed immediately, they got me in and out within a couple of hours so I could get back to work! Speedy will now be my teams repair shop of choice in Douglas!!!!

These guys work on my semis and they do a great job. They are very fair with prices, they stand behind their work and they get my trucks in and out in a timely manner. I was leaving town for a long trip two days later, but my engine temperature sensor had turned on. Another local place that was supposed to replace my coolant blamed it on my engine, but Speedy Repair checked everything out for me and refilled my coolant and assured me it was good to go. They fit me in on the same day and were super friendly. I felt that I could trust them. They have great customer service. 10/10 recommend!Service: Auto maintenance

We are traveling in fifth wheel and notice smoke from a rear tire. Call Speedys repair and they were able to get us right in. The owners and crew are very nice, personable and family oriented. My AC started blowing hot air because the temp is 90� today. I called around and it is Saturday, and everyone was closed except for speedy repair. I called and the Lady who answered the phone, Michelle, was very sweet and said to bring my car right out. This was the only shop open today in Douglas. I drove out and couldn t find the place. The gal gave me directions and waved me in when I got to the right turn out. They were busy with another customer but the owner, Will, came out when he was done with one Customer. I explained my problem and right away he tested out my coolant and figured out my husband had put in too much and the compressor was overloaded. He bled the system, and VOILA!, I had cool air!I am disabled and use a walker. It s not like I can just walk home if I have a breakdown or flat tire. These people were so nice, and he didn t even charge me. I would ve paid him whatever he wanted. I am so thankful they were open, and more thankful or how nice they were. They were very pleasant. I would recommend these people to anyone who needs repair for service. I m so glad they were open on Saturday. I will probably go to them for any regular repairs I need on my car, And recommend those to anybody who needs repair or help. What awesome customer service. CALL THESE GUYS FIRST!!!! Serpentine belt snapped on the road. Everywhere was too busy to get us in same day. Speedy started helping as soon as we got here and had us fixed and on the road in an hour. Prices were very reasonable as well!! The people at Speedy Repair are honest, hard-working, friendly, knowledgeable, and did I say honest? They worked on my car to help me determine the cause of an issue I was having, and they went above and beyond what most other mechanics would do. They researched the problem, ran diagnostic tests, and made sure that I understood what was going on with my car. I was charged significantly less than I had been charged by other mechanics for doing less. The bonus was their amiable demeanor and overall kindness. I will be using Speedy Repair for all my vehicle needs in the future. Thank you, Will, James, and Melissa for being as wonderful as you are.

Absolutely amazing people. I m working here from out of town and desperately needed an oil change but didn t get back into town until 5pm when all the shops in town close. Speedy Repair was more than willing to stay after they closed to help me out, I m so thankful for the kind people that work at this shop!

Excellent service! The price was amazing! I got high mileage oil change! My 2006 dodge 3/4 ton with a hemi runs like glass! I have all my fuel systems and oil change done by speedy repair as soon as I purchase my vehicle! They also installed my decals! Great people! Family values! update:On Christmas Eve they got me in for an alternator replacement. They didn't ask me to make an appointment, the were ready and willing to help me right away and possibly work on payments. They were fast and had it done fast. Thank you all for you patience and taking time for me.They seen my car right away and explained everything where I could understand it.
