Took the truck in for an oil change. Quoted 107 after tax. It's a diesel mind you. Good price, upon dropping it off I ask if they'd look at a squeal, told them not a big deal though. Picking it up I discovered they charged me $55 for a HALF HOUR of labor to look at it. I've NEVER been charged yo have a problem diagnosed. So sad that they did this to someone in the same community. Or to anyone for that matter.

Eagle Recovery was absolutely amazing to work with. I had a car accident and they came and towed me immediately and got to work on my estimate and got it fixed quickly and communicated amazingly with me throughout the entire ordeal. I high recommend these guys for any and all car needs or towing!

We were recently evacuated from Yellowstone while our 30 ft RV was broken down in the park. We had to abandon it. Almost nobody is licensed to tow in the park and the roads were closed. My insurance company s tow people were unwilling to help us. We were essentially stranded almost 1,000 miles from home. I called Eagle towing and talked to Ashli (the amazing beautiful ninja miracle worker at the front desk) and she IMMEDIATELY send out their tow guy. He drove through the snow into the night to get our rig so repairs could be made and we could go home!!! They were helpful, honest, accommodating, caring, hard working, and really truly cared that we made it home safe, even checking up on us to make sure we made it. I would recommend them 1,000 times over. Don t waste your time calling anyone else. Honestly. These are your people when you re in need. Thank you so much at Eagle towing for helping us!!!

I rarely ever have a consistent good experience with mechanics, but the folks at Eagle have pleasantly surprised me with how professional, kind, affordable, and fast they are. I was about 8 months pregnant when my husband hit a deer in his truck. We had it hauled to Reno. I'm sure Reno is great if you have full coverage insurance, but we did not. They were going to charge an incredible amount that we did not have. I begged them to just get the truck running and not worry about the body work. The second quote ended up being almost the same as the first (still doesn't make sense to me). We called Finishing Touch. Twice they promised to tow the truck to their shop, twice they never followed through, which caused us to incur storage charges with Reno. I delivered my son during all this. While I should've been able to fully enjoy the moments after, the stress of all this was in the back of my mind. We finally called Eagle (should've done that first). They communicated clearly and promptly towed the truck to their shop. They worked with us and repaired the truck with used parts and also did the body work for a 2-3 thousand less than Reno. Our truck looks better than it did before and is running well. To top it off, they actually care. To the staff at Eagle, I can't thank you enough for the work you've done. God bless

Took my car here two times. Both times they missed the actual problem. The first time they said I needed a new fuel injector (540 bucks) drove it to Billings and my car broke down on the side of the road. They wanted to charge me to get it towed and said they wouldn t charge me if it was something they caused I bit the bullet and just drove it myself scared to death my car was gonna randomly break down again. The second time I brought it in they said they cleaned a sensor and changed the pump due to my car overheating. (350 bucks) Yesterday drove to Billings and halfway on my way back to cody my car is overheating uncontrollably. I spent over 800 on these people and they didn t fix the actual problem. That s money I could have put toward a new car. I don t know anything about cars but after taking it in twice you d think they would have helped me out. Ashli reached out to me and said the owner wasn t the one who worked on it and that he would personally look at it free of charge and when I asked if he would fix it free of charge she said if it was something related to the work they already did sounds to me like they re more after your money than actually helping people out. Ashli has been very nice and considerate to me but I m not sure if the mechanics here actually know what they re doing.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I walked away from an accident that could've been a whole lot worse, totalled my rental car. Thanking my lucky stars for many things, including everything Eagle Recovery did. The entire process was a breeze, and everybody was amazing, including my driver, Dennis, who helped ease my mind after narrowly escaping death.I lived in Cody for a few years and heard great things about Eagle, but this was my first time having to use their services. They lived up to the hype, and then some. Thanks guys! I'm forever grateful!

We met the team at Eagle Recovery by accident, literally. We are on a business trip from Missouri to Montana and were driving through to overnight in Yellowstone. An elk decided to try and join us. This team is doing everything they can to make our impromptu stay in Cody an enjoyable experience and get us back on the road.Friendly, professional, and wonderful with communication - they are terrific ambassadors for the city of Cody. We were on vacation from WI when our exhaust fell off in WY. We were able to wire it up but the issue caused a leak which luckily we were able to get fixed at Whitlock Motors. They recommended we stop at Eagle Recovery to see if they had time to fix our exhaust. They fit us in right away & fixed us up so we could continue with our trip within a couple hours! The receptionist & mechanics were very friendly and helpful. Also (as a side note) the lobby was decorated very nicely. Very grateful to the great service and fair pricing!

