I bought a car to tow behind my motorhome from Joey. He worked with me to come to an agreeable price, including my trade-in. He also set up the installation of a tow package with an installer. It was a one-stop shop for me, which was great, as I was traveling through on my journey home.

We originally were working with the crew down here in Cody and they were wonderful coming over, a lot of their selection was up in Billings. We went up to their Billings store and found a camper that we liked coming over, the sales team up there. Did not communicate very well and the sale fell through. The Kodi team. Continued to stay in touch with us and was very understanding and very helpful. They went the extra mile to help us and we ended up with a camper even better than the original one we are looking at. We are very happy with the midway team. Thanks to Keith and Matt for all of your help!

I have bought 3 cars from Midway; the last one just a couple weeks ago. I wanted a Ford Taurus and couldn t get my hands on one no where. Saw one on the Midway in Worland I think or Cody, it had a deposit on it!! But they took my information and I kept looking and finding nothing. Then they called and told me the deal fell through! I asked them to bring it to Billings; called my bank got pre approval.. I got the car just in time to go see my family in another city in MT! Had a weird rumble in front and they called service immediately! Great place to get a great car

It s a decent used car sales spot.The salesman truly earned our business and did his best to sell us a great road worthy vehicle.The vehicle we purchased was a few years old and from an auction but all in all a decent subcompact all wheel drive SUV. It has had a heater/AC issue they ve diligently worked on trying to get it working correctly. The mechanic staff has really earned respect from this pesky issue.

We shopped around for a camper and decided to give midway a try. As soon as we walked in Ty was able to show us new and used campers in our budget! He was respectful and efficient with our time. We love our camper and can't wait to use it each weekend.

I have called at least tons of different times about the extended warranty, that is now past being able to purchase and a part that was supposed to be sent to me for a truck that I purchased 40 days ago, written on the "agreement". Every single time I call I'm sent to someone new to leave a message that is never returned. Once you have purchased a vehicle anything else after that will not be addressed.Billings, MT location

I have had exceptional service at Midway Auto &RV. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I also had my RV winterized there. On checking out I was told that when I'm ready to take it out in the spring that they would get it ready to go for me as part of their winterizing service! What a nice surprise

We purchased a brand new RV from Midway and it's been nothing but a headache. They don't inspect their inventory before selling, and are quick to respond until they have your money. I was told incorrect details about the extended warranty we purchased as well. We would never buy from Midway again.

Have purchased 3 total vehicles from Midway Auto in Cody - a motorhome, truck and suburban. Any and all concerns brought up were corrected immediately. Midway Auto in Cody is my go-to for any and all of my vehicle needs!!

drove down from bozeman to buy a truck topper after being told in text and over the phone it was for a short bed. When we got to their shop they said I had to pay extra to install it even though the salesman said they would just do it. turns out it's for a long bed. could not be more unhappy. the guys in the shop where very nice though. front office not so much.

Was not happy. Was made to take a loan that was not the same as when I went to purchase and now have to pay over a hundred dollars more than what it was supposed to be. Then told my credit would suffer if I had them repossessed it.

Horrible!!!Made my first car payment and don't even have the car, terrible communication,no one keeps me updated, what does that take 4 minute tex, that what I mean to them, they said they run there vehicles though inspection, well no one let me see the papers that was done now my car is in the service department

DO NOT BUY THIS TRUCK, MECHANIC DOSNT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING OR TALKING ABOUT ENGINE IS SHOT. Its a massive RUST BUCKET, there is OIL IN THE COOLANT TANK, TIMING CHAIN SLAP/ RATTLING. Beware and stay away from these snakes, trucks worth scrap

The WORST company stay far away. They are dishonest and sell broken merchandise. We are nowDealing with lawyers, court, etc to not only get a deposit back but a downpayment of over 8,000 they are refusing to give back. And the best part we have no boat. They knew it was broken came and got it and told us our money would he refunded and now are avoiding all contact. Do not trust this company or the people who work for it. We have bought many boats cars trucks RV s over the years and this has been a complete nightmare.

Came back to Midway to upgrade to a 2021 Montana High Country. We are thrilled with our new purchase. Midway has several budgets and floor plans to fit the needs of all people. Prices are the most competitive. Thanks to Ty and the crew!ought a 2020 RV. Great prices and EZ financing. They will work hard to get you that perfect deal. Thanks Tom Croft.

Unfortunately had a poor experience with Midway. Really tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but definitely didn t do me any good. Team members of both Cody and Laurel locations have very bad customer service skills. A lot of dishonesty and lying went on through out my buying process. Finding things on my truck now( purchased 2 months ago) that were suppose to be fixed but turned out to be temporarily fixed . If you are to buy from midway, please just be sure to FULLY and CLOSELY look through your vehicle.

Went to pick up a vehicle to take to Cody and the atmosphere was great, greeted at the door by a friendly gal who got us a salesperson right away and though we were picking up a vehicle and headed on our way....she treated us like regular customers...very friendly place!!!

I bought a 2014 GMC truck at the Worland location. Stevie and her team were outstanding. She kept the truck for me and gave me some time to make a decision. She found me an awesome rate for the loan and made sure that some little cosmetic stuff were taken care of. She listened to my concerns and addressed them throughout the buying process. A really pleasant experience for me to buy my first truck.

Incredibly courteous and dedicated workforce! They jumped through hoops to get me approved for the vehicle I wanted. They didn t push me into something I was interested in, and they didn t run my credit through a hundred banks! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an enjoyable car-buying experience!

BEWARE Midway gets a bunch of vehicles that are rusted out and decides to use GLOSS black spray paint to try and cover it up. Went looking at trucks and every single one has been spray painted. I wouldn t waste your time even looking here, yet alone buying a vehicle from this place.

Purchased a 1st vehicle for my daughter. The Midway team was helpful in making sure the used car was inspected, they replaced all brakes, and we were confident the car was safe to drive when we turned her lose on the roads. Follow up was excellent.

We decided to try Midway in Cody when looking for a new (to us) vehicle. We have purchased cars at Midway before and always had good luck. We tried to do business in Worland but unfortunately the saleswoman showed little interest in helping us. Ty in Cody pulled several cars in our price range and we drove each of them before finding the perfect fit. Ty made the whole purchasing process very easy.

Was treated like family from everyone here; made for a stress free fifth wheel purchase. Our salesman, Ty was great. He worked hard to get us a deal with trade, very personable and easy to work with. Joshua in finance came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule since we are not locals of Cody. His honesty and straightforwardness made those harder decisions after every new purchase much easier to make. I feel very lucky to have come across this place for my first new RV purchase. I've been to several dealerships, these folks are genuine and truly care about pleasing customer. Hoping to purchase a truck from them in the near future!
