Rimrock tire is fabulous. They will take care of you and make sure your vehicle is optimal to drive. I bought Michelin Crossclimate 2 tires from them for my Subaru outback. These All Season tires are top rated by consumer reports and perform extremely well on snow. Ice is ice, always be extra careful on ice. Be safe out there. Start with a well maintained vehicle.

We've been very happy with Rimrock and have purchased several sets of tires there over the years. They stand behind their products and services. They are a good example of a business to support locally since they treat customers well and have competitive prices.

We had a tire issue on our way to Yellowstone. Thought it would be a long day with a large bill at the end we went to another tire shop in town that couldn t get us in. Ended up here & they took care of us quick & at a very fair price. We are back on the road & back on vacation! Thank you!!

I had them mount and balance 5 tires last week. I asked them to use weights, they called me and said they needed to use beads so I said ok, TRUSTING they would do it correctly. After uncontrollable shaking in my Jeep, I took it to another shop to see what was wrong and they told me Rimrock should have never used the beads for those tires and that they have to scrub them and re balance correctly. I took that invoice to Rimrock for an explanation and maybe even a partial refund. The guy at the counter was completely disrespectful and wouldn t even acknowledge the fact that they messed up. He stated that it wasn t him who did it and to not get on his case. You guys means your company as a whole. Take accountability for your actions. I wasn t even asking for a full refund, just for the beads and balance.EDIT: I initially gave Rimrock a one star review because of the way I was treated. The manager, Taylor, reached out to me and made this right. I respect the fact he gave me the time of day and treated me professionally. I upped my rating to 3 stars because of Taylor. As far as the guy who I initially dealt with, I still feel the same. I recommend this company as long as you deal with the right people.

For starters, the lady at the front desk is incredibly rude and disrespectful every time I give this company business, she gives off very rude remarks treating me as if I know nothing (well sorry to say I m not a mechanic.. I go to you guys for help), I would want my customers treated with the best service and respect. I was told I needed a new power steering pump & rack and pinion, however I took it else where, it wound up being fixed for $40 by a top notch mechanic and I was told I didn t need anything new. Rimrock almost got me for $1,300. Oh and I was charged over $170 for them to just tell me I needed a new pump and to change a headlight??? They didn t bother trying to clean the pump, replace the fluid, nothing. I ve tried to give Rimrock chance after chance but with the horrible service all the way around, I don t recommend.

Rescued!! We were strangers hobbling in while passing thru Cody in our Class C RV. Right rear duals flattening. Rimrock took us right in. Turns out both rims were defective, loosing air thru micro cracks. Avoiding the uncertain wait for hard to find replacement wheel rims, this resourceful and extremely kind group of people creatively put us back on the road with temporary welds over the evil cracks. Outstanding crew---look no further!

Was out on a road trip when I had two tires go on my '19 Tacoma. Sidewall slashed on one, and a sharp rock punctured another. Got a tow to this place (walmart had a 4 hour wait and only had walmart brand tires in stock).These guys took care of us in a timely fashion with better tires than we had before, and we were off to Yellowstone.Thanks a ton.

We got a screw in our tire and we were traveling through Cody. They took our car right away, fixed the tire and had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Their restrooms are very nice and the waiting area made it comfortable to wait. It was a good price. Thank you Rimrock for the honest work and for taking care of us!

If I could give six stars I would. Last week we were staying at a Cody RV park with our one ton dually crew cab hauling an 11 foot truck camper. Got ready to head out and had a flat on an inside dually tire. Couldn't get our portable air compressor on an inside tire (I should've checked that before the trip) so carefully nursed it the 2-3 miles to Rimrock Tire. It was only a 45 minute wait for them to look at it. Figured I'd have to unload our 4,000 lb. 12 foot tall camper but their bay was big enough and they said there was no need to unload due to the weight. The tire had picked up a screw from somewhere, they plugged it and we were on our way. Zero problems with the repair after 2,000 miles. They had a real battle to get our wheels off, but that did not not affect the standard price of the repair. (Which was VERY reasonable.) After only a 2-3 hour delay in our day plus a few dollars we were back on the road. Excellent friendly service.

This has been a couple of weeks too late, but Rimrock Tire was a rock star in fixing a flat tire we had on our vehicle. We were vacationing from Minnesota and didn't have a spare available, so we had to tow the truck to Cody with no appointment Rimrock welcomed us with a can-do attitude and let's get you back on the road ASAP motto!!!! I can't thank them enough for this and if you are around the Cody area and have car or truck issues give them a call first!!!!! A very happy customer!!!!!

There are snacks for sale like chocolate candy bars and candy in dispensers. There is free popcorn and coffee. They have a kiddy room and a Pacman game. They have a TV in the waiting room and comfortable tables and chairs up against the big windows. It's a very cozy waiting room. The bathrooms are clean and tidy. If you don't want to wait in the waiting room you can go half a block to the right and go to the theater and take in a movie or a 1/2 a block to the left and go bowling for a while. They have good friendly service. The only downfall is that they charge for a credit card, but it's only about 2 bucks.

