So I was buying a pickup on payment plan, had paid $3,000 towards a $10,000 truck. Was involved in an accident and had to take a leave of absence for knee surgery and ask if I could get what I paid on the truck back. The response was no per contract. I guess I should have listened to orher people around Douglas that told me to stay clear of this place, but I trusted this individual. So between loosing my brother 3 weeks ago and my mother 2 weeks later in the hospital with a heart attack and then my accident, why would I have thought there would be someone honest with integrity??? What was I thinking???

This place is the best. Martin is full of knowledge. Prices are really fair. The work they've done for me has met or surpassed expectations. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

What a pleasant surprise this place was!!! I pulled in off the street with water in fuel light on... Kelbie was so helpful, dropped what he was doing and had me back on the road in a short time. He made me feel confident i wouldn't be along the road waiting for a tow truck!! I would highly recommend this friend dlu business!!

I highly recommend Martin! I was traveling thru from a wrestling tournament with my boys. Blew a spark plug and coil pack. I have no tools with me. Bought some from O'Reilly's got the socket stuck in the spark plug well. After struggling for a while I contacted Precision Automotive. I have no regrets! Martin was able to get the socket out, install our new plug and get me back on the road! Very friendly environment. I will take other business to him in the future! Thanks again Martin for helping this stranded momma out!

Excellent customer service, Martin is very thorough when it comes to working on and explaining what work he did to your vehicle, he's super calm and casual, easy to communicate with, and the whole crew did a phenomenal job on my 2010 Malibu! Unbelievable people run this place! Great service in every category! We were traveling 7 hours to get to an ice fishing derby at Boysen and my car started to break down at 5pm these guys got us in and started checking in ASAP. They personally drove us to a hotel and the next morning they bumped a different job and called in a second mechanic ALL so we could get to our derby location before sundown! (Bad snow drifts awaiting )Great humans. Great business. The other place we called first in Douglas said 6 days was the soonest they could help us these guys moved a mountain! We were on our trip across the country and heard a noise while stopping for gas and dinner in Douglas. We were recommended by another mechanic here to see Martin and his team at Precision. Martin checked it out, gave us a ride to our motel, and had our AC compressor replaced and our car working great by 9:00 am the next morning! They were so great and we are so thankful for their services!Service: Air conditioning

I can t think Martin enough. He took his own time to come and check our car. As we are from Las Vegas, We are driving across country to Minnesota and hit a rubber tire. I just want to make sure my car was safe for the rest of the travels and we utilize his services. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE On a recent visit to Douglas from Casper, we noticed that our car was not performing properly. The steering went to manual and I was barely able to coast into Precision's parking lot. Immediately, the receptionist, Randi, and her co-worker, Kelby (who happened to stop by on his day off) starting asking questions about the car's performance. They assured me a that we would have a spot on their already busy schedule and Kelby offered to give me a ride back to where my husband had an appointment. Not only that, he said that he was heading to Casper that day and that he would give us both a ride home if the work proved to be extensive. It turns out that it was something that required parts to be ordered and it would take a week to get everything done. Martin, the owner, was very kind in explaining the results of the diagnostics run that day and he assured us that he and his team would make every effort to get our Focus fixed and dependable once more. Was in town for a horse show and my BMW SUV started leaking air from a back tire late Friday night. Was scheduled to drive back to MN the next day. 8:00 Saturday morning called 3 tire service places whose on line advertisements indicated they opened at 8 and no one was answering their phones. Called my husband who was in MN panicking. He got a hold of Martin and told me to head to Precision. Martin was great with my husband over the phone and greeted me when I walked in the door. Got the tire off, showed me the screw that was causing the problem, fixed the tire and had me on my way. Great customer service! And I couldn t believe how inexpensive the bill was given the time he spent helping me. Highly recommend them.

I was on my way to a family wedding and my check engine light came on. I pulled into precision automotive and explained that i needed to know if it was safe to go the rest of the way as i had 4 children with me and did not want to break down on the interstate. They were so very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me and was very helpful. Very knowledgeableand took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in terms that i could understand. I would highly recommend for any car repairs.

The first thing one notices when going to Precision Automotive is that it is clean!! I went to Precision Automotive for an electrical problem after making an appointment the day before. When I arrived I was greeted by Martin, the owner. He was very attentive as I explained my electrical problem. Get this, he washed his hands before pulling my truck into the shop. After a short time, Martin explained the truck was fixed and explained what the issue was and the repairs made. All in all top-shelf service. I would recommend Precision Automotive to anyone in need of auto repairs. Price was fair considering the service I received. I was so impressed I bought Martin and his employee lunch. This place is top notch. Honest hard working people who know what they're doing isn't always easy to find. We had car problems driving through Wyoming and stopped in Douglas to have Precision automotive check out the car. Not only did Martin fix our issue but he was so courteous and understanding when we showed up after they were closed! I fully expected to be turned away but he was so polite and willing to help. It's places like this that restore my faith in humanity. I would recommend this place hands down. Thank you precision automotive!

