Initial guy that greeted me was very nice and professional. They were expeditious in completing the oil change I had but when finished, the young man did not thank me after I paid and didn t seem to care about me as a customer. Upon further examination of my receipt, after leaving the premises, it stated that they washed my windshield but in actuality, they did not wash my windshield. I tried to phone them to apprise them but no one answered.Service: Oil change

They've always treated me fairly and done a decent job, whether it be with an oil change or tires. For the economy, you can't find a much better place. I've bought tires in store and online and never had a problem either way. Being open on the weekends is a big plus when you're busy all week and can't make it to a different shop. I've had mixed experiences with them meeting the timeline they quoted me, but in my opinion, that's any mechanical work, regardless of where you go.

No very good. I had other luck with other walmart auto in Montana. Just came in for a oil change. They missed aligned my airtake valve and was causing my car to misfire. Fixed it myself. They also broke a small piece of tubing connecting my air intake valve. Called two days asking for a Manger. Thursday and Friday, supposedly the Manger was busy.

Horrible experience. Everytime I ve used this business something goes wrong. They put the WRONG oil in my car, they pulled the cap off the stem of my tire (why they were messing with my tires when I came in for an oil change, I ll never know.) and on top of that, I was treated like I was incompetent. You could not pay me enough to go back!!

Usually do an okay job. They are not mechanics so always double check they're work. Called scheduled appointment. He said he verified all 4 where there. Got there and they only had 3 tires in my size. Definitely not well run. But they are the cheapest.

Returning to Pueblo Co from Yellowstone, had a flat tire. These folks were the only folks in Cody to have our tire size. Extremely friendly and helpful they had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied.

Purchased tires and had them installed on 1/18/20. The next day, 1/19/20 I noticed that 1 hubcap had not been reinstalled. When I went back to the store and notified them of their error, no apology or admission of their error. After the reps exhausted their search for the missing hub cap, which they could not find, a Supervisor entered the room and said that I would have to purchase the hubcap ($110) and bring the receipt in for a refund. Again, no apology or empathy of any sort. I was not expecting much when I decided to purchase tires here...it's Walmart after all but this is so out of line and completely unacceptable.Buyer beware, you have been warned.

I am British and travelling in my Motorhome around the USA.It's a Mercedes Sprinter from Europe. I had a Tyre issue which involved a little 'wheel-juggling' to remedy so I called into Walmart at Cody to see if they could assist. I was made aware on arrival that the tyre shop was booked for anotge 5 working days but Zak there managed to squeeze me in as it was a safety issue and we were going to continue our journey. The staff were friendly, efficient and most helpful and the price was fantastically reasonable. Thanks Zak and John there. Job well done and a credit to Walmart on what was obviously a normal but busy day.

If no star was an option. Glad there open on a sunday but been waiting 3 hrs on a flat repair. Probably watched them down a 6 pack mountain dew and have accomplished nothing but walk around. A crew of very incompetant employees.

They needed me to go someplace else to buy my needed oil filter, then come back to get oil changed. 2012 Chevy Suburban. What a joke.

I like going into walmart's TLE. I have been going there for years and most of the guys have been there the whole time. They have a good crew that has changed the oil in our trucks and put tires on them. I would recommend them.

Had to go here to get a tire on a holiday when other stores were closed. Terrible service. They had one guy taking orders and he was slow as syrup and withe the same personality.

Fixed our issue within 10 minutes of dropping in with emergency loose bolts on a tire. Friendliest staff I have ever dealt with.

Well from my experience, they do a good job at reasonable prices. It's first come first serve, so you may or may not have to wait. They answered the phone when I called.