AWESOME! Can't say enough good words about this place. Had a vehicle that needed repo'd and Cody is very far compared to us in Sarasota, FL. They were able to get the vehicle fast and with no damage. Gave us detailed pics and Ashley was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I ever need.

On a road trip from Indiana, I got stranded outside of Yellowstone. The tow driver was great- calling ahead at a hotel that I stayed at for the night, made sure I had their information, and knew where to locate food/groceries while they worked on my car the next morning. The service was incredibly priced and fair. When needing to drop off my rental car, the staff followed me and gave me a ride back. Couldn t have asked for a better experience with great people! I would recommmend this service to anyone who needed work done on their vehicle or a tow when in a bad spot!

Excellent!! We were on our way to Yellowstone from the east coast and the transmission shifter cable clip broke. Luckily we found them. They had us back up and running in 5 minutes. They didn't even want anything for the repair. We insisted they take a cash tip. Great guys. Great place. Highly recommend!

Great service! Josh towed us from Yellowstone to Cody. Friendly and a great driver. Drove us to our hotel and gave us good tips on stuff to do in Cody.Mike was awesome and got us a part by working some magic for us. Fixed us up and got our rv on the road asap.Good service, good work and very reasonable price.

I would like to give employees, Ashley (front desk) and Dylan high praise for their assistance and expediency in which they assisted me on 7/28/20.My only complaints (which is why I m only giving a 3 star review) was the two hours me ant the state trooper had to wait for the tow truck to arrive. We both felt this was much too long of a response time from Cody to my Incident (32 miles west of Cody)Then I was quoted three hours of labor for the tow response which I argued was unfair because it took the tow truck two hours to arrive and I was going to be charged for the time I had to wait. Fortunately the owner took an hour off the bill which was generous but it should have been an hour and a half removed from the bill. Since it was at most a 45 minute drive to the scene and 45 minute drive back to Cody and I assisted in the loading and tie down of my sons motorcycle.After the day we had, I was just appreciative of the hour removed and the ability to rent a U-Haul truck from Eagle Recovery.Thanks again to Ashly, Dylan, Roman (even if you took two hours to get to me, I still appreciated your kindness and professionalism) and to Mike (the owner) for doing the right thing and reducing my bill.Jeff EavensonSurprise, AZ

Cody was the operator that we worked with, he got to us quickly, assessed the situation, got the truck loaded up onto the flat bed and got us to the mechanic shop safely and sufficiently. He got the truck unloaded and placed where it needed to be and was very friendly and great to work with, especially considering the circumstances! We will definitely be using Eagle Recovery again if the time occurs and would recommend them to anyone looking for a tow!

We were broken down and stranded coming back from Yellowstone Park last night. AAA sent Taylor from Eagle and he was a life saver! Picked me up from a mid-point location as we had no cell service at the broken down truck, loaded us up and took us to the dealership in Cody, then was nice enough to drop us at our KOA. It was a late night and we appreciated his service, knowledge, skills, professionalism, and friendliness! Awesome experience in a bad situation!

Eagle Recovery has worked on all of our vehicles and motorcycles. We've had everything from a lift on our Suburban to exhaust on a Bronco II. From basic maintenance, to upgrades they are always professional and knowledgeable. The work is done in a timely manner, and their rates are always reasonable. We recently had a flat tire on one of our dirt bikes and needed a tow back to town. The driver was prompt and polite. And the gals in the office were friendly and efficient. I would recommend Eagle Recovery to anyone, local or visiting.

Returning to Pueblo Colo. from Yellowstone we had a flat 7 miles south of Cody. Alex showed up sooner than expected. HE had us fixed up and on our way in less than 30 minutes. He was prompt professional and great at his job. Thanks for your great service.

We have used Eagle Recovery many times now for our personal and business vehicle recovery and repair. Mike and Carisa are professional and prompt. Ashli in the office also did a fantastic job when it comes to scheduling and billing. We highly recommend this crew if you need vehicle assistance anywhere in Northwest Wyoming. They simply are the best!

Had really nice experience with them. I had to tow my car from Cody to Billings. Alex, the driver was really professional. Once he arrived, he took care of everything and ensured that car reached in no worse condition he found. Had good conversation on the way as well.

Quick, professional, and extremely helpful! We had to call Eagle Recovery when we were stranded on a back country road early in the morning. Their staff answered the phone promptly, were gracious enough to take multiple phone calls from both us and our insurance company, and they made sure we were well taken care of getting back to town. Very reasonable rates and a pleasure to work with!