Rimrock Tire was a great help to us today ! We were concerned about low pressure in one RV tire and they checked and added air to all of them where needed, at no charge!! Dual rear wheels are very hard for the user to monitor and maintain. They were very fast and friendly.

Got a "tumor" after hitting a pot hole passing through.Decided to have it changed with 8 hours of driving still to go. Thankfully Rimrock tire had our off size tire in stock and got us back on the road quickly.Great staff and cool stuff for the kids in the waiting room!Thanks again if you see this.

After blowing a tire on our 5th wheel toy hauler, we were referred to Rimrock Tires. They were able to get us in quickly and were very friendly. The customer service has been outstanding. They even sent a technician to our camping resort to fix a tire. They have worked tirelessly in the heat to keep us safe and enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for being such an outstanding company to work with.

I am always hesitant to post negative reviews realizing the business will get the last word and reading some of Rimrocks responses to negative reviews the customer can expect to get blasted. But I cannot let this one go because the last time my daughter took her car in to get the oil changed, when we picked it up there was oil all over the interior, and steering wheel. There was mud all over the floor as well. When my daughter brought it back to Rimrock four employees were waiting for her to ridicule and demean her. They did go out to the car and pretended to clean it and my daughter left after begging for her keys back. She did leave because she no longer wanted to deal with the owner and employees. I am writing this review to protect the community, and letting them know how this business treats it's customer. I can not recommend this business to anyone. Be careful when using Rimrock.

Such a wonderful experience with Rimrock last week. I needed the alignment done on my car, but their alignment machine was down, and the guy that does alignments at their Powell location was out for the day. Dave from the Cody store offered to drive to Powell and man the front desk so another worker could handle my alignment. Very impressed with how far out of their way they were willing to go to make sure I got what I needed. I can't recommend Rimrock enough!

Make sure you're clear on price before authorizing work. $33 to dismount and mount a new tire. Another $15 to balance. And tax on labor. Caught me off guard. But the owner is nice, and it's a well equipped shop, just buy your tires here rather than bringing them in to be mounted.

A lot of promise. A lot of interest. But, no delivery -- period! Ordered tires from the OWNER/MANAGER, but after two weeks, nothing. I returned and the owner said Thursday! I dropped off the car Wednesday and returned Thursday evening to pick up my vehicle, but nothing was done. No apology, either. The OWNER/MANAGER was sitting in his office, feet on the desk, talking on the phone! He glanced up and ignored me! So much for customer service. Forget about customer respect or consideration. Think twice before considering Rimrock Tire in Cody! Buy tires elsewhere in Cody. Bear and Co. across the highway is great. Joe's Auto started selling tires, too.

Rimrock Tire is the best! Always friendly and welcoming. They back their tires with free balance, rotation, and repair. I stopped in just to order some tires and they had them installed an hour later. They also replaced my brakes and a belt during another appointment.

Had to get all new 4 s. Had a flat tire too. Got us in right away with no complaints. Amazing customer service. Best tire shop in town.

Had a shake in the tire and they notice the tires were splitting in the back. Had us back on the road very fast with some new tires at a good price

Had a slight critical detour on our road trip. Being stuck in YNP, Dave at rimrock was able to work with his team and get my Wrangler back up and running for the rest of the road trip. I am very impressed with the service and teamwork of this place. Recommend highly.

Rimrock Tire Co. saved my families vacation this July. When our brakes failed on hwy 14a in the mountains... I called their awesome receptionist twice (little to no cell signal in the Mountains)... from two states away.She, Nick and Tim, ordered rotors pads and when I arrived put two technicians on the job to repair my car perfectly & efficiently. As I was back on the road in and hour and 10 minutes... you guys are awesome!You have forever friends in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Beverages on me if you visit!God's blessing to all the staff who helped save our Vacation...Sincerely, the Foren Family

They performed an oil change and tire rotation on my wife s car. When she got home I noticed an oil puddle under her car. They left the drain plug loose, I had to crawl under the car and tighten it. They also up-sold her an air filter replacement claiming it had to be replaced. I had just replaced it 3k miles ago. Not impressed.

My family had used Rimrock tire since we moved to Cody in 1997 and I just ordered brand new aftermarket wheels for my truck took them in to have them mounted and balanced and they scratched the finish off the face of the wheels. The owner told me they would make it right and has since ignored my phone calls, instead of doing the right thing they have chosen to write off a local and loyal customer I can only imagine the kind of disrespect they would generate towards tourists passing through. I would no longer recommend there services to anyone.

Had fuel filters, oil change, air filter.Made it to west Yellowstone had to buy1 1/8 socket to tight fuel filter cap it was leaking

We drove 2300 miles to get to Cody after getting a flat and having truck problems. We had fantastic above and beyond service. He crawled under our truck and found two problems that would have left us stranded in the mountains. We had stopped at the dealership before this stop where no one had time for us. Please go to Rimrock if you want good service at a fair price!! We are from Wisconsin so we probably won't be back, but we know good service when we see it. Thank you Rimrock for saving our vacation!