Great service. My car broke down on the interstate. They waited after hours to be sure the car got there OK. The next business day they diagnosed the problem. Because it appeared to be a warranty issue the car had to go to the dealer in Casper for repairs. If I lived nearer Douglas I would definitely use them.

Very friendly and knowledgable. Explained things in a way I could understand and made me feel comfortable with the repairs on my Audi's oil leak.I love that they have a girl mechanic and she is wonderful! The shop is clean, and the staff took the time to make me feel at peace with everything. Pretty much the same qualities I look for in a good doctor I found in a mechanic shop.

Our Jeep motor suddenly started missing just outside Douglas Wyoming in March 2018. We were on our way back to Mesa AZ from Canada and were on a tight schedule. We limped into town and found this repair shop. We were met by this remarkable apprentice mechanic named Teala. What a friendly, caring, enthusiastic, genuine, and funny person she was. She immediately dropped what she was doing to check out our Jeep. Her shop was booked solid for the day, but she could get at repairing it first thing the next morning which she did. Luckily the parts needed were in town and she and her boss got us back on the road by 1PM the next day. I ve been to a lot of auto repair shops in my life, but I will never forget this one. The people and service here are extraordinary, something you don t see much of anymore. I highly recommend this outfit, they are exceptional!

I was passing through Douglas and I heard a noise on my escape, and I took it to a shop in Douglas on Friday afternoon and they told me my transfer case was shot and it would be a $2000-$3000 dollar job to fix it! Then I took the car to Precision Automotive to get a second opinion and he spent about 2 hours looking for the noise, and said my transfer case was fine, it was a bearing close to the transfer case that was making the noise. He said I should be able to make the drive to El Paso no problem. And I did with no problems!! Thank you so much for your help!!!

Broke down in a snow storm on my way to Idaho these guys not only saved us but took the time to get us in quickly for a repair, took care of the issue, thoroughly looked over the car and got us back on the road. I'm so appreciative of their service and work! I felt 100% confident the car was not only fixed but looked over carefully by knowledgable mechanics as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very poor customer service. They did not double check their work for proper function of the stereo. My Audi has a foldable screen that pops in and out once the car is either turned on or off. Once I had them install the MMI unit for the car they failed to make sure the screen popped back into place correctly in its slot/place. They had also told me they had fixed the original problem which was not true. So, I have to bring in my car the next day, which was a huge inconvenience for me. Extremely unsatisfied with how Marten treated me after I paid. Another reason why I don t like small towns we have very few options for good mechanics. Sadly, you ll have to go to this shop if you have no other choice.

Martin and his crew do an awesome job. I have had my vehicles in his shop numerous times and never had a complaint about work that has been performed. From oil changes to maintenance needs Precision Automotive has my recommendation.

Traveling through Wyoming and had car trouble. Called Martin at Precision Automotive and he got us in, diagnosed that the problem was a thermostat, and fixed it up in no time! He said he'd have it done in about 2 hours, and called us exactly two hours later to tell us it was finished. Also recommended a place for us to go to have a meal while we waited. Great service, price was right, and we made it home to Montana! Thanks, Martin!

Had a issue with u-joints in my truck (I needed to change them like last year). Either way I was deiving down the interstate and started getting a vibration. I called and they got me right in, changed u-joints and notice some other very minor things I was aware of and offered to change them while I waited for parts. Crazy fast, friendly service, great work. I was back on the road in 1.5 hrs.

These people were truly amazing!! We lost our drive shaft and it is no longer made, they still were able to get somebody to make it and get it fixed! I could not recommend them enough... The young lady at the desk is amazing and super good at what she does.. there wasn't one person there I could say a bad thing about.. we have kind of fallen in love with this little town over the last week!

Was passing through Douglas when our car tripped a check engine light and started running very rough. Precision Automotive made immediate time during their busy scheduled to check out my car and download the engine codes. Ultimately we were able to get on our way again and make it to our destination. I couldn t be more appreciative of their timely help. Thanks Precision Automotive!!!!

Broke down on I-25 on our way to Sheridan WY. We were able to make it to Precision Auto in Douglas WY. They went out of their way to help us right away - even though they were busy. Helped my husband trouble shoot the problem and helped us get the parts we needed from Casper. Great customer service and knowledgable mechanics. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome people and customer service! If you are looking for an honest mechanic this is your place! Driving through and having car problems these folks saved the day! They ran diagnostic, tested a few things, and sent me on my way after topping some fluids and a simple diagnostic fee! Great service center!

I was passing through Douglas and had car trouble. They sent someone out to where I was and fixed it for me, and didn't charge me for anything! The person they sent was friendly and made sure I knew what to do in case my problem happened again. I was very impressed with them!

I bought a german performance car, and was afraid I wouldn't have anywhere to get it fixed in Douglas. Martin has been taking care of my foreign car at domestic prices! He's very knowledgeable and informative on what needs to be done. Thanks Precision!
