We were traveling through Cody today on a family vacation when we had truck problems. We have had this issue before and were hoping this mechanic could take less than 5 minutes to help us. The woman very rudely stated that they don't work on vehicles for travelers. Thankfully another local mechanic was much kinder and took the time to help us. We would never expect anything for free and we paid him a crisp $100 bill, which he tried to refuse. As an owner of a small Wyoming business, I'm disgusted by how we were treated. I expect better from folks in Wyoming.

Excellent helpful service. We were on the way from Maine to Nevada and increasingly worried about our overheating transmission. We have a 15 year old, 360,000 mile Dramax/Cummings Sierra pulling a camper trailer.We called at 8 am and were in the shop by 8:15. Some trouble shooting, a little cleaning, and expert towing advice and we were on our way by 9:30.Up through Yellowstone with no trouble. The truck is running great now.Overall, great service, good advice, and a reasonable price.

We are from Switzerland and travel the States with our own car from Europe. We came to Cody on our way to Yellowstone. Unfortunately we had a problem with the car in town, which does not exist in the USA (white smoke and the engine didn't run well) Although they didn't know our car, they were really helpful and tried to help us as far as they could. We could sleep on their parking lot while we were waiting for a special diesel cleaner product, that we could order to their address. And they even gave us a diesel additive for free.

Lisa and her mechanics are wonderful. I just returned from a trip across country and my engine light came on. They took it back immediately and checked it. They are the only company I allow to work on my truck.

I recently received my late Father's pickup. He only trusted WYO Diesel Power to work on it. The fact that this truck which is almost 20 years runs like new old is a testament to the quality of their work. I will continue to take this truck to them.

These guys were awesome. We're on a trip too yellowstone from out of state when we had engine trouble.they took us right in although they had a 2 week wait and got us diagnosed and on our way in 20 minutes. Saved our trip!!!
