My 1977 Corvette died on the side of a rural road with no shoulder outside of Douglas. My insurance company told me no one was answering and I would need to figure out my own way home. Thank you geico. Gibson s answered on the second ring and told me a truck would be to me in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later Adam came out and took incredible care of my car. He let my daughter sit in the cab and get warm while he loaded it up. There is not a lot of metal on these fiberglass cars and he used special tire straps to hold it down and took far better care of it than I expected. These guys truly are amazing. They were also able to work with my insurance and had the entire tow covered so nothing was out of pocket. 10 out of 10 experience. If I ever break down again (likely with two classic cars) I know exactly whom I will be calling for assistance.

Gibson's are great they responded quickly, and towed my vehicle to a shop. They have first class service. I highly recommend using Gibson's when you need the help.

We blew a steer tire on our W900 right on the edge of Douglas WY. We called at 7am and the driver was there within the hour! He was courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Chase is a good guy to work with!! Gibson s was the best choice to hook up the semi, get us off the interstate and tow us back to the shop. Thanks, Chase and crew! I was on my way to Vail, Co,, after visiting Devil Tower in Wyoming when I stopped for gas in Douglas Wyoming. That when I discovered I lost my keys in Devil Tower and needless to say I was out of commission as well very stressed. I called Gibson Towing, and Mark came out tow my car. As I did not have a key and it was locked he had to go back and get his advance rig, and then he stored the car for me in his shop. Next Day after I had my spare key fed ex from LA , Mark picked me up and took me to his shop and got me back on the road. Mark was knowledgeable, thorough, calm and very understanding about my situation. In addition to his expertise, he only charged me an additional $20 for all the extra work. I was moving from Cheyenne to Casper last night and had my last load including two cats and 2 small dogs and I ran over something in the road and my car was toast! Gibson s was sent to me through my roadside assistance and Trevor came to my rescue! He was there 15 minutes before the ETA (luckily I made it to the truck stop across the street from their shop) got my car to Casper without any trouble! He was professional, friendly, and understanding even though I was visibly upset! My daughter was able to get there quickly from Casper and got the animals and I home! Thank you Gibson s and Trevor!

A week ago I was stranded at a rest area in rural Wyoming. My rental car company was less than helpful. I called and, once details around what I was driving were hashed out, I was given an eta. On time , helpful and able to get the car started quickly. He even offered to follow me to the parts show to get what was needed: the fob battery was dead. More importantly , in some ways, to me as a woman traveling alone: I was heard. I was respected. Even when the problem was easily solved, I wasn t put down or made fun of. I felt safe. 100% would use this service again.

Mark was TOP NOTCH all the way. Came to help even when my roadside assistance with my insurance couldn't get anyone to come to my aid. These guys in Douglas are amazing and I'd recommend them 1000% every time. Helped when he didn't need to! These guys were amazing! Very accommodating and were there right away after the call. They were able to get our truck flipped back over and gave us rides to the local car rental to get a rental car and get us on our way. Excellent service.

Stand up company. Rest assured that they will work with you to resolve any issues. Just wanted to shout out to say thanks for all you do for the truckers moving thru Wyoming. You helped our neighbor when he needed a tow and worked with him in the days that followed. We know who to call when we make our next trip to Montana from Cheyenne if we need towing. A tire on our utility trailer blew and Gibson s was the only company who said they could come out and help. They had to drive about 40 minutes to get to us, but the price they quoted on the phone was accurate and fair. Kyle came out and had our tires changed as quick as you like (we had to change both of them because our spares were different sizes). Thank you!

Was broke down east of Orin Junction, WY. Gibson showed up within a few hours to tow my big rig and trailer to Lusk, WY. Unfortunately my bumper was damaged and the tech managed to drag the drive shaft on the ground. However. Later, owner Mark Gibson did meet with me personally and make the situation right. He went what I consider far and above what most people would do to try and resolve the situation. I give him high marks for his understanding and compassion. Would definitely use his services again.

