Avoid this service department if you want to discuss your concerns with Mack. Apparently, he is too busy for clients.Please know free diagnostic information may be attained from Auto Zone, Bear Motors, and possible other locations.Also, please know this service department will perform services on your vehicle without informing you of what the service need is and the cost for the service.Not a fan of Fremont Motors in Cody, WYOMINGUPDATED REVIEW 9.27.23I returned to Fremont to pay the diagnostic fee so that I could have the car repaired elsewhere.Mack was available to meet with me. We spoke at length about my 4 service department visits since late August to the present day. He listened, he explained, and he gave helpful information about an additional topic.He waived the diagnostic fee.My STAR rating changed from 1 to 3.UPDATED REVIEW 9.28.23Today, I was contacted by Brian Cates, who is in charge of all service departments at Fremont Motors in the state of Wyoming. He indicated he read my Google Maps review. This customer care call went above and beyond any customer service department I have interacted with in the United States. Mr. Cates spent over 30 minutes discussing the history of my customer service experience with Cody Fremont. I admire his commitment to treating others the way you would like to be treated.My STAR rating changed from 3 to 5. If you have the need to call on the service department at Fremont Motors in Cody, WY, I hope you will receive outstanding service on your first time and every time.

Passing through Cody, Wyoming and needed an oil change.Made an appointment there for an oil change.Arrived for appointment and was advised no staff to complete the task.I understand staffing problems and folks that have called in sick. I cannot understand why a courtesy phone call/text was not made to warn customers with appointments! They have your phone number. That s the first thing they ask for!Customers have busy lives these days and to not communicate about service problems, shows the total irresponsibility of the dealership.

General Manager was great! I was extremely displeased initially as a issue I had was not being resolved as promised. He got back to me promptly, showed extreme professionalism and is dedicated to resolving my issue. Much appreciated.The girls who I dealt with on the phone were polite, caring and efficient. Thank u!

In the middle of a cross country family trip, a wheel bearing went out on our 2020 Pacifica, many dealers blew us off and understandably so as we all have busy schedules in this day and age. Fortunately for my family a service manager, I believe named Jason (hope my notes are right) who understands what kind of position I was in with my family across the country with no means of transportation. He went above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the road! Very much appreciated!

Their signs advertised 0% financing for 72 months. We discussed that. Went out for two test drives. When it came time to close the deal, which I wanted to do, with OUTSTANDING credit and a large down on a $60K truck, the salesperson had to talk to the hidden sales manager, who never came out to talk with me. They came out with ridiculous terms that instead of 0% for 72 months, it was 0% for only 36 months... or they ran some other financing options... when I asked what the interest rate was they kept saying they couldn't tell me until they ran my credit, but i kept saying that in order to get that monthly payment amount they had to plug in an interest rate. Turns out they tried to slide a 8.9% interest rate by me. Totally sleezy, bait and switch and I would strongly advice against doing business with them. I will say the sales guy was very nice, and i felt bad for him.

We were driving a rental Chrysler Pacifica van, when visiting Cody, WY. The passenger side, rear sliding door malfunctioned and would not close. Jason dropped everything and made a temporary repair, allowing us to close the door and continue on our way. Thank you very much, Jason. Just bought a ford escape from Fremont cody. Megan Foote my sales represenative couldnt have been more pleasant. Spent time explaining the features and different finance options. Very friendly and PROFESSIONAL. Buying a car from them was great.
