Reno was amazing to work with in getting my car back on the road and during very stressful situation. I collided with a flat bed farm truck in the middle of a multi week road trip, almost as far away as possible from home (Oklahoma), not a situation I wish on anyone. Reno was very easy to work with, promptly responded to my questions, and best of all gave a very very accurate estimate on when the repairs would be completed. Hell even my insurance was impressed with how thorough Reno's damage inspection and estimate was.Still need to see how the repairs hold up in the long term, but so far it looks brand new and expect the repairs to hold up just fine with their repair guarantee. While I'd definitely use them again, obviously I do not want to be in a situation where I have to use them again haha.

Plastic front ends are nice and light weight for better gas mileage, but don't handle deer well. Dusty took care of us.

Super experience. Like the majority of other customers/reviewers, am very satisfied with the work and customer service. Highly recommend.Another great experience with Reno replacing hood decals on my 2019 Raptor. These folks do first-rate work.

A deer hit my driver s side, windshield, mirror and doors all a real mess. Reno did an awesome job making it all look like new. They even cleaned the inside which was filthy as it is a working pickup. Totally recommend this body shop!

I had to take my Kia to Reno Collision center after it was dropped off a lift during an alignment. When I got it back the front bumper was still popped out, so I took it back to have them fix it. They refused and said it was my fault that it wasn't fixed. I had to call the insurance company and get permission to take it to a new place that could actually fix a car. The people are rude, and will look you in eye and lie without hesitation.

I borrowed a ratchet strap from a Unknown man in the body shop I really do appreciate it thank you very much. I drove 2000 miles back to Pennsylvania with a ratchet strap and duct tape holding the hold down.

Hit a deer. Reno Collision rebuilt my truck to new. They were very communicative with me and my insurance provider.

I was on vacation in Cody when my car had a metal piece start dragging from the bottom of my car. The guys at Reno got me in and out within 5 minutes.