This company was selected by Highway Patrol. After my near head on collision with a semi, I am thankful for the services rendered while I was in shock and unable to cooperate that night. However, when insurance is involved, you may expect communications to be lacking a little. I get that it is extra work to deal with insurance, but this is why we pay for roadside and collision coverage. So we don't have to foot an unexpected NEAR $700 bill less than 24 hours after tow. When my insurance reached out to Gibson's 4 days after the accident to schedule a tow to a body shop, they informed my insurance company that I had not released my vehicle to them. Gibson's was informed that my insurance company would handle all further details less than 24 hours after they towed my vehicle. I recommend better communication systems for the company. Possibly communications in writing to avoid these issues. Hopefully my car is released today now that I have "verbally" given a release to the tow company for the third time today :)Service: Special vehicle towing

The owner, I believe Mark, came to our rescue when we stuck in impossible mud. Other times that I have been towed, we had to wait for hours. I was on my way from Colorado to Montana when I stopped for lunch in Douglas and happened to lock my keys in my vehicle. Being unfamiliar with the town, I contacted my insurance company who dispatched Gibson's for service. They arrived within 30 minutes and had my vehicle unlocked shortly after. The techs were friendly and professional, and showed genuine concern on the care of my vehicle while working on it as to not scratch or damage the door, which was much appreciated! I can t say enough about the quick and professional service I received from Gibson s Custom Towing. They went above and beyond (taking time on a Saturday and willing to work Sunday if necessary) to accommodate me and work around my schedule. I would definitely recommend Gibson's! AAA arranged for Gibson's to tow my car and give me a ride, and the service provided was excellent. They called once en route to me and arrived quickly. The tow truck and equipment were in excellent condition, the interior of the cab was spotless and comfortable. The driver was courteous and competent. He had my car quickly loaded and secured and the drive passed quickly. He expertly unloaded my car right into my driveway at my request. The whole experience was 5 star. Mark and Trae saved the day!!!!!!! Coming home from a week camping trip from Alcova heading back to Denver and blew a belt on the RV. They didn t hesitate to help! They went to buy supplies and came back and fixed us up!! Amazing service!! Thank you again!!! God bless!!

Good job towing. Very friendly but frustrated when about a week later told me to come take care of my tow bill and the reasoning was they just didn't have time to submit it to my insurance.

Guy showed up. Called me to give me an eta first. Was raining hard, he didnt hesitate and told me to get in his truck then in about 15 min had my truck on the back of his and off we went. I asked about a shop to fix my truck today and he suggested Speedy in Douglas. Called them at 4:15 they said no problem and we took my truck there. Great young man. Very pleasant, didnt ignore me during the ride and the shop he recommended did a great job. I trust AAA will keep them on their list for work. The truck was clean inside and the driver did a fast safe hookup on my truck. Was very happy that company showed up.Service: Car towing

When our travel trailer's leaf spring broke on our way home from a camping trip (3 hours away from home), we started Googling to find someone who could help us with a tow. It was Sunday afternoon and not many places were open - so glad we got in touch with Gibson's. They arrived within the hour with a flat bed capable of towing our trailer. Not only did they tow it for us, they went above and beyond and out of their way to help us get our trailer fixed. I've always had nothing but excellent service from Mark and crew! He has moved many c-can storage containers for me, helped with an accident, hauled in broke down trucks, and the service has always been fast and of the best quality. All it takes is one phone call! You can tell the pride in his and his crew's work by the way they take care of their trucks and equipment, top notch and first-class outfit! Professional towing service for a fair price! I would highly recommend if you break down anywhere near Douglas. I got stuck out in the oilfield, north of Douglas. It was a snowy, icy day, and the tow companies were busy.I called Gibson's, sent them my location, and they sent a truck immediately. The driver was professional, and quickly got me back on solid ground. I stopped by their office to pay the bill, and the ladies in the office were very nice.I will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Gibson's is my go to place when I need a tow, they provide top of the line service, they show up in a timely manner so you have as little of a wait time as possible, they have nice trucks that are clean if you need to ride in while your vehicle is being towed. And their team members are very helpful, nice and answer any questions you may have. We had a flat tire and needed help and they came within two minutes of calling. Both Trevor and Trey were extremely kind and quick. They jacked up our car and bolted down the wheel. We really appreciate them and their quick and quality service. We love their business and the people who work there.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Gibson's. We had a very stressful emergency when our brakes stopped working while driving on the highway! They arrived in less then 10 minutes and were extremely professional and went above and beyond for us. We are from NJ and are traveling in our camper van with our dog. No vehicle means no where to sleep! Not only did they call around to find us a good mechanic but they also provided us a ride to a hotel. They made us feel safe in a very scary situation and would highly recommend this towing company!