After an accident, Eagle Recovery was there within 15 minutes of the call, the employee was quick and efficient loading my vehicle (what remained of it) and gave me a ride back to their office. The company worked with me when I came to pick up the vehicle and even helped load it!Excellent customer service and great employees!

A great experience! Alex picked us at the Yellowstone east entrance and called ahead to Mike to talk with him about repairs we needed. Mike in turn spoke directly with me and addressed my concerns. The entire team went above and beyond my expectations. Even though I was from out-of-state, Eagle choose a technique that saved us a lot of time and salvaged our vacation. Everyone else in Cody was saying a couple of weeks and Mike and his team completed in a couple of days. Pricing was very fair and was same as quote.

We broke down as we were headed to our next destination while on vacation. Our tow truck driver Josh, was incredibly professional and friendly. Once back at the shop, they very quickly diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond to get our car fixed so we could continue our vacation. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! Excellent experience!

Simply outstanding. Josh, our tow truck driver, was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. Some of the first words out of his mouth were "no problem, I'm here for you". His service was nothing short of excellent. He drove us to the location of our rental vehicle and later to the repair shop. Additionally, he provided details on the local area and ensured my family's needs were taken care of (my wife and I were traveling with out 1 year old and our dog). Josh made this company a 5 star company.

We hit a deer late in the evening while on our vacation. Alex was great and really went above and beyond. He was very friendly and even helped secure our family of 5 a place to stay for the night. He made sure we had what we needed and even gave us recommendations for our surprise stay in Cody. He really helped us make the best of our interrupted vacation.

While up in the mountains, on a Friday afternoon, the radiator on our truck busted. We called Eagle Recovery 24 Hour Towing and they sent a truck up to get us right away!I called several mechanic shops in town to have the radiator fixed. Unfortunately for us, no one would be able to get the part in until later the next week. Eagle Recovery ordered the part and had the truck ready to go by Sunday afternoon! They were amazing! And they didn't charge anymore than the other shops would have if we'd waited for the part to come in. They took great care of us and the truck runs perfect. I'm hoping not to have many more accidents like this, but if we do we won't call anyone but Eagle Recovery!!

Toured the Tetons and Yellowstone National Park and descended into Cody, Wyoming. Was pulling into the parking lot with loaded pickup bed camper to watch the Buffalo Bill Wild West shootout at the Irma Hotel when I heard a loud bang as I parked. Watched the show and got in to leave. My dodge 3500 dually would turn left but not right. Climbed under the truck. The steering linkage looked good so I suspected my gearbox went out. I also heard air leaking from a tire. Found a bolt had gone through the front drivers tire. My wife called Eagle Recovery and Repair. I told them I thought it was my gearbox and the owner said he should have one. It was after 8pm so my wife and I camped in the Bank of the West parking lot. Actually it couldn t have worked out better considering where we had been. I m thankful it didn t happen on the 10% grade dropping into Jackson Hole or the many other grades we had descended between Oregon and Wyoming.Alex the tow truck driver arrived on time at 8am. Loaded and off to the shop 2 miles away.Dropped off the truck. Talked to Mike the owner about a heavy duty gearbox I researched the night before. He said he knew all about it and that would be the only way to go. Mike said they could take care of the tire too. Didn t have an estimated cost but said it should be done by around 3pm.Visited the Buffalo Bill museum as we planned to do it anyhow. Didn t bother calling til 3pm when I had not heard anything yet. Started wondering if we d be stuck another night in Cody. Our next camp was in W. Yellowstone and we planned to take the Beartooth Hwy into NE Yellowstone entrance. Went to the shop and found they were just pulling in with my truck after the test drive. It was ready to go. My dad was thrilled and as a veteran Mike gave him an extra 10% off for his service. It ended up being really fare.Eagle Recovering and Repair saved our vacation. They got us to their shop, ordered the parts, repaired on time and at a cost that was worth every penny. Thanks Mike for the great service. I just got home back into Oregon and the truck ran awesome. Highly recommend this shop. Mike, Alex and the crew are great. This is Dre. Eagle Recovery was very professional and the two truck driver, Josh, was very nice and friendly. The owner Mike is a true professional and adept at what he does, he knows how to handle everything from towing to dealing with insurance companies. If you are in Cody or Yellowstone area and you need a tow I suggest you use Eagle Recovery they are very helpful!
