Amazing and friendly people. I purchased new motorcycle at Sturgis when I was in the middle of my trip to Nevada trough Yellowstone. I've called them to check if they will be able help me with first 500 miles oil change. They have reserved a time to replace my oil and install heel shifter. Very nice people. Thank you.

We had an issue with our motorcycle on our way to the Beartooth Highway. Ray was quickly able to diagnose the problem and solve it and get us on our merry way. He also gave us great dinner reservations! Super friendly and helpful. Great people.

Had a flat tire while riding in the area on a long road trip. They took me in right at their opening and had my motorcycle (a Kawasaki) repaired immediately. I was back on the road to Yellowstone Park quickly and we didn't miss any of our trip. Thanks to all at the shop for their kindness and immediate help.

Day before Sturgis and my rear tire was NOT going to make it from Cody, WY. I was fortunate and pulled up as both lifts were fixing to clear. Ray immediately got me on a lift & already knew the unusual procedure for my Victory tire change and didn't price gouge me.I have over a quarter of a million miles riding all over North America in the last 6 years and I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

I blew a tire on my way to Yellowstone July 2021. Cody Custom Cycle went above and beyond to make sure I got back on the road ASAP. I very likely would have been down for a couple more days to get my tire changed, but I was back on the road the very next morning. If I had done a better job on continuing to update the shop on my situation I have no doubt he would have had me back on the road same day. Outstanding service! A shop that cares.

In 2013 I had bike trouble and they went above and beyond to get me on the road. Now fast forward to 2021 and I need a back tire as I'm passing through, give them a call at 11:00 am and I'm 2 hours away and they tell me to bring my bike right in and they hook me up with a new tire at a great price. Would do business with them anytime. Very good service. Bike was done by the time I had lunch.

We came to Cody today with a bad wheel bearing on a 2009 HD Ultra. Someone at the retail Harley store sent us here and they had the bike repaired and we were on our way in a half hour! It was a wonderful experience and they were very reasonably priced on the repair!

Staying in Cody to ride Yellowstone when my rear air system quit working. Stopped in late Monday to see if they could help, had me come in at 9 the next morning and back in ridding form within an hour. Found the problem to be no more than a stuck solenoid, he was not going to charge me so I tipped what it was worth to me. Couldn't ask for better service or people. THANKS from a Florida rider!!!

We were passing though Cody and blew a rear tire. We were able to get the bike to Ray's shop that night. He had it on the lift and repaired by the time I got back to town that morning. A great group of caring people.

After a less than stellar major service at a HD dealer in Denver I was in Red Lodge Mt and burning oil. A lot of oil. Bone Daddy's didn't have a mechanic for the summer and referred me to Cody Custom Cycle. I called Ray on a Monday around noon the week before rally. He told me to keep it full of oil and come see him the next morning. I pulled in at 9:15 and they were busy. They got me into the shop quickly and after a few minutes of talking to Ray he pulled the air cleaner and found the problem. When the HD mechanic in Denver put the new air cleaner on the bike they completely pinched the breather hose with the filter. Ray cleaned the filter, dried it, reinstalled it and the breather hose properly and DONE!! That was it! No more burning oil! This is worth making a big deal over because Denver HD's sloppy mechanic caused the problem, I would have never figured it out, but Ray did and quickly fixed it. Thanks to everyone working there on the morning of 7/30!

Ray is an absolute beast with motorcycle knowledge.Call them up for a basic quote, ended up adding items that I forgot about after arriving at the shop and he charged me less than what he quoted me after the add-ons (No guarantee this will happen for you), showing that he thrives on honesty. The prices are extremely reasonable for work on a Harley.

Went above and beyond to help me with my Harley on our trip out west. I lost a bolt on a front caliper just before Cody. The HD dealership in town was just a T Shirt shop. They directed me to this place. Cody Custom Cycle didn't have the part in stock but took one off of a used bike that was on their showroom floor to keep me on the road. They were very helpful and gracious. In my experience, I would highly recommend.

My son and I were on a trip from Colorado Springs to Yellowstone. Coming out of the park (east entrance), we pulled off the road to take a stretch. A gal backed into my bike, knocking my bike and me over. The brake rotor on the front was broken so the bike wasn't drivable. It was towed to Cody Custom Cycle where Ray finally was able to find a rotor. He had it shipped overnight and we were on the road by noon. I know Ray was busy but he took the time to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Greatly appreciated.

I haven't seen them since they moved from downtown, but the owner bent over backwards to help me out. out for a ride to Yellowstone the week before Sturgis and he was swamped. had an awful noise coming from the top end of my evo. had my own tools and he allowed me to wrench my bike apart and when I need a specialty tool, loaned it to me. and even a better help was that he had the spare parts on hand that I needed to continue on my trip..

The guys at Cody s custom cycles were so helpful when I got a flat. A local actually escorted behind me to get me there safely too! Really changed what could have been a huge setback on my trip to a walk in the park.

On vacation from Georgia, I stopped in Saturday morning with check engine and battery light on, volt meter reading 10v. They diagnosed and replaced regulator. They just happened to have a voltage regulator for 2006-2008 Harley on the shelf. I was back on the road in 45 minutes. Closest "Harley" repair shop is 100 miles in Billings.
